3.6Aroma is citrus and pine with a lot of sweet malts and smooth caramel tones. Taste goes quite stingy from the get go, with pine and sharp grapefruit bite before levelling out in a pleasant caramel tone with a pine bitterness doing wheelies in a circle around you. Yeah, sure I can remember the old school sensations from these kind of IPA?s and I truly enjoyed it but it?s not really in the same region us hop-nerds are hunting nowadays.
3.6Pours deep amber. Nose is big malts, resin. Tastes malt dominated, resin, caramel sweet, ok.
3.2Citric, fruit jam, caramel, biscuites, pine, caramel, alcohol.
Amber colour, medium beige head, lacing.
Lightly salty, big sweetness, big bite, resinous, but very heavy on the malts, tastes very Brittish, earthy and perfume.
Medium/fullbodied, small lively bubbles, oily feel, bitter finish.
I can see why this was the rave 10 years ago, but times have moved on.

3.5Bottled. Pours hazy deep golden with an average off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, mango notes and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up being more dry and bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice DIPA indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

4.0Fat. Vinröd i klassisk ipa stil. Doftar fräscht fruktigt Maltigt. Vindruvor åh sen kommer lite träig torrhet i munnen för att avslutas med lite vindruvor igen. Bra Dipa i klassisk maltig stil. Om du undrar över klassisk stil läs på om gamla Dipa svensk, dansk, inlands USA Dipa ala 90 tal.

3.3Keg at hanging bat... Copper.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet caramel toffee fruit nose.. Soft sweet floral fruit nose.. Light spangles toffee fruit
3.4Bottle. It poured a golden/amber color with an off-white head. The aroma was of floral, pine hops and a touch of caramel. The taste was similar to the aroma with more floral hops. It had an average texture. Tasty.
3.810/30/2011. From bottle. Amber color with a white head. Caramel, citrus, pine and malty aromas. A bit of alcohol burn, caramel, floral hops and a bitter, hoppy finish.
3.6Not good and not bad. Huge hoppy and bitter. Sweet apple and grape fruit flavor.
3.3500 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a slightly hazy amber/copper color with a small off white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is sweet, caramel malty, butterscotch, with herbal, citrus and resiny hops that seem to be faded. The flavor has smooth sweet caramel malt, some citrus and resiny hops that again have faded. This presents more like an American Barley wine. I wonder how old it was when we had this.
3.5Bottle - Pours amber w/ white head. The aroma is piney, floral, and sweet. Very malty and caramel with some orange and tangerine notes. This is too sweet for me.
3.7On tap. Copper with small white head. Aroma of pine and flowers hop with malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet and malty with a fairly balanced hop punch; pine mostly.
3.4Little head, orange Golden. Fat sugar nose with orange, apricot and smoked bacon. Medium body and length. Semi fat with some orange fruit and apri og, sweet
3.6Pours a very cloudy amber color with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet. I get lots of caramel and apple right away, followed by grapefruit, lemon, peach, and a bit of alcohol. The taste is heavier on the malt. Caramel comes out most here, but there is some balance with grapefruit and apple. But the caramel malt really dominates. Citrus and fruity aftertaste is subtle, but it does last a long time. The texture isn’t nearly as heavy as you would think, and I would actually lean towards being more light. Carbonation seems more flat. The alcohol content is noticed quickly here. This is a very unusual beer for this style. I enjoyed it. However, I got a little tired of the maltiness the more I drank it. I would have enjoyed it more if it was a more traditional IPA/Double IPA.
3.8This was a slightly disappointing beer from the first pour. There was almost no head and it had a slightly oily texture. Admittedly, it has a very nice balance of hoppy sweetness.
2.2This beer smells absolutely revolting like sweaty gym socks and bad cheese. It looks like muddy water in a glass and tastes ok. Fairly high bitterness with medium sweetness and a taste of wet leaves thats not good. This beer is one of the worst.
3.3The same flavor as all the other European iPas, huge flower flavors, at least this one isn’t overly sweet
3.3Bottle. Moderate roasted note for themalt, heavy pine for the hops, moderate soapy cheese for the yeast, with background notes of raisin, date, cherry, toffee, solvent and rosemary. Head is small, fizzy, off-white with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is hazy copper. Falvor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, oily with a lightly astringent and moderately alcoholic and chewy finish. Nice impact of dried fruit in the aroma, justa touch off in the flavor for a DIPA.
