Dubuisson Cuvée des Trolls
The Cuvée des Trolls was created in 2000 in the tanks of microbrewery Le Brasse-Temps, which was established in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson. It is an unfiltered blonde beer with a natural cloud. The beer is produced using only yeast, malt, hops, sugar and water and has an alcohol volume of 7%. Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, the beer has very pleasant fruity aromas that are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste.

Strong hashing. Excellent foam. Nose. Yeast, malt, apple notes, citrus, light soap. (Storage?) Taste. Weak malt, apple notes, sourness, yeast, hops. Smooth, drinkable, tasty, but slightly watery. In general, a good example.
Botella de 33 cl @ Lidl. Color dorado, bastante cristalina y con abundante espuma blanca efervescente y aspecto jabonoso. Aroma a plátano, piel de naranja y panadería. En boca predomina la fruta (naranja), pan y alguna especia. Post gusto seco
Bottle from Lidl, pours slightly hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma of fresh bread, candy sugar & some orange peel . Taste of more bread , good biscuit, candy sugar, coriander, spicy pepper and orange peel . Light bodied with good carbonation & an airy mouthfeel. The finish is dry and bittersweet with more bread , biscuit, candy sugar, pepper, coriander & orange peel. A really solid Belgian pale .

Gusher. Pours a slightly hazy light golden/amber colour with a large fluffy white head. Very aggressive carbonation. Aromas of yellow fruits, citrus fruits, with a hint of bananas, some light floral, coriander and a hint of spice. Taste is again yellow fruits, some green fruits, a hint citrusy, Lots of peppery spice with a sparkly champagne like mouthfeel. Thinnish body, fizzy lively palate and slightly oily mouthfeel. Very subtle hop bitterness on the finish. Quite an elegant beer, no big flavours but it has a touch of class about it. Good
Butelka. Jasny, złoty kolor z biała, obfita pianą, która opada powoli. W zapachu i smaku dominuje słód, nuty drożdży, trawy, ziół i kandyzowanej skórki pomarańczowej. Dość słodkie o wysokim wysyceniu ale nadal oleistej teksturze. Bez większych fajerwerków.
Fruitige toets niet te bitter
bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, colore giallo paglierino limpido, al naso lieviti belgi banana cereali agrumi miele note floreali, in bocca frutta gialla miele note erbacee, corpo leggero, watery, carbonazione forte, amaro moderato. Me gusta el cuerpo y la burbuja. El trago es refrescante pero quizá demasiado alcohólica al final. Aroma muy sutil. Gusto afrutado a caramelo y ?menta?
Lovely looking 250ml bottle but wish I could say more of what was inside. Striaght off the bat I got deep earthy aroma on the snoz which peaked my interest for what was to come. Appearance wise it's a lovely darker golden cloudy haze which adds an air of mystery. The initial taste is a decent hit of hops and yeast, some citrus and apple notes come through but weakly mind. The taste fades away very quickly, it needs an added omph needed here to take it to the next level. Overall it has potential but ultimately falls short of the mark.

Bière bue en pression au Crotoy à défaut de trouver autre chose de correct après une sortie au parc du Marquenterre. Robe blonde, fin collet de mousse persistante, en bouche des notes de houblon mais un goût basique (rebue dans les Vosges : avec des notes désagréables de vinaigre, à confirmer). Bonne longueur en bouche tout de même mais pas terrible au final.
Pas très forte passe bien, légère au palet
Bière 75 cl bue chez des amis pour accompagner un goûter. Bonne bière belge aux arômes de levure et petite pointe d’acidité. (M)
Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con schiuma abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è velata. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, agrumi e frutta passita.
Nice white head, slightly hazy and amber colour, aromas are very balanced with light notes of orange but in full balance, good taste in perfect balance, but without any pleasant surprises.

33cl bottle, also tried the 75cl one. Pours hazy orangish yellow with nice creamy white head. Subtle aroma of malt, spices, yeast, some sweet and fruits.. but again not very strong. Taste is citrus, apple juice, grapes, yeast and alcohol. Tastes pleasant and refreshing. Champagne like mouthfeel. High carbonation and strong at 7% abv but also goes down very easily, not much bitter at all.. fruity, strong, fizzy and very easy to drink, what's not to like? Pretty nice to me, if a bit sweet and happy tasting in the end, but really enjoyable.
Bière pas très typée mais agréable
Blond pale trouble, fine mousse blanche abondante. Arômes : citron, floral, herbal, pomme. bonne acidité et amertume moyenne. Recette qui sans être exceptionnelle, reste équilibrée et originale. Rafraichissante, mais pas si légère.
Bottle 33 cl. Pale amber color, good white foam. Aroma and taste^ malty ale, sweetish, fruits (pear and apple), yeast, a bit wine and alcohol.
0,3 liter bottle. It's an ok beer, but not the one that will return in my fridge.
0.33l bottle from Csakajósör. Dark golden, hazy body. Thin off-white foam, does not last long. Fruity aromas, maybe grapes. Similar to champagne. Taste is again fruity, grapes (muscat) and pear. Hint of honey and chewing gum in the background. Aftertaste is dry and moderately bitter. Palate is champagne like, this is a fizzy, strongly carbonated beer. Not my favourite beer style, yet complex, harmonic and enjoyable.

Cloudy blond with a high fluffy white head.
Vanilla bubblegum peppery spices to the nose.
Bread malts with some citrus peel and peach blossom.
Silky mouthfeel medium carbonation finishes dry with a clean aftertaste.
Not a lot going on feels bit watery a bit flat.
Tap. Light yeasty aroma. Very fruity, medium bitter taste. Overall okay, not great
Mousse : Faible carbo, fines bules
Couleur : Blonde dorée clair.
Nez : Epicé levuré soutenu par alcool, orange. Typique blonde belge.
Bouche : Épices, orange et fruit jaune soutenu par alcool. Légère amertume en fin de bouche.
Avis : Correct, alcool trop présent, fait le job pour une bière belge sans plus.
Schönes gold, feine Krone, insgesamt etwas süßlich, aber lecker und rund und gelungen
