3.712 oz wine glass draft at The Sovereign in Washington DC. The pour is hazed light golden, with a well formed one inch white head, that falls with nice lace. The aroma is citrus, hay, floral all clean. The taste is the citrus, hay and floral of the nose and picks up a pleasant herbal yeast tone that has bright spiciness to it. The palate is medium bodied, natural carbonation and nice lingering yeast to the finish. Like all De La Senne beers, perfectly clean and immensely drinkable.

4.2Hazy pale yellow-gold, fulsome white foam. Herbal, earthy hop nose edged with lemon-zest and lemony cereal notes, peppery yeast touch. Firmly bitter (grassy, lemony, earthy), utterly dry, lively, bitterness a touch resinous in aftertaste but doesn't coat the palate. Very refreshing, and like most Senne beers I'd be tickled to have this one around every day.
3.8Robe blonde claire dorée, opaque. Mousse blanche, col bien calibré, assez stable et crémeux, aérée. Tenue moyenne.
