4.1 Aus der Flasche im 2014-07 getrunken. "Ui, ui, ui!"
2.6 Bottle. Ruddy brown, thin but unrelenting head. Caramel-malt is the leading force in the aroma. Drinks with a very dirty, earthen cacophony of mushy, wet wood flavors. There's a little sweetness in the finish, but otherwise this is drinking a forest. Maybe it's my American palate. (#7410, 5/2019)
3.7 330ml bottle served in pint glass. Pours cloudy amber color forming a medium cream light yellow colour with medium retention that leaves lots of soapy lingering lacings in the glass. Sweet and fruity nose. Strong notes of caramel malts, passion fruit and grapefruit. Zesty. Hints of diacetyl. Slightly booze. Sweet upfront taste. Caramel malts, grassy hops, citrus hops. Becomes quickly quite bitter. Zesty and not very persistent hops bitterness. Earthy hints. Heavy body, medium to low carbonation. Good drinkability. Good European TIPA.
4.1 Bottle shared with IH at Poa Kichizi Brewery at Hegglandslia 01.05.19. Dark orange golden. Frothy and persistent beige head. Slightly earthy and resiny aroma with ripe citrus, ripe tropical fruits and Sevilla marmalade. Strong taste of bitter citrus, mango, papaya, pineapple, Sevilla marmalade, resins, sap and rich malt. Full and oily mouthfeel. Lingering taste.
3.5 A hazed dark amber DIPA with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with vinous notes, treacle, light butterscotch, resinous dank floral hops, still solid. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light treacle, alcohol warmth, very nice.
4.0 Harter Holzfäller Alko👊 ACS-HOPmassiv😉 & nusscalvadosish👽🎆🏍⚠..0,33l Bottle aus Holland..
3.9 the aroma is hoppy and fruity with hints of grapefruit, pine, nuts, orange and spicy herbs... the taste is hoppy and fruity with notes of orange peel, pine needles, grapefruit, pepper and spicy grasses... bitter, sweet and dry aftertaste...
3.1 Rami Rami is drinking a TIPA by Brouwerij Emelisse at Powiśle Taka nieco utleniona nieco slodowa, nieco lepkawa, dosc mocno goryczkowa iipa w starym stylu.
3.1 Flesje thuis gedronken. Troebel amberkleurig bier met mooie beige schuimkraag. Aroma is fruitig en hoppig. Smaak is zoet, hoppig en hout-achtig / hooi-achtig. Nasmaak is bitter.
3.3 On tap at Bucket Boys, Marrickville. Pours a copper orange with a white head. Aroma: orange peel, caramel, pine, mild honey and sweet malt notes. Taste: pine, orange peel, marmalade, mild honey and caramel malt flavours. Full bodied. Moderate to high carbonation. Boozy flavour and finish. A little unbalanced. Maybe it was just a dull or old keg but it tasted unbalanced. Will try again but I did not particularly love my first attempt.
3.5 Ciężka (prawdopodobnie żywiczna) goryczka, ale niezbyt silna. Mocno alkoholowe. Likier chmielowy - ciekawe.
4.1 Bottle from Damian. Amazing aroma, orange peel, honey, hops, caramel, hazy amber colour with lacing white head. Full and strong body, hops, citruses, roasted malt, very bitter with bit of sweetness, long bitter finish. Excellent
3.9 Heavenly IIPA this one! Better than their DIPA and quite underrated on this site, it's overwhelming and deep and takes the IIPA standard seriously, very intense touches of caramel and fruit. Doesn't fall short for one second. Fine beer.
3.7 Bottle, 330 ml, shared with JFK10000. I think this one is from Pivoljub. Pours orange, medium off white head. Sweet, caramel, fruity, orange, hops, some candy, lasting bitter finish. Medium+ bodied. Bit too sweet, but not bad.
4.5 From Optimus Beer. In Roquetas de Mar. In shaker glass. Watching The Amazing Spiderman. Abv very well hidden. Amazing fresh fruits sweetness that in the end caused me to drink it in slow sips so that it doesnt end
3.2 Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, rather alcoholic nose with whiff of caramel. Sweet malty, caramel, light honey, citrusy fruity hoppy and alcohol with some bitterness in the finish. Nothing more nothing less than ok.
3.7 Piwo skonsumowane. Ocena na podstawie retrospekcji w celu uzupełnienia profilu.
3.6 0.33 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before December 2017. Slightly hazy, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly resiny aroma of mango, orange jam, some honey and pine. Rather sweet, just slightly bitter, fruity and resiny taste of mango, lots of orange jam, honey and quite a bit of pine, followed by a long, fairly bitter, very resiny finish. Full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. More like a hoppy Barley Wine, quite enjoyable though!
3.9 First aroma out of the bottle honey. Then it turns into this typical Belgian ale aroma. Taste like strong alcohol. Bitter like a Belgian IPA.
3.1 Bottle. BBE date Mar 2016; Drank Dec 2015 - Hazy Orangey Amber in colour. Small off-white head. Very Hoppy; intense resinous piney hops. Fruity; orange and grapefruit citrus. Spicy; peppery. Quite Malty and caramelly. Alcohol quite noticeable. Dry. Very bitter intense and rather harsh hoppy and citrus fruity throughout. Aggressive bitterness is rather OTT. Disappointing. I didn’t like this. It’s not for me. (2015-12-27)
