3.0 750ml bottle at a private tasting at За разБИРАчи, Ruse. Pours hazy with a thin fast-settling foam and froth head, medium lacing, visible rising carbonation. On the nose, muted estery almost-banana, slight barnyard notes, with a little raisin and fig. In the mouth, high carbonation, slight pineapple and lemongrass, slight sourness, a touch of sweetness, mild to mid bitter finish. Overall, not what I expect from an Abbey Tripel, more like a strong Witbier. Refreshing and drinkable, but there are better ways to spend your beer money.
3.5 Bottle to tulip. Aroma of caramel, orange, yeast and wheat. Taste begins with yeast, pepper, and then citrus, bitterness, and wheat arises.
3.4 0,75l bottle, bought from SAQ in Montreal. Pours light hazy yellow. Yeast, malt and some citrus hops. Light on the palate for the abv. Easy to drink.

3.4 Pours pale yellow with decent white head. Low carbonation. Well balanced between hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness. Some homey or brown sugar is notable on the plate in the initial intake, before the bitterness comes through as the more dominant flavour in the mouth with a fruity sweetness more dominant in the finish, and that sweetness lingers. Tasty and very drinkable
3.5 Basic triple stuff, nothing much happening here. Enjoyable but that's about it. Fruits and yeast, topped with the typical sugar aroma.

4.6 Cerveja maravilhosa. Leve, levemente frutada. Não deixa gosto amargo na boca. Vale muito a pena.
3.4 Po otwarciu lekki gaszing, piana opada pozostaje niewielka do końca. Kolor żółty zmętniony z pływającymi kłaczkami drożdży. Aromat słodowy, drożdżowy, lekko owocowy. Smak, również słody, zbożowy, belgijskie owoce, brzoskwinie, szorstkie ostrawe drożdże, lekko cytrusowe na finiszu z zaznaczoną goryczką. Nagazowanie wysokie buzuje w ustach, alkohol ukryty, lekkie oznaki brzydkiego utlenienia. Piwo dobre ale zwykłe, niczym się nie wybija w smaku, dobry przeciętniak.

