3.2Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, Citrus. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, Citrus, hopfig bitter.
3.00,3l Flasche. Orangene Farbe mit schnell schwindender weißer Schaumkrone. Sehr fruchtiges Aroma. Schmeckt fruchtig, grasig zum Abschschluß Hopfenbitter. OK!
330ml bottle (Bottled on feb´12. Enjoyed on jan´14). Wine glass. Orangish amber color, foggy appearance. Off-white froth, fairly good retention, close crown & lasting thin layer on top. Citric -orange & grapefruit-, mild toasted malt & herbal aromas with biscuit notes & phenolic touches. Mild toasted & creamy upfront is swept it out by increasing citric bitterness. Medium body. Moderate but lively carbonation. Spciy & gorgeous palate! Bitter finish & slight citric aftertaste. Refreshing, velvety & dense but, unfortunately, carbonation ruins it.
3.233 cl bottle. Ridiculously huge white foamy head with some mostly clear orange copper liquid beneath it. Aroma of coriander clove citrus and wheat. Tastes mostly like a wiezen, citrus and Belgian yeast, a bit floral, mild spicy herbal hop, smooth oats are also noticeable. Excessive carbonation, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. Light and lusty finish. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
3.4From tap at Zly Casy Praha. Pours hazy with small head. Aroma is pine, fruit. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter, pine, floral. Low carbonation, easy going. But sweet.
3.1330ml bottle (BierKompass.de)
Pale orange, optionally hazy or cloudy depending on how much you pour, huge loose head - carbonation high. Sharp fruity aroma, white grapey, a touch sour, some sourmashy light grains, light spices, coriander-seed. Hazy one had more cakey breadiness, which is a bit nicer. Carbonation high in the mouth, a bit watery, but in a way smoothish too. Retronasals a bit earthy in the hazy one, not so good. Some swimming pool retronasals in both of them. Just a simple pale ale with OK hopping, nothing much going on for me. Nice orange zest and hoppy bite in the finish in the clear one. Better as it warms, less bubbly, fuller in the mouth, and a little sweeter in the fruitiness - worth another point overall to 13. Clear is the clear winner, IMHO - so drink clear. And therefore don’t drink this straight from the bottle! Jookos - bad juovo!
3.1Bottle, served from bottle. Seems like a dry bitter citrus light corianderish ale. Has flavours, but hard to digest straight from the bottle, keeps foaming up. Pale malts, citrus. Refreshing.
2.833 cl bottle.
Pours mostly foam but there also seems to be a small amount of copper colored liquid. The head dissipates rapidly though. Lots of things going on on the nose; very crisp citric fruits, apricot, wheat and spices, herbal notes and yeast also. Surprisingly smooth palate, lemony fruits, some hay and yeast with a hint of spices at the end. Quite an interesting brew but definitely a one-time try.

fazit: sommerlich erfrischend. probierenswert

3.6Bottle from cotteridge wines. Hazy golden orange beer. Large frothy head. Aroma of a wheat beer, banana and cloves. Taste is yeast, spices and malts. A dry finish. Decent stuff.
Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy yeasty citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy citrus hoppy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy citrus finish.
3.4Hazy caramel colour, white head. Aroma of malts, rye, Belgian yeast, green banana and candy. Light sweet flavour, light caramel, some yeast. Light body, yeasty finish.
(Draught @ De Molen, during RBESG 2013 visit)
3.7På fat.
3.3Bottle: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, big loose off-white head that slowly collapses, sweet grainy to malty nose with a distinctive herbal-hoppy background; moderate to solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied and pretty soft; sweetish fruity and grainy traces in the otherwise dry and lingering hoppy finish. Very good Speciality Grain, I expected less…
3.333 cl bottle @ home. Pours slightly cloudy golden with a little sediment and a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is citrus, banana, wheat, and caramel. Flavour is much like the aroma – with a slightly dry finish.
2.0From tap at De Molen. Pours very hazy orange with a medium to large off-white head. Very weird arome that reminds me of chicken manure. Tast is better than the aroma with some wheat, banana, bit sweet.
2.3Tap @ de Molen. Hazy, murky orange with a creamy off-white head. Smells a bit cattlefeed, sourish, vomit-ish.. Quite special :p Tastes sourish, pear, kinda fresh. Not my type of beer. Thin body, soft carbo.
2.2Pours a murky beer with a good white head. Smells not good. Vommit and marsepein. Taste is ok I guess.
3.7330ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with white, foamy head. Wheat, lightly toasted malt, yeast, peaches, banana. Good bitter/sweet balance. Bubbly with a dry bite to it. Nice bitter finish.
2.9Bottle from Asahiya. Solid caramelly nose, with peaches, yeast, and light string cheese. Thick and hazy light orange/amber, fat head with big bubbles. Kind of gushed out into the glass. Wheat and dryish initial / some maltiness and fair hopping in mid / finishes thin and bitter. Light body. Okay. Tastes like a decent homebrew, which sort of lost its way in fermentation and conditioning.
4.2Loved this. Pours straw coloured with a gigantic frothy head. Pour slow, really slow. Aroma of citrus, straw, fruit. It is pretty delicious, fruity, summertime, really good beer.
2.8Bottle @ Christers. Pours golden with a huge offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, sweet fruity. Flavor is malt, little sour, fruity hops, peach. Medium body, lively carbonation. Slightly infected. 100613
3.4Bottle from Bierzwerg!
Slight gusher. Pours amber colored with high soapy head. Smell hoppy-fruity with sweet grains. Aroma is hoppy-fruity, with lots of citrus and a slight bready note. Goes into a bitter hoppy finish with sweet grains and bread.
2.7Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy golden with a huge and bubbly off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Watery. 100613
Tresciwe i pijalne piwo specjalne.
3.7pours blonde/orange, with aggressively rising bubbles and half a glass of foam .
smell is grainy, some bitterness, some hops, some saison-ish yeasty smell .
taste is highly carbonated
veryt sweet grainy taste
very intresting. i’ve had specialty grain before, but it wasnt that memorable to me . this is actualy pretty unique ( so far, for me) .
3.0(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Quite Belgian-style yeast-spicy nose with hints of cara-malt, a sourish wheaty touch and citrus-fruity notes. Moderately bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. A bit slim wheaty, cara-malty taste with fruity hops and yeasty spice, leading into a dry and slim, moderately bitter hoppy and spicy finish. Easy-going stuff. 29.IV.13
