2.7 Bottle. Amber color poured with a white head that dissipated fairly quickly. Malty aroma with notes of caramel and light honey. Sweet taste.
2.3 12 oz. bottle. Poured light copper, small white head. Aroma was sweet caramel malt, corn. Taste was sweet, plain, watery.
2.2 Arômes de céréales et de conifères. Douce en bouche. Malt, orge. Une micro-pointe sucrée. Facilement buvable.
0.9 Bottle from the local corner convenience store. Pours an amber-copper. Thin & watery body. Not much of a head. Taste was like copper/metallic, with some bread, maltiness, raisins?, and a hint of sweet honey. Palate was also metallic and bitter, with a slight honey flavor. Overall it was like drinking a cheap malt liquor that had caramel coloring added and a bit of sweetness. Also gave me a headache (after two bottles). But only $5.99 a six pack, so just had to try. What’s funny is it says on the label "Extra Rich". Lol! Are you kidding me!? Extra Rich, yeah, maybe in FORMALDEHYDE! The only mouth this piss should be poured down is the mouth of your toilet! Made me sick as a dog.
2.6 4.5%ABV.  Amber lager.  Poured out Amber. 12ºSRM. Nose is beery and sweet.   Mouthfeel is watery.  Palate is toasted malt and pale malt.  No hops. Finish is non-existent.
3.0 I think it does well to quench the taste of someone looking for something light but still packs a punch.Doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste and finishes nicely.
2.6 Bottle. Clear deep amber color, scant head. Aroma of nutty caramel. Taste is malty caramel. Plain.
2.5 I had it from the bottle. The aroma is caramel malt and honey. The taste is caramel, honey, and corn. It’s a little thin. It was dry with a quick finish. It’s inoffensive and has decent flavor. It’s not a bad bargain beer.
3.1 Originally rated on 8/7/08. Offering # 3 out of the 12 pack sampler. I poured a honey brown body with average carbonation, and a thin white cap that left heavy lacing. Aroma was very slight but honey and malts were present. The taste was similar to the smell while the aftertaste of honey lingered. Overall it was a pleasant beer, although it wasnt overly sweet, i wouldnt want to drink too many of these in a row, a nice change of pace beer.
4.0 Very good lager. Deep amber color. Sweet with the honey. Easily drinkable. Can have many and not be impacted too greatly.
2.5 Meh really serves it best. I expected something more similar to uinta's offering. It's slightly sweet but really doesn't offer anything beyond normal.
1.7 Rated from old notes. The slightly sweet aftertaste only serves to remind what a drab, flat and weak beer this amounts to in the end. Not actively offensive, but a beer to avoid.
4.2 I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments.
2.3 12oz Flasche. Goldgelbe Farbe, kaum Schaum. Geruch und Geschmack ein Lager mit leichter Honignote.
3.1 My go to "session beer". Pours a nice, clear amber color with a thick white-ish head. Has a malty smell to it. Has a crisp, light mouthfeel. Tastes of malt, slight bitterness, with a light honey finish. A solid beer overall, an exceptional one for the price.
3.8 Pours a crystal clear golden color with white head and just a suggestion of honey flavor
2.2 Poured from 12 oz. bottle. Clear, sparkling amber with a thin off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of honey, caramel, bread and dough. Taste of honey, cream soda and bread dough. This is clearly a lager, despite all that honey and mall, albeit not a particularly good one. Medium/light body and medium carbonation.
2.4 Honey lager is certainly not the same as honey ale and has since also evident during fermented mark only in flavor. Malty, partially hoppy and flower. The taste is very rich and sweet. It has malty character as a lager, but it also has clear shades of honey. Hop bitterness is low and gives an aftertaste of honey that is long-lasting.
2.5 Amber color with thin off-white head. aroma is light malt and old bread. Flavor is similar with a hint of honey on the end.
1.4 Pours dark gold with ample frothy head. Aroma is musty yeast with glass off-notes. Flavor is very plain cheap pilsener. The honey is obviously there just to soften the blow of this fairly crappy lager.
3.3 Bottle from Epsom Circle Market, Epsom NH. Aroma is bready malts and yeasty dough. Appearance is clear golden brown with finger-width head with poor retention, minimal lacing and nice sparkle. Taste is lightly sweet. Palate is medium bodied with lively carbonation that’ll cut through a dry throat on a hot summer day. Overall, pretty much what you’d expect for the style but not a real strong aroma or taste. In the right situation, this hits the spot.
2.5 A: bread, cooked vegetables A: brown, clear, sparkling, frothy, tan foam. T: heavy cloying sweetness, lightly bitter, medium sourness, caramel, vanilla P: medium body, slick feel, lively, astringent, abrupt. O: Interesting beer. Not a fantastic one.
2.5 From a bottle at Carmine's. Pours a light Amber color. Makes a thin head. Almost no aroma. Tastes pretty bland, but has a bit of sweetness. Not special at all.
2.7 This is one of those beers that I used to order in clubs or bars when they didnt have anything better. It’s a better than average beer, but doesn’t have much flavor besides sweet malts and honey. Not much hops in the taste....the opposite of a BOM. Medium brown appearance, kind of clear. Good for daytime or for mowing lawns when you don’t really want "lawnmower beer".
2.9 Draft. Amber-brown beer with an off-white head. Light caramel aroma. Sweet malt and light caramel flavor. Medium bodied. Sweet malt and light caramel linger with very light mineral notes.
2.1 again..had this shit years ago and never rated it..and with this rating among others, now you know why.
2.1 Pours a clear amber with a small white head. Smells like bread, cloying. Taste is overly sweet, hint of actual honey, taste like a soda more than a beer.
3.3 There was decent smoke with this beer. It poured a darker gold with a small white head. The aroma is honey and very sweet. I also pick up wheat, wet grass, corn, and water. The taste reminds me of a basic macrolager with sweet honey added in but that is not a knock to it. There is a little bit of bitterness and corn in the flavor.
2.4 12 oz. bottle thanks to Gary. Appearance: 3 fingers tan head, golden color, clear, good lacing. Aroma: honey, caramel. Palate: light body, average to soft carbonation, cloying sweetness, sticky texture. Taste: sweet honey and maltyiness that lingers. Overall, poor balance, honey is a bit too much for me, not something I enjoyed drinking.
2.3 This one is sweet to smell and sweet to taste. The honey really makes this beer an ok drink. Not really my style (lager) but drinkable.
