3.1 Bottle (says Tripel) Pours a cloudy gold with a big, fluffy head and lots of carbonation. Sweet malt aromas. Does not taste like a triple. Warming alcohol with some sweet malts. Nice head, but does not have complex flavors.
3.4 Bottle. As "De Prael Willeke Tripel", older bottle, best before 12-2014. Honey color. Fresh and fruity aroma, mostly fresh prunes (not the dried kind). Hint of lemon, (dried) tangerine, honey. Taste is a very agreeable, fruity tripel style. Slightly sour lacing, infused with honey and (fresh) laurel, buttercups. Aftertaste is jam. Not bad. Could easily have a few.
