3.5 Flaska från beernavigator. Gyllengul, fint jästsedimant, medelhögt vitt krämigt skum. Söt fruktigt estrig doft med söta äpplen och päron, marsipan, smågodis, jäst och kryddor. Smaken är åt det sötare hållet men bra balanserad med kryddig och jästig beska, smaken fruktig med mycket äppelinslag. Riktigt trevlig.

4.0 Agréable surprise que fut la dégustation de cette Graal Triple. Et commençons de suite par son point fort : son amertume, puissante en intensité, longue avec des arômes fleuris, sur des notes de pamplemousse et arrondie par une très légère pointe de candi. Mais reprenons les choses dans l’ordre. La brasserie De Graal est une jeune brasserie (2002) qui est spécialisée dans les bières "à la demande", tout en brassant sa propore gamme. Cette De Graal Triple se présente avec une robe blond-clair, troublée par un léger voile et surmontée d’une mousse blanche, onctueuse de 1,5 cm. Le nez est très classique d’une triple, céréales, cirton et coriandre au programme. L’attaque est timide, sur des arômes de céréale et de pêche. L’arrivée de l’amertume n’en est que plus marquée. Intense, agréable et longue en bouche. Un véritable plaisir. L’alcool (9 % Abv) est bien intégré et ne se sent que peu. Excellent équilibre global. Nous sommes dans un plaisir simple, efficace, mais très bien trouvé. Quant aux défauts de cette bière...le manque de complexité en est le principal, avec une corpulence qui aurait pu être un peu plus musclée. Mais on saura lui pardonner.

2.9 A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, candy sugar, light curacao, oxidized notes. In mouth, a sweet candy sugar malt with light grassy hops, curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, a bit of oxidation. BB 2012.

3.3 Bottled, 330ml at ’t Brugse Beertje, Bruges, West Flanders, Belgium. Hazy gold with white head. There is a sweet fruitiness here, Belgian yeasty notes, pear drops then with a light hoppiness. Fairly standard tripel.

3.5 Goudblond met wit schuim. Geur: mout, granen, kruidige hop. Smaak: licht zoetig, bitter, wat citrus en een vleugje banaan. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: lang bitterig. Vergelijkbaar met de Quest, maar met wat meer punch.

3.5 Color oro con densa schiuma. Al naso erbacea e speziata, mentre al palato è leggermente citrico e speziato. Punta di acidità nel finale.

3.6 (Bottle, Chez Moeder Lambic Saint-Gilles, Brussels, 16 Oct 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with tropical fruit, coriander and grainy malt. Malty, spicy taste with notes of sweet malt, coriander, a touch of ginger, marzipan, tropical fruit and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made tripel. Nice one.

3.1 6/21/2011 3:48:38 PM Bottle from Beer Planet. Hazy gold body with big head. Nose of citrus, fruits, sweetbread. Taste of citrus, spices, fruits. Quite sharp and high ABV. Not the most pleasant triple but very powerful.

4.0 Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow gold with a firm bright white head. Aroma of malts and a subtle sour touch. The taste is mildly bitter but develops into a more intense bitterness. Aftertaste is sour, bitter and the alcohol is present too. Great!

3.8 Many thanks for this beer to JefVerstraete. Pianka spora, wysoka i trwala, sporo drozdzowego osadu. jaskrawy zlocisty kolor, metny. Zapach ananasowo cytrynowy. W smaku ananas, pszenny chlep oraz nieco bananow. lekko wyczuwalny alkohol, lecz niezbyt przeszkadzajace bylo to werazenie.

3.8 Good tripel, not quite up there with the best. Honey coloured, slightly hazy, with a head as thick as shaving foam. Medium body and carb. Aroma of spiced fruit - very light and zesty. Tastes of apple, pear and coriander, with a slightly tart aftertaste. Nice and creamy too.

