Batches have been brewed with different hops, which are not labeled, but were only made clear in the Emelisse taproom. All bottled regular Emelisse DIPA should go under this entry.

3.4Backlog: Aromat chmielowy, cięzkawy. Smak dosyć lekka goryczka z alkoholem. Ciężkie, ale przyjemne.
4.3Aroma: herbs.
Appearance: golden, hazy, with a frothy, white foam head.
Taste: medium bitterness.
Palate: light body, thin feel, soft carbonation, bitter finish.
3.7Very nice IPA, this brewery is quite underrated actually. Rich and fungy aroma and taste, it tastes like a NEIPA but also very close to an Imperial. Little bit too much on the IIPA side to be a NEIPA :P
4.0Bottle from Mam and Dad’s holiday, Netherlands. Hazy orange-amber coloured with tropical fruit and pine flavours followed by citrus, grapefruit and more pine on the finish. Very good.
4.1Hazy amber body. Off-white creamy head. Aroma of caramel, hops, ... well balanced. Heavily bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Obviously quite strong, yet very nice.

Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: bitter.
3.3Very dark ruby brown, tanned lacing foam head. Nice aroma and taste, not extreme in its bitterness. (Goes 201704)
3.5Drank with Kaspar in Cafe Van Ouds 25-3-17. Doesn’t taste like an IPA at all, interesting. Very very malty, some sweetness.
3.3Botella de @Vivalabirra, Oviedo 26/02/17
Color amarillo, aromas frutales resinoso, sabor reisnoso, seco.
3.4Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear dark golden coloured, small creamy off-white head, hoppy nose with whiff of alcohol. Sweet malty, fruity hoppy, noticable alcohol and quite strong bitterness with notes of caramel in the finish. Pretty simple and easy-drinkable DIPA.
3.50.33 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with Višnja 666 and Goran. Murky dark golden, lasting off-white head. Light to medium hopped, fruity hops, some malts, also grainy. Bitter, thick texture, aromatic, alcohol hidden. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Nice bitterness in this one.
3.3A bit hazy, red and orange colored beer with medium head. Aroma has toffee, sweet malts, flowers and fruits. Taste has malts, toffee, some fruits and berries, even strawberries. Slightly bitter end. Quite full body, low carbonation. Sweet, quite minimum hops.
2.8Pours a hazy orange with sticky white head. Aroma is resin, grass, pine and soap. Surprisingly sweet taste. Not too much citrus bite. Grassy hoppy finish. Not bad.
3.70.33 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before June 2016. Clear, dark amber with a medium large, creamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity and a bit resiny aroma of mango, orange jam, some honey and a bit of pine. Rather sweet and malty, almost cloying, a bit juicy, moderately fruity and a little resiny taste of mango, orange, tangerine, honey and hints of pine, followed by a long, quite bitter, dry and moderately resiny finish. Full body, very creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite tasty although too sweet and malty. Mouthfeel is very good, lacks maybe a bit of carbonation. Overall very nice!
4.1Bottle 33.
3.6330mL bottle from International Beer Collector. BB 03/17
Pours a big rocky white head holding strong on a hazy copper body.
Punchy hop nose - cooked citrus, glace orange, leafy resin, green melon/mango sort of thing happening with a caramel malt presence.
Full body, oily texture, creamy sort of carbonation.
Packs plenty of character - leafy, woody, citrus hops, unripe tropicals, resiny, lingering with a big wallop of bitterness lingering on the finish.
Hefty double IPA, plenty of bitterness!
3.2330 ml bottle, BB date 07.2014, probably from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.9%. EBU 65. Orange colour, large head, slightly off-white. Aroma of old jam / marmalade, some piney hops. Medium sweet flavour with plenty of piney hops, also notes of marmalade. Bitter finish / aftertaste.
4.0Bottle shared by Jan, thanks. Lightly lacing, snow white, medium thick, stable head over a hazy orange blonde beer. Aroma of toasted onion or even garlic, grapefruit peel, old cheese, dried mango, paprika-flavored potato chips, orange, gin, toasted bread. Clean fruity onset with hints of green banana and passion fruit, medium carbo, smooth but ’full’, bit oily mouthfeel, pleasantly biscuity and lightly caramelly malt core, long resinous and aromatic hop finish, bittering in a gentle but effective way, piney and toasted sweet onion-like, grapefruity as well, paired with a hint of warming, gin-like alcohol. Excellent Dutch craft beer and excellent example of this style, even from this somewhat older bottle.
3.9Bottle, 330 ml from Ščurk, Ljubljana. Shared with Miro B. and JFK10000. Pours dark yellow, medium white head. Caramel malty, fruity, hoppy, sweet, resinous, bitter finish. Creamy. Medium+ bodied.
3.633cl bottle. Hazy brownish golden colour with a nice off-white head. Citrus, toffee and pine in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is lightly sweet and medium bitter with caramel and piny notes. Overall, a good beer.
3.4Bottle, pours hazy orange with a white head. Mainly sweet and bitter with pine resin, floral hops, caramel and biscuit. Ok.
3.1Pours golden side of amber, decent foam. Aroma has some hop character but its mainly just sweet. Malt sweetness with a touch of herbal hops. Taste has these two sensations even more pronounced. Really sweet, even sickly sweet body, herbal bitterness wrapping up everything you can find here. Decent DIPA, not amazing but well, if it wasn’t that sweet I would probably drink this again.
3.7Bottle at Broer & Zus, Beverwijk. Pours a hazy amber with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malts, resiny floral hops. Taste is moderate sweet and bitter, resiny hops, sweet malts, long resiny bitter aftertaste. Not bad.
3.5Bottle at Appellation Wines. Hazy golden/amber body with a thin white head. Aroma of honey and yeast. Flavour of sweet malt and marmalade peel. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet but tangy - very marmaladey.
3.7Bottle at appellation. Pours pale orange, nose is citrus, sweet toffee, taste is juicy fruit, quite dry, bitter, toffee.
