3.9 Barwa ciemnobrunatna, piana idealna - obfita, trwała, beżowa, oblepia szkło. W aromacie i smaku to bardziej porter, niż RIS. Wyraźnie wyczuwalne ciemne słody i melanoidyny, paloność bardzo niska, czekolada jeśli już, to nie bardzo gorzka. Czuć też utlenienie, ale w dobry sposób. Lekki sos sojowy, karmel, melasa. Ciało i wysycenie średnie. Dobre piwo, a że nie w stylu, trudno.

3.8 0.33 bottle C: dark brown, cola N: dark chocolate, yeast P: heavy cream, toffee, caramel, cocoa beans, milk chocolate, yeast, sweet milky finish. Alcohol well hidden.

4.0 Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, chocolate, vanilla, light roasty and coffee notes, light sweet notes, medium bitter. Full body, malty chocolate bitter sweet finish. Good.

4.0 A hefty big boy of a beer, combining qualities of both a Quadrupile and an Imperial Stout, this isn't one to take lightly! Thick and oily looking in the glass with an initial foamy brown head which quickly settles. Dark chocolate and coffee on the nose along with some of that Belgian yeast along with some fig. Rich oily mouthfeel and a mighty fine sipping beer. Lovely!

3.5 0,25l pour at Oluthuone Leskinen. Pours black with creamy mouthfeel. Roasted malt, chocolate and sweetness.

4.0 bottiglia 33 cl, vintage 02.10.17, bel cappello di schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore nero, al naso cacao caffè caramello vino porto, in bocca è piena liquorosa vino porto caramello cioccolato al latte frutta secca vaniglia, corpo strutturato, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, carbonazione moderata (non guasta), attacco molto dolce compensato da un amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. 3.9 Zwarte drank zonder koolzuur. Geur gebrande mout, suikers, rook, dik. Smaak gebrande mout, chocolade, suikers, vanille, dik. Dik mondgevoel. Nasmaak dikke casis met koffie/chocolade smaak, dik, zuurtje, kruidig Mooie bitter van mout en hop. Smakelijk. Bier?

3.6 Thanks Shuichi for sharing the bottle! Poured into a wineglass showing dark brown with half a finger of latte colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of cherry and bourbon. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Cherry and bourbon diseases throughout. Quite strange.

3.8 330ml bottleshare in 2017. Dark Ruby with a thin off white head. Aroma of Cranberry, port, cinnamon and prunes. Sherry flavours with notes of aniseed and sour fruit. Nice body. Finish is Bread, booze and juniper.

3.7 Bottled on March, 2018. Black. Brown head, two fingers, good retention. Difficult to see the carbonation through the darkness. Texture between oily and creamy. Aroma is chocolate, chocolate liqueur, hints of coffee, molasses, ripe fruits, hints of liquorice. Taste is the same. Sweet with soft bitterness at the end. A little bit of alcohol, nothing serious. Tasty Imperial Stout.

Poczatkowa spora slodycz przechodzi w tostowa nute, mocno palonych ziaren kawy, czekolada deserowa, na final zostalo chmielenie, spore mieszajace sie slodkosci z czeskim zateckim. Gdyby nie ten chmiel bylo by moim zdaniem za slodkie. Ale udalo sie dobrze zbalansowac smak. Piana pozostawia wiele do zyczenie, jest mizerna a na szkle sie nie zaznacza, barwa gesta nie przepuszczajaca swiatla

4.1 Fles 33cl thuis. 24,4 Plato, EBC 280, EBU 31. Bottled 1-1-19. Zoet, zacht, hop (Chinook, Saaz), caramel, cappuccino, melk chocolade, wat roasted malts, pruim, donker fruit, licht boozy. Redelijk complex. (4-5-2019).