3.6 Birra dal colore dorato opalescente. Schiuma bianca e persistente. All’olfatto sentori di zeste, zagara, miele e crosta di pane. Al palato mediamente corposa, con note di malto, caramello e marmellata di agrumi, Nel finale rimane lievemente amara e abbastanza bilanciata da non far sentire la sua gradazione alcolica e rimanendo molto beverina. Una buona birra.
2.7 Alleen gedronken, smaakt kruidig met verder weinig smaak, erg jammer. Het goede punt is de schuimkraag die mooi vol is en dat het biertje niet te bitter is. Gewoon niet bijzonder.
3.6 Small keg at Ürx Tasting: Hazy dark yellow color, white color. Aroma with grapes, candies, wine. Flavor is candies, yeast, fruits, green apples, grapes.
3.6 Robe blonde, fine mousse peu persistante. Nez typé de triple sur des notes maltées, finement houblonnée, des fruits mûrs, une pointe de levure et de farine. Bouche à l’attaque acidulée, les agrumes sont marqués, la bulle est fine mais la finale un peu courte pour un faire une grande triple. Une triple de soif.
3.2 Cloudy straw yellow/golden body. Yeasty, grassy, some spicy hop notes, Slight green apple, yeasty, bready, some more spicy hops, a little peppery. Moderate bodied with a lot of carbonation,
4.0 Hazy light golden with nary a foam cap to be found. Aroma of yeasty pepper, orange, coriander and wheat. Flavor tends toward wheat even more with the same accompaniments from the nose. Finish is kind of nice, more balance with a touch of sweet and fairly clean. Maybe a bit boring overall.
3.2 Bu avec nutjes au passé simple à mouscron . Bouteille de 75 cl, verre de trolls (givré). Couleur blonde jaune pâle. mousse avec un jolie col. Au nez c’est le sucre , un peu de fruit ! leger note de houblon discrète . En bouche , c’est le houblon , le fruit un peu d’ananas , la mangue avec son sucre. blonde assez simple efficace quand même . meilleur qu’une pils bien sure. classqiue de comptoir.
3.2 75cl-fles samen met Banzale in Le Passé Simple te Moeskroen. U: Wazig blond met dunne witte schuimkraag. G: Bleekmout, veel gist, brood en wat alcohol. S: Zeer moutzoet met een zeer licht bittertje. Granen, gist, zeer licht fruitig en wat alcoholwarmte. M: Semi-volmondig met medium carbonatie.
3.6 Nos amis les trolls reviennent triplement dans cette recette créée initialement pour les 10 ans de la cuvée des trolls. Pour la noter, rien donc de meilleur que de la comparer avec son ainée. En premier lieu, notre triple titre à 7,5 % Abv contre 7 % Abv pour la cuvée initiale. En verre, la bière est blond paille limpide mais à l’inverse de sa grande sœur, la triple est, pour notre plaisir, pourvue d’une mousse blanche d’un demi centimètre. Le nez se porte essentiellement sur les céréales et le citron (la cuvée des trolls était davantage tournée sur le miel). A la dégustation la différence est notable. Alors que la cuvée des trolls était relativement déséquilibrée avec des arômes de miel omni présents, la triple va être plus structurée, équilibrée et longue (elle y perd légèrement en corps cependant). L’attaque est sur le citron et les céréales, avec une présence notable de l’alcool. L’amertume est d’une intensité moyenne sur des arômes de miel et coriandre. Le final laissera s’exprimer quelques notes épicées agréables. En conclusion, sans être triplement meilleure, la Cuvée des Trolls Cuvée Spéciale se démarque de sa grande sœur par son équilibre et son homogénéité. Et sans être exceptionnelle d’arômes ou de longueur, celle-ci reste une bière très agréable.
3.7 Bue avec Quentin. Bière blonde jaune. Mousse blanche qui disparaît rapidement. Goût des bières belges. Pas mal. Belle découverte.

3.4 7% alk, belgijski tripel. Mutno žuta boja. Baš nema nekakvu čudesnu aromu. Lijepo je zamaskiran alkohol. Jako ugodna za popit i vrijedi probati.
3.2 Dorée orange voilée, notes fruitées, plutôt agrumes et fruits jaunes, me semble un peu plus ronde et un peu plus douce et fruitée que la Trolls classique, et un peu plus facile, tout en restant bonne et équilibrée. Bouteille 75cl achetée en grande surface en Île-de-France, France, bue le 15/06/2016.
4.1 Slightly hazy straw color with powerful activity. Thick white sparkly foamy island explosion of 4 fingers, lasting around 15 minutes, with some good legs. Aromas of citrus, floral freshness, and a little vinous. Flavors of fruits like lemon and lime, coriander, sweet grains, floral and herbal spices. Highly vinous but still pleasant and tempers well while getting warmer. Yeasty and a little bready. More sharp than sugary. A little metallic but mostly in the foam. Strong floral feel. Slick medium body with champagne like carbonation. Medium to strong finish of long length, ending with a dash of sweet fruity citrus and a highly sharp spicy yeasty lingering tongue coat feel. Also feels like a white wine being slightly dry. Overall a very good craft offering tasty flavors and very good freshness, although highly boozy and alcoholic having problems masking the alcohol feel. Well balanced flavors and appealing look. Strong spices and winey but still pleasant.
3.7 Bottle from Brewtopia. Pure gold with slight haze lasting white head and lace. Mild spicy leafy fruity aroma. Apricot sweetness with some light grassy malt and spicy long bitterness to balance the sweetness. Medium light body fine carbo with a little bite. Seems more like a Duvel wannabee than a tripel. Very spicy slightly tart finish from the hops and yeast I guess. Pretty good but not top notch.