3.6 Dark yellow, bit aornge with off-white medium head. Swettsour fruity yeast notes mix, followed by a good moderate bitterness wth some citrus notes. Slight lasting bitterness in the aftertaste. .

4.1 A beer honest without being the best, you can see a beer, enjoy. Evolution lacks a bit of balance and depth.

3.8 Bottle from Dranken Verheyen in Poppel. The beer is light blonde/yellow colored and pours a stable white head, with nice carbonation. The aroma is a nice palate of sweetness from fruits, like bananas and citrus, spices and a little alcohol. The taste is light sweet with a nice fruitiness and some hop notes. Also a light spiciness with tones of pepper and coriander is noticable. The finish is light bitter and spicy. Nice tripel, but the taste could have been more full bodied.

3.8 330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow amber with full foamy head. Aromas of Belgian yeast/bananas, marshmallows, and spicy hops. Flavors of dried peaches/apricots, clove like spice, light sweet citrus, and bananas. Full and creamy with lots of fine carbonation. Nice.

4.0 Bottle. Beautiful golden pour with lasting, dense foam head. Fresh and crisp (saison?) aroma of fresh grass, lemon juice, slightly ripened cheese, apple cider. Nice. Taste is a mellow blend of apple juice, grains, Belgian white, hint of lemon, yeast/cheese. Aftertaste is neutral. Great for an early summers evening.

4.5 ASPETTO: biondo oro carico, torbido. Schiuma bianca, fine, abbondante e persistente (romane sempre un sottile strato nel bicchiere). AROMA: molto gradevole, ricorda molto lo champagne, altre ad avere sentori speziati, floreali e di lievito. GUSTO: all’abbocco è fruttata (frutta gialla) e con un tocco di miele. Poco dopo compaiono sentori di luppolo, che rendono più interessante la bevuta, senza però mai far sentire veramente l’amaro, che rimane solo di "sottofondo" solo nella seconda parte del sorso. Il finale è abbastanza secco e ripulisce bene la bocca. Corpo abbastanza strutturato, carbonizzazione meda. CONCLUSIONE: una triple veramente ben fatta ed equilibrata. Non è una cima nel mondo bracciolo, ma è una bevuta sicuramente molto piacevole.

4.1 Bottle 33cl. Clear deep golden color, lot of small bubbles, big frothy white to off-white head, good retention and lacing; whole array of aroma’s, citrus, apricot, lemon, cheese, soap, flowers, herbs, ginger, coriander; taste moderate sweet and bitter, coriander, ginger, floral hops; medium to full body, oily texture, spicy mouthfeel, alcohol, soft carbonation, mild bitter finish, herbal and spicy notes, alcohol well-hidden; overal a very aromatic and expressive tripel, quite good.

3.6 On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata carica, schiuma abbondante e persistente. Al naso leggeri off flavours, lieviti, pane, sentori fruttati e di zucchero di canna. In bocca è piena, dolciastra all’attacco e ben equilibrata, ha un bel corpo e una ottima persistenza. Carbonazione leggera. Molto buona, nonostante qualche piccolo difetto.

3.3 Flaske fra Belgisk Bryg, delt på RBHD-samling på Tau okt-14: klar gylden med flott hvitt gardinskum. Heftig aroma og smak av lyse bær, fennikel, basilikum, anis og hele urtehagen. flott karbonert og forførerisk lett for sin omdreiningshastighet. Men passer det med så mye krydderier og urter i en tripel? Sødmen er nesten fraværende.

3.3 0,5 l bottle at RBHD-gathering, Tau, Oct-2014. Misty golden body with a medium white head. Aniseed, bay leaves, fennel seeds and mint on the nose. Spices also present in the mouth. Dry. Medium to full bodied. Smooth.

2.4 Shared bottle at RB/HD gathering at Tau 18.10.14. Hazy golden. Fennel seeds, basil, anis, laurels and other spices and herbs in aroma. Same in taste. Too much for yours sincerely!!!
