4.3 Tap at mikkeller and friends. Huge flavour of dark cherries, dried fruits, coffee and vanilla. The finish is beautifully long. It’s very strong, but has more than enough aroma and taste to justify its 13%.

3.6 Bottle from a Seattle tasting. Molasses, a bit of spice. Delicious dark toffee. Hints of raspberry. Interesting imperial stout; I like it.
4.3 Bottle smuggled from Netherlands as a gift care of Kermis shared with Jeano. Pours sinful black with small head that didn’t hang around for too long. Notes of bakers chocolate, rich barrel, caramel, tons of licorice and an impressive malt/hop bill. Has some nice bitterness mixed into the decadent roasty dark notes. Long lasting and warming in the chest. Cheech ahh

3.1 12 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of bourbon, spiciness, and roast. Flavour seems off a bit, with notes of cough syrup, other medicinal notes and light barrel notes. Something seems badly wrong here - how is this in the 100th percentile? Decent, but lacking.
3.8 Bottle thanks to bytemesis. Deep brown pour with khaki head. Some lacing, even the next day. Roast, chocolate, dark fruit; coffee, soft vanilla and oak. Light marshmallow. Sweet, with warming, moderately bitter finish. Full body, slick texture. Overall: on the mellower side of treatments for this beer, but a nice sipper.
3.7 Bottle - Little booze and nice roasty sweetness. Deep brown black with a decent light brown head. Roast, chocolate, light barrel and a nice finish. Not as good as the big brother, but still good.
4.0 Tap at Mikkeller. Black with a beige head. Aroma and flavour of roasted malt, vanilla, licorice, coffee, chocolate, oak and alcohol.
4.2 33cl bottle. Pours totally dark with no head at all. Only some big bubbles spread in the glass. Aroma is huge: lots of roasted notes, coffee, licorice, oak and dried fruits. Alocholic warm too. Taste is similar: very malty in the beginning, turning to a soft bitterness and ending with a soft warm sensation of alcohol and oak. Palate is silk, full bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, very tasty brew
4.1 Draught at Mikkeller, Black sensation. Smell has some chocolate, vanilla and malts. Pours black with a small beige head. Taste has some vanilla and some chocolate. Thin palate, yet oily. Nice beer, very pleasant.

3.6 330 ml bottle. Pours a black colour without a head. Aroma of roastiness, nutty malts, cognac and and tart wood. Flavour of roastiness, tart wood, cream, vanilla, herbs, molasses and licorice. Full bodied and oily but a bit thin mouthfeel. Carbonation is too low, unfortunately, as it is almost non-existent. Flavour is more complex than in the original version. Too flat, still.
4.1 33 cl bottle @ tiong, bottle #0022? Vertical with 666 Aroma is sweet with oat, nuts and whisky tones; peat and some smoke. Also hints of hay. More stale than 666. Flavour is sweet with whisky, woody tones, peat and licorice. Also some salmiac. Pleasant, better than 666. More stinging and aggressive though.
