3.2 On tap at The Refuge in San Mateo, CA. Amber color. Medium bitterness. Similar to Delirium Noct. but a bit more spice.

4.0 Poured in a pint glass. Big white head with a fantastic aroma. Colour is dark amber. Aromas of fruit, malt, caramel and alcohol. Warm and cozy beer! Love it!

3.8 75 cl bottle. Clear dark amber, huge beige head. Aroma is dried fruit, spices reminding of christmas aroma indeed, dark bread, alcohol. Taste is moderate bitter, spices, maltiness, long finish with slight bitterness and alcohol.

4.1 Strong, balanced and smooth nuances of caramel, molasses and stingy spices. Some caramel malts and alcohol on the background. Medium body with medium, smooth carbonation. Overall, great quality, smooth and still bold product.

3.2 Feb 2022. 1 litre bright bottled from an out of date keg by LowCostBeer. Low condition. Tasty. Malt forward - few of those nasty hops in evidence (this is proper beer). Toffee is the key note. Very drinkable. Dangerous. Not complex or profound. But a decent drinking beer. [3.2]
