3.1 Served from PerfectDraft at home. Rocky off white head left a froth on a caramel coloured still body. Demerara, spice & Christmas cake aroma. Medium bodied, soft & airy over the palate with a clean back. Malt, syrup, sugar & caramel tastes with a tangy fruity finish.

2.8 Blik 50cl van Delhaize, Schengen. Helder lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet en licht bitter met iets van karamel en chocolade. Is wat waterig in de mond. Verder wel goed.

3.5 Bought in cactus supermarket in Luxembourg, a swing top bottle. I have to disagree with the review average. This dark amber beer looks and tastes good. Noticeably smooth and sweet, with a rounded mouthfeel. A balanced flavour. One I'd happily buy again, but needs to be well chilled I think.

2.4 Amber coloured with a thin white head. It has a toffee and fruity flavour with a slight soapy and red fruity finish. Ok.

2.9 Clear amber appearance with a gray head. Light smell of rhum and malty taste. A bit soapy.

2.8 Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

1.7 Mahagony bright brown clear with avrocky beige head. Hay, caramel, bit artificial looking, light spice notes, oxidised.

2.9 Bottle. Clear amber to copper colour with a medium slightly off-white head, nose is malty, grassy and a bit roasty and fruity with notes of caramel, nuts and banana chips, taste is quite sweet and a bit roasty with a mild finish.

2.4 Bottle from a club . Nose is faint citrus, some orange, some dish soap. Taste is very watery orange with a malty backbone. Doesn't really taste like much, definitely not grand

2.9 Erstmal Danke an Sebastian, dem Sohn einer Kollegin, der mir dieses Bier von seiner letzten Reise mitgebracht hat. Das Grand Cru ist ein leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes (fast schon braunes) Bier mit dichten feinporigen Schaum. Es ist stark malzbetont und fast schon zu süß - aber gottseidank nur fast. Die Malzigkeit passt sich gut in den Körper hinein und harmoniert gut mit den anderen Aromen nach Schwarzbrot, Nuss und Nutella. EIn interessantes und gutes Bier.

W skladzie cukier i syrop glukozowy ze az zgrzytaja zeby od tego nadmiaru, dodatkowo posnmak sztucznego miodu, Plus tanie pieczywo barwione karmelem. Wyglad bursztynowa nawet jak na ambera dosc jasna, srednia piana ale znika szybciej niz woda spuszczona w toalecie. Nazwa Grand Cru mocno przesadzona, nalezy je szybko zapomniec

2.7 Can. Acetaldehyde, fruity esters, light caramel, minor spicy hoppy notes, Haphazard aroma, while the taste is really not bad.

3.0 Bottle. Pours a clear, copper color. The aroma is toffee, rye toast, pine sap, and vanilla cream. Sweet and a bit roasty, with a dank bitterness. Unpleasantly thick. Not too bad.

3.5 Fles geprobeerd in Diekirch, het bier heeft een heldere amberkleur met een licht bruin schuim. De smaak heeft iets bitters met caramel en kruiden. Een lekker bier!

2.4 On tap at Chi-chi, Luxembourg. Dark amber with an off-white head. Malty and caramelly aroma with light fruity notes and hints of hops. Fairly sweet, but some bitterness to balance it out too. Some metallic notes is present too. Far from great, but drinkable.

1.3 33 cl bottle at Scott’s Pub, Luxembourg. Nice cermamic flip-top cap. Pours dark amber with off-white, thick, head with poor retention. Aromas are very low: some biscuits, a hint of brown sugar. Taste starts sweetish, very high carb. Then watery, almost no sourness. Not much on the bitterness account. Doesn’t last very long.

2.8 09.07.2017 Kolor brązowy, klarowny. Wysoka, barwy kremowej piana, jest dość trwała, bardzo ładnie zdobi szklankę. Aromat slodowy, karmelowy, delikatnie palony. W tle minimalne nuty popiołów. Smak podobnie słodowy, z mocnym, karmelowym akcentem i delikatną palonością. Wysycenie średnie w kierunku do niskiego, piwo ma "chudą" fakturę. 04.10.2022 Kolor bursztynowy, klarowny. Biała, wysoka i trwała piana. Aromat słodowy z delikatną nutą chmielową, w tle orzech. Smak słodki przełamany ziołową, chmielową goryczką. Wysycenie średnie plus. Tekstura gładka, miękka. Pełne ciało. Wygląd 4, Aromat 6, Smak 6, Podniebienie 4, Razem 12, Ocena: 3,2/5

3.5 Swing top bottle poured into a branded snifter. The beer is a clear amber with a beige head of foam. The aroma is doughy and caramely. Sweet and grainy taste with some spicy hop bitterness just at the finish. Medium body and medium carbonation.
