3.9 The only fault with this one is that I cannot read the label through poor font choices. Aside from that little tid-bit this is a grand tasty ale. Into a snifter at just on chilled. Mildly hazy, amber gold body with very fine carbonation raising up to a solid, creamy, two finger's of white cream atop that daubs a wonderfully thick lace. Aroma is yeast driven and heavy on the fruit esters. Pronounced floral, pot pourri nose with notes of tangelo, apricot, lychee, pear and candied fruits. Similar on the palate with more emphasis on the candied fruit. Creamy and full mouthfeel. Soft finish with some herbal roughage and hit of earthy dried spices and mild phenols. Yeasty throughout. Light zing of lemon gives it a drawing sourness. Plump fruit upfront with the tangelo, apricot, lychee and pear. Drinks above its weight. This is a well made, artisinal ale. Delicate yet heady. Very refreshing. (33cL, BBE 03/21, The Liquor Shed Jandakot)
3.7 Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter great flavor. Slightly acetic. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate and a little fizzy. Great stuff.

4.1 Slightly cloudy, golden liquid with a full, stable off-white head. Nice pale malt, wafting with herbs and dried flowers. some mild pear and orange scents join in. Quite bubbly and lively on the tongue, with a continued flow of fine champagne type bubbles. Pale malts and light fruit dominate the flavors. Some sweet herbs and mild spices (Chinese five spice) aid to offset the sweetness. Linger has a light bitterness with some pepper and cloves. Enjoyable brew. Some cheese and a loaf of fresh bread would pair perfectly.
4.0 Cloudy golden color, frothy white head. Belgian yeast nose, fruity esters, spicy, floral. Belgian yeast taste, estery, mild malty, light to moderate bitterness, crisp, floral notes, balanced. Medium body, soft carbonation, smooth texture. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

3.7 Farmhouse funk nose. Hazy amber, thick head. Funk, pear, grass, dandelion. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Lovely and well done.
3.7 Taster, thanks to Werckmeister! Straw colored, medium hazy body, with a small, frothy, cream head. Aroma of dough, straw, sweet yellow fruits, flowers, vanilla, some bubblegum, peppery spices, some citrus. Tastes quite similar, less sweet. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes dry, spicy, medium bitter, yeasty, doughy, floral, citric, a bit fruity. Very nice. Classic style example, with lots of yeasty, spicy and fruity notes. Not too complex maybe, but really well balanced, smooth and fresh to drink. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15
3.5 0,33l bottle at home bought from Finest Belgian Beers webshop. BB 03/2021. light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells bit yeasty, spices, some ripe fruits, earthy, flowery, coriander, tobacco. nice to very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes earthy, peppery, spices, leathery, bit rubbery, herbal, tobacco, chlorophyl. finishes rather bitter with notes of tobacco, peppery and earthy notes. Nice one, bit too much carbonation, also a bit on the bitter side, overall good stuff, could use a bit longer in the bottle.
3.5 33 cl fles. Troebel blond bier met fijne pareling en wit schuim. Geur: mout, brood, gist, ietwat stoffig. Smaak: licht moutzoet, licht hopbitter, hint van abrikoos, wat kruidig. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht hopbitter, kruidig, droog.

3.7 Monday, March 16, 2020. Bottle, 33cL. 6.1%. Purchase ("Le Comptoir de la Bière", Boufféré (85), FR). Home. A sparkling blond clear beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention and lacing ! Biscuit-bread, herb, dusty dough cereal. Medium dry refreshing bitter, light sweet. Good body, smooth light silky texture, average good gaseous, bitter cereal dry lasting finish. Overall, very good ! I just regret this strange spoiled aroma ; maybe a younger bottle would have been better but this tasting was way before the date on the label...
3.7 On tap at the 13th Brugge beer festival, Brugge, Belgium. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Fruity, citrus, banana, yeasty, spice aroma and taste. Refreshing saison, very good indeed.
3.6 Pours a lightly hazy straw color with a touch of orange. Lots of effervescence. 3-finger white head. Mild aroma, with touches of earthy yeast and citrus. The citrus gets stronger as it warms. Body is medium with a long, dry finish. A touch of astringency to it. Flavors of citrus and spice up front, giving way to an earthy note at the back.
3.6 300 cL, slope-shouldered bottle. Good label. Foggy blonde, improbably tall, beady, bone-colored head. Aroma is biotic, tangy, citrus-apricot - yeasty, pale ale sweatiness to it. Rather dry, moderately aspirin bitter, notes of unripe sloes and fenceline plums. Crisp, a bit fizzy. Perhaps too smooth - the flavor is very balanced on the dry side, but lacks a certain character or saison funk. Body on the light side. Very drinkable, well done, but too practiced. Market Square Liquors, Timberlane.
3.5 $3.95 11.2 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse Charlottesville, 3/2/20. Hazy orange, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of tart apricot, oats, leather, honey, floral notes. Taste is spice, honey, oats, apricot, papaya. Medium bodied, lingering spice. Solid.
3.6 330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a white head. Peach, lemon, tea and spice in the aroma. Banana, spice, lemon, peach, green tea and some soapy hints in the taste.
3.5 Tap at Moeder Lambiekpoeder Fontenaaiers. Unclear golden with white head. Sweet malts, citrus peel, dough, white pepper. Quite sweetish and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
