3.5 On tap at Moeder Lambic a while ago. Bright hazy yellow with large white head. Aroma is pale malt, yeast, citrus, grainy wheaty malt profile and grass. Taste is similar, very quaffable, spicy yeast notes with a raw and gritty malt profile, some citrus and grass. Nice.
3.4 Bottle, 330ml at Staminee de Garre, Bruges, West Flanders, Belgium. Cloudy lemon gold with white head. There is a clear herby note to this, thyme, hints of bitterness then a light lemon note, lemon thyme. Fresh and reasonbly tangy throughout. It’s fine.
4.0 Kräuter in der Nase. Ein hopfiges Wit? Spritzig, frisch und ein bisschen weissweinlastig kommt es daher. Toll!!! Vom Hahn im Moeder Lambic zu Brüssel. 25cl/3,50Euro.
3.0 Spritzig hopfiger Antrunk. Leicht herb, dabei steigend bitter, mildes Malz. Grasig, weich, gut. 12/10/9/9//9

3.9 On tap in Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Bright hazy yellow amber, with a large soft fluffy white foam head. Nose is yeasty, little sulphur, lemon juice, lemon peel, spicy, little grain husky, lightly bitter. Taste is light, lemony and refreshing. Really nice beer.

3.6 On tap at Chez Moeder Fontainas. It pours hazy yellow with a big white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma. Earthy notes. Grainy notes and some yeast. Bitter hoppy flavor with quite a dry malty kick. Long bitter finish. Super fresh and quaffable.
3.3 18/03/2016 - 25cl from draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Cloudy light yellow, nice white foam. Light bitter, hints of fruitiness, some yeast. Nice thirstquencher instead of commercial pilsner.

3.8 I was sceptical about this beer but it surprised me very much. It’s actually very good belgian ale, with nice hoppy notes and pleasant bitterness.

3.6 Draught: Taster: White head. Cloudy yellow body. Aroma of hops, subtle hop fruits, some soap, light yeast, hint of flowers and vanilla/marzipan ish tints. Flavour is hoppy, bitter, light yeasty, some flowers and again subtle hop fruits. Aftertaste is fruity hoppy with more herbal bitters and a light vanilla malty tint... Low carbo, light watery/creamy ish mouthfeel, low to bit more medium bodied. Decent..

4.2 Tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Holy jebus! Biggest surprise of the day! So crisp and clean, full mouthfeel - considering the low abv, fresh hops, citrus forward. I can’t believe how great this is. I don’t ever want to leave this place. Edited comment 6/12-15: Had to edit my original comment, as there was definitely some drunken rambling. I stand by my original grade, this beer is fantastic, when it is in perfect condition!
3.4 Cloudy, yellow colored, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma is spicy, citrus, pungent hops, some floral notes. Taste is low sweet caramel malt, spice and strong pine and citrus hops with medium bitterness, dry finish and bitter after. Light bodied, thin, average carbonation. Easy going, nice for summer, otherwise a bit too thin. (on tap, Moeder Lambic, Brussels)
3.9 From tap at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy yellow color with white head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma, light malty, citrusy fruity, grassy, spicy. Sweet and bitter taste. Med oily body with soft carbonation.
3.3 Glass at MLF on this years zwanzeday, on tap ofcourse... I got a glass with misty, light yellowgreen beer with a fine moussy white head. The typical smell of a de la Senne beer with its yeast, with fruity notes of peach and apricot, malt vague in the background. It tastes of lovely light bitter hops, malt and fruity notes, with a bitter silt aftertaste. It’s got a thin, fizzy mouthfeel and is absolutely refreshing!

3.2 Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is fresh bread, chamomile, grass, clover honey. Light bodied, thin mouthfeel, bitter on the palate with a slightly metallic finish. Taste is bread, grass, chamomile, citrus pith.
