Unfiltered blonde beer with a touch of wheat and a strong bitterness. Brewed the good old way, it is very refreshing.
The only Saison beer produced in the region of Namur! The foam and bubbles are delicate and fine. Balance is the key word for this beer. It shifts between floral aromas, lime, a little broom and a lace mouth, but is robust at the same time. Refreshing as hell, this beer takes us back in time.
Note: this beer is a blend of two other beers from the brewery, neither of them being a saison though.

Fles thuis gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een frisse citrusachtige geur. De smaak is fris, citrusachtig en grassig.
Une très bonne saison, translucide à l'œil, savoureuse et rafraîchissante au palais, pas trop forte.

Unfiltered cloudy yellow color with beautiful layered white head. A littlebit retro label. Very fresh, citrusy aroma with notes of wheat beer. The head is fine, worth a bite. Carbonated, but not rough. Citrus aftertaste reminiscent of American hops. A little of the Belgian candy has a sugary feeling, but it suits him well. Coriander, fresh and delicious.

Szűretlen zavaros sárga szín, gyönyörű réteges fehér hab. Kicsit retro címke. Nagyon friss, citrusos illat, búzasörös jegyekkel. Maga a hab is finom, érdemes beleharapni. Szénsavas, de nem durván. Amerikai komlókra emlékeztető citrusos mellékíz. Picit a belga kandis cukros feeling előjön , de jól áll neki. Korianderes, friss és finom.

Klassiska belgiska smaker. Jästsmakerna precis som du känner igen från den belgiska standarden. Med detta blandas det tyska veteölssmaken och blir tack vare sin ofiltrerade status ett smakfullt öl. Charmigt med efterjäsning på flaska som ger lite extra värde.
330ml bottle. Pours a hazy blonde with a large, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Aroma of wheat malt, lime, yeast, coriander and floral hops. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lime, Belgian yeast, coriander, white pepper and floral hops in a dry finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Decent.
Robe très trouble, très belle mousse, bien tenace, visqueuse. Nez marqué saison: froment, levure, fruité, agrumes... Riche. Attaque franche, équilibrée, légère amertume herbeuse, arômes de saison (levure, agrumes légers). Bonn bière.
Hazy golden, full head. Fresh fruity aroma. Fruity taste, lime, bread and apricot.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, floral nose with pineapple, apricots, lemon, white bread, honey and flowers (lavender?). Fruity, malty taste with notes of white bread, pineapple, peaches, lemon peel, honey, coriander, flowers, dough, candy sugar and a floral finish with fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Not the most complex saison, but tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
0,33l bottle. Hazy blond colour with long lasting big fluffy white head. Aroma: Citrus and palaya with banana and floral notes. Taste: Has a fresh citrusy tarty start with a significant hoppy mouthfeel. Has a floruish tone too. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Medium lasting gently bitter finish.
500ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a tall, lasting white head. Aroma is wheat, spices, citrus. Taste is dry, citrus peel, coriander, wheat. Moderate bitter finish.

A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma has wheat-banana, grain, wet dog... Light-bodied. Light Saison spiceyness, pale malts and banana. Very simple Saison, way too watery for its ABV.
En av de bästa ölen. Lättdrucket men ändå smakrikt.
Более чем достойное пиво с цитрусово-кориандровым пряным вкусом, которое приятно пить растягивая. Не теряет вкусовые качества, постояв в бокале.

trübe und stohgelb. Trocken, citrus- und Koriander Noten erinnert mich stark an ein wit. Etwas komplexer! Schmeckt gut!
Pullo @ Alko. Kaatuu tulppaaniin kullankeltaisena ja hyvin sameana, muhkean 3,5 sormen paksuisen vaahdon suojaamana, vaikka melko varovasti kaatoi. Tuoksu on taattua saisonia, pippurisen mausteista, hivenen yrttistä vivahdetta, karviaista, hedelmäistä hiivaisuutta ja hieman mineraalisuutta. Maussa on hedelmäistä, sitruksista hiivaisuutta, mausteisuutta, karviaistakin löytyy, makeampaa hedelmääkin. Suutuntuma on hiilihappoinen, hieman makea alkuun ja melko raikas. Hyvä saison, hieman belgialeen vivahtaen. Makean puoleinen saisoniksi ja ei ehkä ihan niin raikas kuin parhaat. Laadukas kuitenkin, voi löytyä lasista uudelleenkin..
initially the lemon/orange/citrus hits hard, then the funk finishes it off, but the mouthfeel is nice and balances the dryness and acidity. just a bit too fruity for me, but otherwise a nice beer. belgian beer factory online bottle

Huge tall and white everlasting foamy crown over a murky golden body. Spicy aroma (black pepper and cloves) and cereal notes. Taste is spicy, fruity, bit vinous (white grapes). Some cereal and bready notes again. Mild dry and spicy finish. Medium body, lively, rounded carbonation, silky/soft texture.
Tall, Belgian bomber. Average label. Frosted, dull yellow-white pour with a very tall, sticky, egg creme head. Biotic, witty aroma. Clean, lightly spicy, mostly dry, a little fruity, lightly bitter. This was very easy drinking. Light body, tight carbonation but not fizzy. Market Square Liquors.
7/26/18 - Tallahassee, Fl - Market Square Liquors - 750 ml bottle - shared with the gang at Proof. Light golden hazy pour, frothy snow white head. Fruity aroma, some grassiness. Light lemon fruitiness, some raw cake mix, some saffron spice. Nice spritz to the mouthfeel.
