Die Sommerweiße lässt sich sehr gut aus der Flasche trinken. Für die besondere Entfaltung der Hopfenaromen und den feinen Genuss haben wir ein speziell geeignetes Glas entwickelt.
Die Sommerweiße gibt es nur von Mai bis August, solange der Vorrat reicht.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with yeast particles floating around and a large, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves plenty of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of wheat malt, muddled citrus, cantaloupe, honeydew and light yeast. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, citrus, melon, pepper, yeast and light clove with a crisp, mildly bitter finish. Light body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. More of a wheat beer than a hefe, but still refreshing and easy to drink.
0,33l Flasche. Gelb und trüb, luftiger Schaum. Tulpen und Kräuter Duft mit einem Hauch Rose. Ungewöhnlich. Antrunk Zitrone, Brotteig, Nelke. Recht frisch.
Bottle. Just hazy orange with a large dense white head. 3+ Aroma of crackers, oranges, lemons, some cloves. Light bodied, fizzy. Sweet and bubblegum fruity with little if any wheaty tang but a nibble of bitterness at the end to keep it swiggable. Refreshing.
Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz. Summer beer but drink in winter. Piana srednia szybko niestety opada ale oblepia szklanice Erdingera. W zapachu lemoniada, cytryny. Smakowo bardzo mineralne, zarazem delikatne i cytrynkowe w smaku. Malo slodowe,przyjemne. Jak najbardziej do letniego zaru pasuje.
Bottle. Golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is dry and citrus, and the flavour is citrus with light bitterness and yeastiness. Overall a nice weissbier.
Pours very unclear with big white head. Citrusy nose with lemon and a gentle wheat. Sourish feel with quite noticeable herbs. Quite long aftertaste. Lighter body with fresh feel.
Aroma: Medium hops, grapefruit pith. Medium-light herasceous, spicy..
Appearance: Hazy, straw body. Large, white head, Rocky, small to large bubbles. Fair retention.
Flavour: Medium spicy, peppery. Meidum-light grapefruit. Medium-light bitterness. Dry finish with lingering hops, spiciness, pith.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-high carbonation.
Overall: A fine beer, but the hops completely overpower the base beer.

A hazy yellow beer with a hige, fluffy white head. Floral and tropical aromas with some mild resin. Dry and somewhat tart flavor. Mild creamy carbonation and good light palate. Quite nice and refreshing light beer with nice hop aroma.

mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch nach frischem Hopfen und Zitrusfrüchten, im Geschmack nicht ganz so intensiv, aber frisch und bekömmlich.
Not too hazy very pale yella with massive soapy head. Oily fragrant hops, piney citrusy aroma. Taste is sweet, fruity, lemony hop taste. Finish is cereal, brown bread. Well, just because it's from Germany doesnt automatically qualify it as a the style listed. It's an oily citrus hop tasting wheat beer. And it's not even very good at doing that. Erdinger really is one of the worst big breweries in Germany.

Pours unclear cloudy blonde. Small, creamy, stable white head. Smell is fruity, bit apples, hoppallets . Taste is green hop, mildly bitter, pallets, very 'green' . i can get why they call this summer ! Too grassy to be truly balanced, rather high carbo. OK Body.
Little cloudy golden beer with white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, citrus. Taste is light sweet and bitter, fruity refreshness. Light body, a bit watery. Overall descent beer, but it needs stronger body.

Flasa. Mutna zlta farba, biela pena. Vona kyselkava citronova. Chut sladka,citronova, jemne med. Kyslo horka dochut. Trosku trpka na jazyku. Nic moc teda.

Bottle 071017. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is herbs, citrus, yeast. Flavor is herbs, malt, wheat, citrus, yeast, banana, hop. Easy drinkable nice beer.
Bottle from Billa. Quite interesting attempt from the brewery, weiße attributes are extended with floral notes both in aroma and taste, still, I find it quite heavy for a summer.
33cl bottle. Pours golden yellow color with big light white head. Very nice citrusy aroma. A little too hoppy for weizen. But overall very nice beer.

Cor dourada clara com tonalidade palha, um pouco turva e sem brilho; espuma branca, cremosa, de altas formação e persistência com lacing razoável.
Aroma floral de lúpulo bem discreto.
Sabor bem unidimensional com presença de amargor floral comportado e um toque efervescente; retrogosto de adstringência leve.

Bottle. Cloudy golden yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is soft wheat malt, some citrus and subtle spices, fairly bright and sharp for a wheat beer. Taste is a little underwhelming, wheat, light citrus, decently balanced but not much else for flavour.
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into weizen glass.
Appearance: Pale yellow/ocher colour, with rich head.
Aroma: Malt, hops, wheat, citrus.
Palate: Light to medium body, maybe a little bit watery, gentle carbonation.
Taste: Malt, hops, wheat; Gently bitter.
Overall impression: Easy drinkable, enjoyable, tasty, refreshing.
Hoje dia de saborear uma das mais maravilhosas cervejas dos últimos tempos, e não pelo que há de especial ou diferente, aqui a simplicidade aliada à um bom preparo, transforma algo simples em fantástico. A aparência da cerveja é bem bonita e chamativa, um rótulo verde limão com imagem de lúpulo, algo bastante incomum, mas que não fica muito fora de ser um rótulo de cerveja, ainda mais uma Erdinger. No copo um dourado opaco bem bonito acompanha pouca espuma que é levemente densa, e agrada um tanto, algo bem comum nas cervejas de trigo, e aqui não foge à regra. No sabor é onde mora toda mágica dessa cerveja. Um sabor de uma cerveja de trigo bem refrescante, que é fácil de saborear e agrada bem. Em goles curtos o sabor do trigo é sentido assim como um corte nesse sabor, para não deixar algo mais amargo ser sentido, do começo ao fim do gole a sensação é quase a mesma, somente no fim algo cítrico é sentido para não deixar a experiência muito irregular. Em goles longos a experiência é praticamente igual, mas aqui o sabor do trigo se torna mais constante e bem mais saboroso, algo bem refrescante toma a experiência, realmente dá vontade de saborear a cerveja num gole só sem maiores problemas, onde nem algo mais amargo ou algo mais pesado no álcool é sentido, tudo aqui parece remeter a uma experiência refrescante e saborosa. No geral, uma cerveja muito saborosa, muito fácil de ser saboreada e identificar sabores, além da ótima refrescância, que em tanto em goles curtos ou longos, deixa a experiência completamente fantástica.

330ml bottle from a beer shop in Xiamen. Pours hazy with a white head. Aroma of dry hops with malt and yeast. Bitter taste and finish. A bit thin.
Bottle, big long lasting bubbly head, hazy golden orange color, aroma of lemon and herb, flavor of citrus andbeheat with an empathic mellow herbal bitterness. Good crisp and a bit different.
Bottle, 4.6%. Good refreshing, grassy hop teaish aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Very big, stable creamy white head. The flavour is mildly hoppy, nice and teaish with a grassy touch. Low bitterness, but standard for the style, I guess. Creamy mouthfeel. Very refreshing and well-balanced.
