3.1Blond, witte schuimkraag... fris en prikkelig. Vrij vlak, iets zoet en niet heel erg uitgesproken.
Mwoah.
2.5Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before August 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, a bit grassy-spicy aroma of grains and some straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and faint hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and a little metallic finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not very remarkable, rather boring Kölsch. Alaaf!
2.7Tap (Some Hotel, Cologne) (5:3:5:3:11=2.7)
Light sweetish lagery aroma. Smooth palate. Perfumey floral taste, still a bit lagery. Finish has lots of tannins, plenty of black tea.
2.9Bottle from the Offie, Leicester. Light golden and clear with a large amount of visible carbonation. No head. There's not a lot of aroma. A touch of hay, some papery notes. Sweet taste with a touch of bitterness in the aftertaste. Short to medium finish. There isn't a lot in this, but it's decent enough.
1.4Disclaimer: I was brought up on Altbier, so Kölsch was always out of scope by definition. I tried my very best by sampling a fair number of Kölsch, but I cannot get it. Among the Kölsch I tried, Dom appears to me to be average.

2.6Many thanks for this bottle to kevnic2008. Piwo o sredniej ale nawet trwalej piance. Kolor zlocisty, i klarowny. W zapachu niewiele mozna wyczuc jakby suszone siano tylko. Smak zwykly delikatny i musujaco orzezwiajacy.
