3.4 330ml Bottle - Light amber with a large heard and lively carbonation. Peach, syrup, grain and yeast in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with a moderate bitterness and notes of peach, dried apricot, biscuity malt and caramel.
3.0 Oak edition on draft @Gents Beerfestival 2018. Shady orange color with a small white head. Very special nose, sweet vanilla, apricot, sour citrus, complex! Unfortunately, the mouthfeel is very wattery and the flavor is dull. Slight bitterness, short dry sour finish. Interesting nose but disappointing flavor..
3.4 Bottle at home from the Wine Society. A lively pour with a massive head and a nose of yeast. The taste was yeast and, surprisingly, some good balancing bitter hops. The carbonation was not excessive so the mouthfeel was pleasant. At 3% abv this was a beer with an impressive array of flavours and I did enjoy drinking it.
3.7 hazy orange colour, huge, dense, slightly yellowish off-white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of grapefruit, orange zest, floral and grassy notes; taste of grapefruity bitterness, slight orange and tropical fruits and candy sugar notes; it's really good especially in the light of the low ABV
3.2 Bottle a amber colored beer with a white head aroma malts citrus pineapple spicy and hops flavor malts citrus pineapple fruits spicy herbs grass and hops
3.6 the aroma is fruity and floral with hints of grapefruit, pine, resin and spicy herbs... the taste is fruity and herbal with notes of apple, sweet citrus, candy and spicy grasses... sweet and bitter aftertaste...
3.5 Flasche im Nuetnigenough in Brüssel. Gelb-Orange, etwas weißer Schaum Aroma: Mango, Zitrus, Hopfen, etwas Malz im Hintergrund Geschmack: Maracuja, Zitrus, Grapefruit, leicht wässrig, Etwas sprudelig, am Gaumen bitter.
3.1 Clear dark golden beer with medium white head. Aroma is lot of hops and after that comes malts and some fruits. Taste is a bit bitter, citrus, hoppy. Light body. Suprisingly rich flavour for such low alcohol beer. Nice.
3.6 Bottle at home. Bright golden color, very good white head. In tasting good hop, aftertaste a bit flat. But since the abv of only 3%, a very nice beer.
3.0 Piana obfita, nietrwała. Barwa złoto pomarańczowa, mętna. W aromacie niezbyt intensywne cytrusy, białe owoce i mokre zboże. W smaku dość wytrawne, cytrusowe, lekko kwaskowe, zbożowe, skojarzenia z zakwasem chlebowym. Goryczka średnia, szorstka, wysokie, musujące wysycenie. Jedno ze słabszych piw z tego browaru. Do "naszego" 1 na 100 nie ma startu.
3.0 330ml bottle. Clear golden amber pour, medium to small white head. Nose is hops forward, some thinnish malt notes in the background. Flavor is herbal hops and malts. Herbal hoppy bitterness in the finish. Not bad for the ABV, decent amount of flavor, not overly watery.
3.2 Bottle. Golden color, white foam. Aroma: pleasant citrus and floral hops, light spice, yeast. Taste: watery, spicy, bitter, slightly citrus, light acidity.
3.9 Hazy brass colour. Thick head that recedes fairly swiftly. Aroma is pineapple and mango. Taste is on the bitter side with notes of mango and hard candy.
3.8 343 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 7/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden amber color with a 2-3 finger foamy and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts the whole glass. Thick foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, peppercorn, pine, lightly toasted bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, peppercorn, pine, lightly toasted bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/grassy bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon/orange rind, peppercorn, pine, lightly toasted bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate bready flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero astringent hop/yeast flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky, fairly grainy, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3%. Overall this is a very nice Belgian session IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate bready flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Holding up very well, despite the best by dating. Hops still have nice vibrancy. A very enjoyable offering.
3.4 On tap at Kent Beer Festival 2017. Hazy gold colour lasting cream head. First beer after an uphill cycle ride so always tastes good. Light esters. Some citrus hoppy flavour. Full flavoured for such a low abv beer. Served nicely cold. Not overly bitter.
3.2 Colore giallo paglierino, schiuma pannosa persistente, media carbonazione.
3.0 330ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn) Almost eco graininess in the aroma, some perfumey hops too. Orange, persistent spongy head. Light palate, crisp carbonation. Blandish malts, grainy and a bit bready. Gentle perfumey and floral bitterness. Never gets far beyond clean and nice. For the strength, a good brew though, does have some character. Better after a little sitting to bring out the malts and hops, and to flatten the carbonation a bit.
3.4 Bottle (from Koht). Pours amber with huge whiteish head. Aroma is hoppy, sweet, citrus, pineapple. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, malt, grass, citrus. Body is on the thin side. Overall: very solid hoppy brew considering the ABV.
2.8 330ml bottle (thanks UJH). Hazy orange color. Small size, white head, stays. Oranges, bit metallic, sweet, passion fruit and mango in aroma. Malty, passion fruit, jammy in taste. Feels bit flat. Some carbonation. Weird one.
2.9 14. 3. 2017, Ljubljana. Bottled. Fine aroma but (presumably also due low ABV) taste dies of quickly making it drinkable but not very notable. Lightbodied but not really balanced out.
3.0 Bottle @ Fiere Maigrait. Amber brown, not much head. Resin grain aroma. Mild grain flavour Watery and bland.
3.6 Bottle. Clear golden color, medium white head. Floral aroma. Taste is lightly bitter citrus. Easy drinking.
3.5 From 33cl bottle. Pours hazy and gold with abundant white foam. Aroma is intense with floral, resinous and herbaceous (some). Body is light with light carbonation. Taste is predominantly bitter, but delicate nonetheless. Finish is short with the exception of some leftover bitterness.
3.6 Pale orange with a thin white head. Slight hop aroma, also some cereal. Slight sweetness with a bitter balance. Crisp malt and biscuit with some fruit and peppery hop. Short finish and good carbonation. Nicely balanced and a pleasant sessionable beer.
