Bottle: Unfiltered Trappistenbier (sometimes marked as Jubiläumsbier - "anniversary beer")
The snow-white foam is compact and fine-pored on the intense golden yellow anniversary beer. The Trappist yeast develops intensively fruity notes in the smell. These are accompanied on the palate by a strong bitterness, before the full-bodied, unfiltered special beer fades away pleasantly tart and sparkling.
This noble beer specialty, amber-coloured, full-bodied and yet hoppy, was brewed on the occasion of our 325th anniversary.

3.4Tastes like a wit at first, with spices and malt elements, but it also has a rather hoppy crisp finish. Not bad, not especially worth hunting down again (11.2 oz bottle, Silpo, Kyiv)
3.4Bottled, 330ml from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Hazed orange amber with off white head, yeast floaters. This proved to be a fairly sweet beer, quite honeyed in character, lightly earthy then with a berry, fruity flavour, bubblegum perhaps. There is a yeasty note to it, quite like a German wheat beer. Easy drinking but a little heavy to be refreshing. Good though.
2.5Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops and malt .The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, straw, and malt, leading to a dry finish.
3.6Bottle from my father, bought in Austria. Fruity and floral smell with honey and a yeasty spicy aroma. Similar taste. Sweet.
3.4A saison, dry, funky, farmhouse-like, very carbonated. A bit too bitter, but all around solid beer. Online belgian beer factory
4.0Amber and hazy. Frothy head.
Smell of yeast and bananas. Wheaty taste with an agreeable bitterness.
3.0Bright orange color, big foam size. Bread, flowers and light soap notes in aroma. Taste fits in style. Good.
3.7From the bottle. Orange with floaters and a frothy head that lingers. Mild bubblegum and orange aroma. Yeasty. Taste is mildly bready sweet, dryer and bittersweet at the end. Body to the heavier side of medium, a bit clingy. Pleasant.
Molto buona. 13.01.19
3.5Bottle. Cloudy golden poor. Tall frothy head. Aroma: tart yeast, apples and pears, pale malts. Light plus body. Taste: dryish, tart, yeasty, spicy, somewhat fruity. OK
3.6Kalea-Bieradventkalender 11.12.2016 (Österreich-Edition).
Aromat silnie owocowy - pomarańcza, brzoskwinia, banan, miesza się z nutami drożdżowym, przyprawami i akcentami przypominającymi zakurzoną podłogę w piwnicy.
Smak: tutaj podobnie, nuty drożdżowe i owocowe, w tle przyprawy. Piwo przypomina typowego "belga" czyt. smacznego.
Wysycenie wysokie, szybko zasyca.
3.6Pours golden with soft sudsy white head. Herbal aroma. Dry herbal flavor, soft texture.
Notes: bottle at the Delirium Monasterium, Sep ‘18
3.2Bottle at Tre Fontane monastery place in Rome-Italy. Orange pour a bit hazy and bright, irregular tick off-white foam. Nose: Brett, cereals and some esters. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, a cheap attempt to imitate an Orval with some inconsistency and esters.
3.6330 ml bottle. Hazy golden colour, medium head with good durability, partly lacing, soft carbonation. Nose is cereal, yeasty, fruity. Flavour is average sweet and decent bitter, the yeast is again present, very aromatic given the relatively low grade of alcohol. Pretty good.
3.1Ietwat tegenvallende Trappist. Beetje flauw en smakeloos. Had beter gemoeten.
3.5There are fruit esters, caramel and malt in aroma. Pale, haze with white head. Malt, caramel, fruit esters, small bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation.
3.3Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a large white head, nose is yeasty, fruity and slightly bready with notes of banana, cloves and peach, taste is sweet and slightly tart with a tart and dry finish.
3.6Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow colour with a large white head. Smells wheat, banana, sweet, witbier, coriander. Tastes very sweet, wheat, banana, pepernoten, pumpkin spices. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.
3.7Bottle 33 cl from HOPT. Hazy orange with a nice white head. Coriander, bubble gum, yeast. Nice balanced flavour, some sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very nice.
3.8Yeasty aroma with some banana peel, coriander and bubbel gum. Surprisingly dry and bitter.
3.233cl bottle in La Trappist, Brugge on 14th May 2018. Hazy pour, golden colour, white crown. The nose is a spicy, yeasty mix with a little fruit thrown in. The taste a combination of semi-sweet maltiness and hop led bitterness, again with some fruits within the mix.
3.3Pours golden with high white head. Aroma is fruits, spices, black pepper, some cookies, sweet potato, yeast, some herbs. Taste is fruity, some grapefruit, yeast, caramel, some cookies, pepper, some sourness, butter, some herbs. Nice beer!
3.0Copenhagen 27/2 2018. 33 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give. Serious looking grey label making a fuss about being an "Trappistenbier". Nice that there are Austrian Monks making beer as well.
Pours hazy golden yellow with big dense white head. Settles 3 cm compact layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet balanced my light bitter notes. Caramel, banana, citrus and humid basement.
Medium carbonation and fairly thin and watery texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly weaker sour bitterness. Aftertaste is medium bitter.
Pleasant and cautious Trappist Beer. The description "kräftigen Bittere" seems a bit exaggerated.
3.4Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into trappist glass.
Appearance: Blurry orange/honey colour, medium head.
Aroma: Wheat, yeast, spices (coriander, cloves?)
Palate: Creamy and light body, medium carbonation.
Taste: Wheat, yeast, spices (coriander, cloves), light sweetness, gentle bitter aftertaste.
Overall impression: Very enjoyable and tasty, well-balanced, easy and drinkable.
3.6Goldgelbe Farbe, opal. Stabiler, feinporiger, weißer Schaum. Fruchtaromen, Pfirsich und leichte Kräuternoten. Im Antrunk fruchtig weich mit viel Hopfenaroma. Das Mundgefühl ist cremig. Ausgeprägte Bittere. 0,33l-Flasche am 28.12.17
3.6Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of JFK10000. Shared with him and Max. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Spicy, banana, yeasty, esters. Soft texture. Sweet. Medium bodied. Good.