4.2 Pours black. Aroma of toffee, dried fruits, bourbon, oak, coffee. Full bodied. Balanced.

3.6 W aromacie nuty palone, przypalona skórka pieczywa, melanoidyny, kawa zbożowa, delikatnie chmielowy w ziołowy sposób. Lekko słodki, przyjemny, intensywny, kojarzy się z czymś na pograniczu doppelbocka i porteru bałtyckiego. Barwa to bardzo ciemny brąz, piana beżowa, kremowa, bardzo ładna. W smaku gęste, pełne, półwytrawne, kawowe. Pojawia się lekka, słodka nuta owocowa soku typu Kubuś. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, palono-chmielowa, nieco zalegająca. Alkohol dobrze ukryty, wysycenie niskie. Bardzo dziwne piwo, ma to być mariaż ris i quadrupla nie przypomina żadnego z tych styli, jest za to sporo czeskiego chmielu i paloności. Wersja leżakowana w beczce po burbonie jest jednym z moich ulubionych piw a to dziwactwo jest jedynie dobre.

Looks: Opaque deep Cola blackish brown colour; One-quarter finger head with soapy dark beige foam which fades in 40 seconds; Fair sticky lacing with zero carbonation. Aroma: Very fragrant dark malt, with strong soy sauce, caramel, toffee, chocolate, light coffee, alcohol, floral, strong molasses, light bread and thin grass. Taste: Close to strong sweet dark malt, with rum-like alcohol, strong toffee, caramel, chocolate, light black coffee, floral, strong molasses, spices, earth, light biscuits, lemon and strong bitter grassy hops. Body: Close to full body. Quick slick palate. Mouth Feel: Good dark maltyness in a very slick background. Pleasing rum-booze permeates, laced with strong toffee and caramel with lower-fi chocolate and coffee. Flowery with nice strong sweetness. Spicy earthy with strong lemon to round. Very easy and nice! Hoppiness: Floral and thin grass in nose. Spices, floral, earth, lemon and strong grass in taste; Bitterness is strong for a lasting, high astringent sweet-bitter dark malty finish. After Taste: Fairly dry. Rum-boozy sweet and strong bitter to mouth. Comments: This one's aroma is a bit unassuming with notable soy sauce and lack of usual chocolate and coffee, but the taste is a fine combo of rum-booze, toffee, earthy spicy hops and sweet molasses with a solid bitter finish. So casual and smooth I thought I am not drinking an Imperial Stout, but I am. Excellent!

3.7 Pours in black colour with small brownish head. Aroma of chocolate cake, chocolate. Medium bitter, medium sweet, low sourness, taste of dark chocolate. Full bodied, thick oily feel, long lasting finish, very enjoyable

4.0 Aroma is soft, notes of flowers, berries, coffee and roasted sugar. Taste with chocolate bitterness, very mild acidity, like good coffee.

3.7 33cl fles. Helder donker bruin kleur, fijne romige bruine schuimkraag. De geur is karamel en citrus. Smaak is zoet, gebrande mout, chocolade en citrus. Medium lichaam, weinig koolzuur.

3.7 Bottle @ Black Swan (CPH). Pours Brown with small off-white head. Aroma is very sweet with notes of figs, dried fruits and molasses. Taste is roasyed malts, molasses, dark fruits, figs, caramel. Alcohol is well jorden. Full body with flat carbonation and sticky texture.

4.0 Figs, raisins, dark fruits, chocolate, roasted malt, spice, molasses, notes of caramel and toffee. Basically a Belgian style quad and that's not a bad thing at all.

Taste: Strong dark fruits, alcohol spicy, medium sweet, light chocolate. Palate: Full body. Oily-sticky texture. Warm finish.

3.9 Velice dobrý imperial stout. Vůně s tóny čokolády, kakaa, lehce karamelu a višní. Podobně je to tak i v chuti, to co cítíme lze v chuti jasně vychutnat. Říz jemnější, tělo plné, husté, alkoholové, pěna lehká, krémová. (y)

3.8 Bottle 33cl. Black with a short lived light brown head. Aroma of dark fruit, licorice and some spices. Sweet taste with a warm dark fruit and licorice end. Another good one from brew.
