This beer is an adaptation of a wheat beer brewed in Berlin known as a Berliner weiss. This is a cloudy blond coloured beer lightly tinted by the fruits which are steeped in it: either strawberry, raspberry or blueberry depending on the time of year. It is a highly acidic beer due to the lactic fermentation which takes place. Its aromas are acid, tart, and fruity.A light tasting beer, its acidity is quickly felt on each side of the tongue before leaving all the room for the wonderful fruity taste. 5.9% ABV on bottled version.

4.2 11.2 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a clear red with a pink head of foam. Jammy berry aroma with a bit of oaky character. Lactic tartness. Lighter body and medium carbonation.
3.0 Tap (Die du Ciel! brewery, Montreal). Amber red color. Small size, fluffy pinkish-white head, stays. Sour, acidic, raspberries, fruity in aroma/taste. Not bad, but way too acidic for me.
4.0 Not sure how I never rated this. Beautiful red pour with a short-lived pink cap. Somehow this manages to smell like fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, raspberry yogurt, raspberry vinegar - it basically smells like everything good you can do with a raspberry. While the nose is quite sweet, the taste is deliciously tart and fruity. Dry fruity finish leaves lingering notes of raspberry and lemon juice. The dichotomy of the sweet aroma and mouth puckering taste really works for me.

Fruity, slightly tart taste with raspberries, cherries, bread and a clean, dry and slightly tart finish. Medium body, dry. Clean and refreshing with lots of fresh raspberries and a balanced acidity, Excellent.

4.0 ★★★★ Une sûre aux framboises, pourquoi pas? Le soleil tarde à se montrer le bout du nez et le solstice d'été arrive à grands pas. Je décide donc de prendre les devants et de déguster ce délicieux produit de la microbrasserie Dieu du ciel. Encore une fois, c'est avec un immense plaisir que je me laisse charmer par cette bière sûre, même si je ne suis pas un grand amateur de ce type de bière.
3.4 Moins mon genre, je n'en reboirai probablement pas, mais je n'enlève rien à la qualité du produit. Pour les amateurs du style, c'est une valeur sûre. Bel équilibre en le côté sur et le goût de framboise

Aroma: lightly spicy raspberries. Flavor: tart raspberries with additional complexity. Feel: medium-full body with light carbonation; semi-smooth.
3.6 Refreshing and tasty beer. Just a bit to much carbonation. But a spoon can do miracles. Nice red color with a fine pink head. Looks nice and inviting. Nice intensity in the aroma. 3.8 Draught at Outro Lado, Lisbon, Portugal. Hazy red with pinkish head. Tart and souring fresh raspberries to the fore right from the off. Sharp, mouth puckering notes. Refreshing throughout. Very good.

3.8 On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Rossa vinosa, limpida, brillante, schiuma bianco/rosata media. Al naso note di frutta rossa, lamponi, mentuccia, limone. In bocca ha una piacevole acidità e freschezza, buona secchezza. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.
4.3 Au nez, la framboise domine, laissant une odeur fruité et acide. Il y a aussi un arôme de citron due à la fermentation. Au gout, c'est très framboise, mais ensuite le coté surette te prend les joues et ça fait mal, c'est super bon pour le style, un classique de DDC.
3.8 341ml bottle. Cloudy, purple colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, pink-ish head. Sweet-ish, fruity, raspberry aroma with erthy, leafy and acidic aspects, minimally lactic background. Taste is dry, tart, fruity, notes of raspberry with earthy and leafy aspects, no residual sweetness, lactic basis with a touch of mild sauerkraut, lemon peel. Neither too clean nor too sour, very refreshing, well balanced.

3.8 Bottle shared at a tasting. Cheers to Martin I believe. Pours cloudy purple with a pink froth head. Rich, with fresh raspberries in the nose, light tang, some sweat. Light sweet flavour with clean and fresh raspberry character, moderate tangy bite, bitter berry seeds. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish, some dry raspberry, light sweetness, very slight funk. Quite refreshing and dry overall.

4.0 Draught at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels. Deep ruby body, with a small, pinkish head. Aroma with loads of fresh sweet, earthy, slightly sour raspberries, subtle wheat. Tastes similar, all about the distinct raspberries. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes sweet-sour, a bit dry, a bit earthy, with lingering fresh raspberries. Tasty. Very fresh, with lovely raspberries everywhere. A bit simple maybe, but really beautiful and balanced. Great fruited Berliner. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
3.8 Draught @ BXLBeerFest 2018. Sourish, tart and heavy with raspberry juice notes, hints of wheaty yeastiness and lactic notes. Quite a lot of raspberries here.
4.0 Sampled at BXL festival. Clear deep reddish pink. Raspberry juice, tart grains, soft lactic and herbal with a bit of mineral notes. Mostly raspberries though. Medium sour, light bitter and very light sweet. Over light bodied.
