Einbecker Ur-Bock Hell

The light malt and the slight taste of hops give this beer its hearty, palatable taste.

3.0 13-11-19 // taster from a bottle. at KUEHN KUNZ ROSEN Brauerei Monthly beer tasting. This month: Bock Bier! The classic. A mild plörrig. Grainy sweet. Naja.
3.0 This is supposed to be a different beer than their MaiBock but as I was never able to taste them side by side, I can not tell the difference. Also this one is a little to sweet for me.
3.2 Bottle from Edeka Hamburg - clear golden, white head. heavy grainy, alcohol present. a very nice bock, the blueprint of the style.

3.0 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before February 2020. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently malty, moderately floral and minimally grassy-spicy aroma of grains, a touch of honey and traces of straw. Gently sweet, minimally bitter, malty, slightly floral and a little grassy-spicy taste of grains, some honey and hints of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a little metallic finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Bock, nothing special at all, typically clean.
3.2 Einbecker Ur-Bock, zo'n klassieker. Vaker uit fles gehad; aangenaam te drinken
2.4 AR: Malz, alkoholisch, Keks, AP: klares gelb/gold, TA: Malz, alkoholisch,
3.2 “Einbecker Ur-Bock hell“, Fläschchen. - Breit hellmalzig, hintergründig honigsüß. Beträchtliche wenngleich wenig profilierte Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, schwer, gedämpft alkoholisch. - Insgesamt ein sehr solider Bock.
2.9 Malty, slightly grassy, sweetish, a bit ABV-heavy (not quite balanced). Not a style I really enoy a lot - so take my rating with a pinch of salt.
2.8 Fles 33cl thuis. Zoet, maltig, beetje klef, kruidig, hoptonen. (10-2014).--.
3.6 Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Big and semi lasting white fluffy head. Great sparkle and clear solid yellow color. Mild and clean malty aroma. Malty taste with a firm body and balanced bitterness.
3.3 500 ml bottle poured at Winking Lizard Macedonia. Medium size whit head, with some film on the glass. Golden in color and a little hazy. Smell and taste the grain. Grainy and earthy after taste. Pretty decent. Cheers!
3.0 Bottle in Heildengerg, Germany. Golden color, sweet malts, hoppy finish....
3.1 Classic Bock, well-crafted with well-balanced flavors of malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Good.
3.1 Deep golden color. Lots of dry dog food in the nose with some corn syrup. Sweet malty mouth. Mainstream accented.
3.7 Bottle. Golden with white head. Spices, citrus, some grassy hops and a lot of malt. Nice aftertaste with a malty dominance and suited bitterness.
2.2 0,33 l Flasche. Goldenes Bier, weißer Schaum, der sofort verschwindet. Riecht malzig, hopfig, leicht alkoholisch. Schmeckt malzig süß, leicht bitter, leicht alkoholisch. Ich bin enttäuscht.
3.1 330ml Bottle - Pale golden with a white head. Straw, grain and bread in the aroma. Bready taste with faint notes of citrus and straw. Very easy to drink considering its a bock but carries no punch in terms of flavour or body for me.
3.5 3 finger white head, golden body. Nose: Malt, herbs and dark bread. Taste: Malt, white bread, oranges, a metallic note, corn, dark bread and herbal hops. Semi-long ending with some bitterness.
4.1 bread, hay, floral, grass, cheese, cooked vegetables, golden, clear, white foam, light sweetness, very bitter, lightly sour, salty, medium body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish, excellent!
3.7 Expected bock beers to be stronger. Quite sweet with a background bitterness that compensates somewhat. Herbal sweet finish. Surprisingly dry for its maltiness.
3.7 From old tasting notes. Depp yellow gold color. Bubbly white head. Spicy citrus malt aroma. Splendid sweet toasted malt flavor upfront. Smooth and flavorful without being overdone. Nice hop character in finish. A good pale bock with subtle pleasant qualities. Very well rounded and quite good.
3.3 Pale golden with a white head - Good malt aroma with hints of hops - Malt body with some bitterness from hops - The malt flavour goes into the finish with some bitterness - This was nice
