Przyprawowe (goździki, gałka muszkatołowa, pieprz), bardzo mocno nagazowane, o średniowysokiej przyprawowej goryczce, średnioniskim ciele, wytrawne, typowo belgijskie piwo, w którym jednak brakowało mi wyrazistości strony estrowej i słodowości, która miała jedynie szczątkowy wymiar.
Assez amère et longue en bouche.

Elaborada originalmente en 1918 y fermentada hasta el día de hoy con la cepa de levadura original, Duvel es una cerveza de increíble complejidad que tarda tres meses completos en producirse. Remolino con notas de pan, peras maduras y lúpulo checo especiado, la nariz de Duvel es distintiva y reconocible. Grandes "notas cítricas, limón". Esta cerveza tiene una espuma cremosa y duradera y un aspecto dorado brillante. Intercalado con ésteres afrutados, que recuerdan a las peras y nectarinas de Anjou, el paladar es enfáticamente afrutado, entrelazado con notas audaces de alcohol y una ligera acidez. Espumoso y agradablemente ácido, Duvel es sublime como aperitivo.

Bottle. Rich gold color with a big sudsy white head that quickly overflows the glass. Lots of crazy stick lacing too. The aroma is strong with Cardamon, Belgian yeasts, lemon peel and some bananas.
The taste somewhat bitter mixed spices, mostly cardamon, cumin and lemon pith. The palate is full and oily viscous. Finishes long and dry. Overall: Decent ale fer sure.
Smell of lime, lemongrass, citrus.
Taste of citrus, spicy.
Thick white head, cloudy head.
Golden and a Little hazy. Very good head that stays
Aroma is spicy with some citrus and some alkohol. Taste is complex with friuity & spicy. Decent bitter finish. Dry but good mouthfeel.
My go-to beer when in Belgium and want something better than just a Jupiler. Quite amazing to be honest
Bright orange color, medium hazyness, large white head, high carbonation bubbles.
Aroma bannana, yeast, alchohol.
Taste yeast, floral, banana, nice bitternes which lingers till the aftertaste.

Clear yellow color with lasting white head. Malt, grass, fruits aromas. Light sweetness. Average to full body.

Nalewa się jasnozłote delikatniutko zmętnione, bardzo obfita piana.
W zapachu zbożowo, lekkie fenole, takie dosyć peiprznie trochę owocowe moze w kierunku skórki brzoskwini, wyraźnie ziołowo.
W smaku lekkie, zbożowe, całkiem wytrawne, dalej sporo fenoli, też takich pieprzno skórkowych. Spora goryczka na finiszu, ale o przyjemnym profilu.
Smaczne.

I næsen gær, kælder og lidt sødme fra frugt. Smagen er hen af det samme med en let bitterhed og krydretsmag som balancer øllen perfekt.
De color ámbar, algo turbia, con poca actividad de carbonatacion. Forma abundante corona de espuma porosa blanca que también es alta, de 3 dedos. Espuma persistente y de buena retención.
En nariz destaca la nota herbal, a cilantro, a lupulo, algo frutal a cáscara de naranja, especias. Muy en el fondo se percibe la malta, olor a pan mojado.
De cuerpo ligero a medio, en boca no es muy carbonatada. Se perciben las notas a lupulo, hierbas como cilantro. Conforme se toma, va notando más la levadura De entrada es amarga pero inmediatamente inicia un ligero dulzor que lo equilibra.
El retrogusto deja el sabor a cilantro y es ligeramente amargo a los lados de la lengua pero es ligero, nada molesto.
Es fácil de tomar y refrescante.
Confesso que sou um entusiasta da cervejaria belga e esta Duvel é sem dúvida das melhores cerveja do estilo Belgian Ale.

Long-time favourite of mince. Pours nicely, firm head, golden colour. Aroma of banana herbs, well-rounded and smooth taste 8.5% ABV carries taste quite nicely, somewhat fruity finish.

This beer is so much high carbonate, you should aware it, beer body is medium body but full load mouthfeel.
Tasting like malty then bitter, spice, candy taste and also wheat taste, high alcohol, hops taste earthy and bitter.

Pale yellow pour with white head. Velvet soft feel. Sweet hints of fruit and banana balanced well with slight spice and hops.
