3.2 330ml bottle - Pours a dark brown almost black colour with an average sized, mostly lasting, foamy tan head. Aroma is dark malts, cocoa powder and coffee. A light dry and chocolatey taste, dark malts, cocoa powder and cold coffee flavours with a moderate semi dry bitter chocolate finish.
3.9 Bottled, 330ml from Beer52, Edinburgh. Virtually black with light brown head. There is a pleasant, smooth roasty character to this from the off, toasted weetabix type flavour with a charry coffee grounds note. Lasting bitterness throughout and a dark smooth roasted cocoa. A really pleasant beer.
3.6 Frothy light brown head on a near black body. Burnt, malt & roasted aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharper dry clothing back. Roasted, nutty, burnt, liquorice & citrus tastes with a long bitter finish. Excellent Porter.
4.2 Pours dark. Beige head. Aroma is powdered cocoa, dark fruit, white pepper, light citrus and apricot. Light, soft, dry and bitter. Taste is ground coffee, prune, chocolate powder, white pepper, citrus bitterness, roasted coffee bitterness and tang of apricot. Drinks like a black pils, black ipa and porter all at the same time. Hands up brilliant!
3.7 Bottle from Beer52. Pours a dark brown with big beige slightly lumpy head. Solid porter aroma of roast, coffee, some berries. Picking up bready notes also. Taste starts roast and coffee then a tangy fruitiness comes in, finishing with brown sugar and burnt bits. Somewhat bitter but its balanced. Just about medium bodied, modest carbonation, easy to drink. I like it.
3.2 Pleasant, slightly generic stout, fruity and roasty with a berry and coffee finish. Odd murky head, but solid.
3.2 Bottle. Clear dark brown with a nice beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate and cocoa. Taste of roasted malts, milk chocolate, cocoa and hints of coffee. Fruity and slightly sour-ish. Dark chocolate bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Rather thin body. Ok.
3.8 The description on the bottle as well as the name make you expect a Baltic style porter. However, the bitterness in reality is mostly absent in smell and in taste and the sweetness dominates.. The dark notes are coffee and some liquorice. This goes more in the direction of German Schwarzbier like Köstritzer. Good beer, though there are better Porters.
3.1 Bottle. Cierna farba, nahnedla pena. Vona prazene slady, kakao, kava, cokolada. Chut prazdnejsia, mierne cokolada, kakao, kava, trosku lieskove oriesky.
2.6 Found out of bottle from a store in Tarnow, Poland. Pours a cola black with thin white foam. Sweeter a standardporter. Epitomeof averagefor the style so remains a goodwinter option. .

3.5 Bottle from Hopduvel. Cloudy black, thinning, beige head. Aroma of tobacco, cigarette ash, toast, espresso, walnut, roasted chestnut, chocolate powder, fig. Taste has sweetish fig & plum in a thick brown-bready malty body, surrounded by chocolate, coffee & nut notes, bit earthy, roasted. Earthy hoppy finish, toasty, lingering tobacco & coffee. Medium body, slick-watery texture, soft carbonation. Promising but suffers from a lack of body.
3.1 33 cl bottle served in a snifter. Poured blackish dark brown with one finger tan head. Aroma: roasted malts, Chocolate, licorice, vanilla, coffee. Taste: bitter dark chocolate, Sweet roasted malts, vanilla, caramel, licorice, burnt brown sugar, plums. Medium body with a roasted bittersweet finish. Not bad but nothing special here...I've had better Molen beers!

3.1 Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a balloon glass. Black color, small head with short retention, a bit of lacing. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruits, a bit of roasted malts. Medium body, oily texture, , flat carbonation. Sweet but roasted finish. Taste of chocolate, rubber, dark fruits. Not to complex, easy drinking.

3.8 Bottle from The Curious Hop, Otley. Pours black with a thick creamy beige head. Aromas of roasted malts, coffee beans and chocolate. Taste is more roasted notes, coffee, a little chocolate and also a little sugar. Not too sweet though and nicely balanced. Medium to full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Nice one.
3.3 Pitch black with a brown head. Intense aroma of licorice and coffee. Taste is coffee, dark chocolate, light roast.

3.4 Super over-carbonated, like fizzy soda. But otherwise a decent beer, lots of flavor. Light body, online belgian beer factory
2.0 (nez uk-moyen, bouche ~aqueuse, µ-raisin sec sweet, tout est trop light, trop cuivré, un porter de bas niveau !)
