Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle.
Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont ").
The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance.
A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity.
Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste.
The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

Bottle aged 1.5 yrs. Pours light hazy orange blonde with white head. Hops, yeast and agrum on the nose. Citrus, hopbitters, yeast, a bit fruity. Perfectly balanced, a mix between saison and tripel, a Belgian classic. Will surely buy more. Score can only go up.
12.7 oz bottle. Smells of flowers, honey, touch of banana, wheat. Orange in color and hazy. Tastes of a mixture of saison and tripel. Getting banana, spice, pepper. Sweet and smooth with a dry finish. Quite enjoyable.
Bottle, courtesy of Chris D. Pours dark golden. Toffee, honey, biscuit, peach, slight minerally taste, little boozy. Medium body. Decent.
Bottle with cork 0,75 ltr: Hazy orange coloured brew with an nicely sweet bitter with an dry finish taste. Hints of orange, caramel, coriander with an well balanced booziness.
Bottle at De Blauwe Kater, Leuven. Not all that much in the nose but getting some bread. Although hints of a lambic like sourness. Beautiful gold colour. An interesting beer that blends both saison and tripel. But yknow, wouldn't scream about it. Booze for booze sake IMO.

37,5cl bottle from Doreca store @Fiumicino drinking 25/12/2021 BB 12/2025 Pours a deep golden body with thin white foam on top. Aroma of malt, citrus, orange, lemon, spices, pepper, clove. Taste is sweet with notes of malt, belgian yeast, citrus, pear and apple, cloves, floral hops in the spicy slightly bitter finish. Medium body, smooth oily texture and soft to medium carbonation. 9,5% abv yet so light and drinkable. Really great.
Bouteille datée de novembre 2020, bue après un an. Belle robe jaune-dorée trouble et surmontée d'un épais col de mousse blanc et rocailleux devenant plus onctueux. Arômes de levures saisons, léger poivre, citron, muscade, nectarine, léger bois sec. En bouche, beaucoup de levures et d'épices, quelques saveurs plus terreuses aussi, orange séchée, nectarine et alcool. Finale herbacée et poivrée, arrière-goût d'alcool et de pamplemousse jaune. Texture très huileuse et sèche, corps mince.
Clear golden, tall lasting white head. Aroma of banana, lemongrass and spice. Dry and complex, distinct peppery and malt driven. With bg at vaaland brydhuus.
Hazy golden with a decent white head. Mild yeasty aroma. Intense yeasty and grainy taste with a savory twist. Good!
D'un doré velouté et voilé, avec un beau col crémeux. Nez léger d'épices et de levures belges. Goût à la fois vif et terreux, notes de pain, de banane mûre, d'épices. Un corps légèrement consistant, une amertume tranchante mais courte. On sent la petite chaleur en fait de gorgée, trahissant le haut degré d'alcool. Bien!
Liquide doré trouble avec mousse importante et compacte. Nez malté, levures et légèrement épicé. En bouche, c'est un hybride entre une saison et une triple caractérisée par une belle amertume et une présence importante de coriandre ! Correct !!!

This is a very good beer with the facade of a crap beer. Its below average initial smell and taste quickly gives way to something far better, like those teen makeover movies where they give a highly attractive actor a crap hair cut, then expect us to be surprised when with a quick zhuzh they're stunning
Buena cerveza, buen cuerpo. Baja un poco la nota por la presencia de alcohol algo desequilibrada. Lo cual no la hace óptima para el dia a día. Aún así, buen aroma y sabor.

Scadenza 10/2025. Colore sull'arancio limpido fino a quando non si aggiunge l'ampissima quantità di fondo. Al naso note citriche e di frutta a pasta gialla, che danno un leggero acido. Forte sentore di luppolo erbaceo, ma malto comunque presente. In bocca stesse sensazioni, all'inizio si sviluppa la parte fruttata e speziata (si sente del pepe), alla fine l'amaro chiude egregiamente la bevuta. Straordinaria tripel, simile a una saison come ci si attende dal birrificio.
It had a hazy yellow color pour with a nice head. The aroma was earthy with a note of spices - pepper and clove - with a nice malty backbone. Very nice.

Wygląd: Barwa złota, opalizująca. Piana biała, średniej wysokości, drobno i średniopęcherzykowa, opada do ostatniej warstwy pozostawiając lekki lacing.
Aromat: Przede wszystkim chmielowy. Na średniowysokim poziomie ziołowo-kwiatowy (rumiankowy) chmiel wsparty niskimi, pieprzowymi fenolami z akcentem gałki muszkatołowej. Całość uzupełnia miodowo-chlebowa słodowość na średnioniskim poziomie. W tle nuta brzoskwiniowo-bananowych estrów.
Smak: Podobnie jak w aromacie z lekkim alkoholem. W ustach słodkie, treściwość średnia, wysycenie średniowysokie. Goryczka niska, ziołowo-pieprzowa, krótka. Finisz słodki, kontrowany ziołowo-pieprzową goryczką i nutą alkoholu.

Absolutely hazy beautiful orange color, with a big with head, with some large bubbles. Aroma of leather, spices, yeast. Earthy flavor, yeast, some acidity at the end. Chewy mouthfeel. Alcohol well hidden, easy to drink. Great tripel, and somehow reminds of a saison too.
375ml bottle from Wee Beer Shop, Glasgow:
A hazy, light amber with a beautiful, foamy white head about 2cm tall that looks thick & has excellent retention. Floral & spicy upfront on the nose, it was a peppery aroma with citrus fruits, Belgian yeast, coriander & the odd sweet malt. It's a funky nose & there's hints of pear, apple, clove & very faint banana to finish. It's funky tasting too, opening with citrus, yeast & apple flavours with a little pear, white grape & some of the alcohol too. There's floral hops coming through with some of the spice from the nose, sitting on top of a medium, sharp body that's dry at the end & strongly carbonated throughout.
Flesje gedeeld door Niels. Oranje-achtig tot geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Aroma is fruitig. De smaak is fruitig: appel sinaasappel banaan, dit alles met een aangename bitterheid.
Nasmaak is licht bitter
I don't know. I can't help but be completely overwhelmed by this beer.... let me try to explain
It is wonderful. Yet I find myself questioning the enjoyment factor. It is so rich, it is so bitter... It is so perfect? What is this?
To me a beer needs to be at times drunk without noticing. There needs to be accessibility along with reverence. There is so much to say about this beer and yet I want to just switch off enjoy the ride. I can't, I feel like I need to analyse and explore.
For the record I will say that this is bitter, heavily hopped. A big box ticked in terms of modern beer satisfaction. But yet this beer has a certain matured edge that borders on some kind of sour, champagne cusp, all fine really given fermentation. Hold tight though because It then suddenly takes you aggressively in another direction, cheddar cheese, salt flakes. All the while maintaining a freaky pudding sweetness. So many angles that I would associate with a spirit.
It's warming and indulgent. It's heavy. Beautiful all the same. I don't know what to say......
Robe blonde trouble. Du corps, c'est intense, une très belle longueur en bouche. Une sorte d'hybride Saison/Triple. Magnifique.
Fantàstica triple belga. Aroma citric i especiat característic, gust maltos, punt picant.
Bottle: Pours a hazy golden with a well retained white head. Aroma is mostly overripe fruit and honey. The flavor is less sweet than the aroma suggests. Lively mouthfeel - crisp - with a soft honey back and a nice spiciness. Candy sugar and clove. A nice Tripel.
Bevuta in bottiglia. Birra bionda dorata rifermentata in bottiglia. Leggero amaro finale. Molto buona.
Pachnie pięknie. Bardzo owocowo z dodatkiem przypraw. Są tutaj pomarańcze, cytryna, goździki, zioła, nuty drożdżowe.
Pełne. Wytrawne. Z średnio intensywną ale bardzo przyjemną ziołową goryczką. Lekko owocowe. Rozgrzewa w przełyku.
