Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.
A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Clear gold, small but dense white head. Faint aroma of malt, straw and orange. Taste is sweet, strong floral notes, coriander, bergamot, pear drops. High carbonation, foams in the mouth. Decent wheat beer. Left in my house after a party by my friend Matt.
From the Bottle at Chris O's Pre-GBBF Shindig 10/08/2013 Hop aroma. White head. Golden colorued hoppy and a little yeasty with a hint of dryness in a malt finish.

Aroma of lemon, coriander and orange peel. Has a cloudy light golden colour and frothy white head. Refreshing dry bitter taste with notes of yeast, coriander and lemon. Medium body. Mild bitter finish.
Dimmigt halmgul med fint vitt skum. Doftar fruktigt, kryddigt. Smaken fyllig, lite söt och kryddig. Eftersmaken hyggligt lång, lite söt och kryddig.
Bit hazy yellow-golden pour with white head; decent retention. Aroma is rather weak; soft wheaty malts, bit dry-spicy (coriander?). Taste is mild bitter-sweet. Despite of Ferran Adria, this is not a very special brew; a nice, Belgian type wheat beer, nothing really more.

Overrated. It’s OK, nothing special. I guess the El Bulli people should concentrate on other stuff and leave beer to the real experts.
This is a backlog rating from 2009 from a bottle, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time, work and/or family. Words to describe this beer are wheat malts, some fruit, coriander, yeast, ok.
Aroma of malt, fruits, yeast and some herbs and spices. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Medum sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with average carbonation. Overall an OK, easy drinkable Witbier.
Rubia con distintos aromas y sabor frutal, muy suave y de buen gusto al paladar, poco espumosa
Cerveza con sutiles toques aromáticos y cítricos que entra bien en paladar y se siente equilibrada.
Olor un poco a Shandy, muy poca espuma, hacen que sea una cerveza muy suave pero con un regusto agradable en boca

Old rating from 24-06-16 - 750ml bottle from Waitrose in Jersey. Pours a hazy straw colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of grains, lemon, yeast , light floral hops, banana, light pepper and coriander. Tastes is on the light side much of the former as well as sweet honey and caramel, citrus and a hint of spice. Aftertaste has a slightly dry fruity feel with a light bitter finish. Overall a very good effort of a blend of lager & wheat style beers.
Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur en smaak.

-Aroma: bajo aroma a trigo malteado, nada de lúpulo y medio a fenoles tipo clavo. Se echa de menos más aroma a especies tipo cilantro o cítricos a naranja. Se percibe un bajo aroma a oxidación como a cartón mojado. 6/12.
-Apariencia: color amarillo pálido y algo turbia. Espuma blanca y densa con media retención. 3/3.
-Sabor: sabores poco intensos en general, siendo estos: bajo a dulzor a trigo, baja acidez, ningún lúpulo, bajo amargor lo que le da un balance maltoso y un final no seco. Poca intensidad. 11/20.
-Sensación en boca: Cuerpo medio, carbonatación medio-alta y ligera cremosidad. 3/5.
-Impresión general: una cerveza que se ajusta a estilo pero que no destaca ya que se echa de menos más presencia de especias (cilantro, cáscara naranja) tanto en el aroma como en el sabor. Se encuentran off flavors de oxidación. 6/10.

- először is száraz szaké illat lengi körbe
- aztán az első korty almás, azafajta almdudleres huncutság
- majd kezd kibontakozni az őszibarack kompót buké
- de csakis a fémdobozos, semmiképp sem az üveges
- elegáns párfüm zongorázik a szájpadláson, valami francia (természetesen)
igazán kiforrott és tökéletesen megkomponált witbier

Bottle at home. Not great. A little spicy but generally not ideal with no great appeal
Color naranja claro, sin turbiedad, transparente. Espuma blanca de tres dedos de espesor y muy buena retención. Aroma medio intenso, cereal, piel de cítricos, cilantro, mucho más al atemperar, notas de hierba seca y un punto de polvo. Sabor medio intenso, cereal, aquí el trigo está algo más reconocible, ligero plátano, piel de cítricos, hierba y notas de polvo, final medio, de dulzor maltoso, ligerísimamente especiado, en posgusto vuelve a asomar el ligero tono de polvo, alcohol imperceptible. Textura acuosa. Carbonatación media.
Bottle in Gran Canaria. Pours cloudy yellow with no head to speak of. Aroma is orange zest, wheat, yeast. Taste is somewhat sweet and somewhat bitter with wheat, spices, citrus fruits, candy.

Love the light floral and carbonation that makes you feel your having a light floral sparkling wine .. easy accompaniment with any meal. As the bottle is large, 750ml, I vaccum seal it with a vaccuvin wine stopper using the Family Professinal Orved vaccum seal manual pump function that does a great job to drink again one more lapsed period which keeps a lot of the carbonation in place and while still producing a foamy head if properly vaccumed.
Big bottle from Tesco - Cloudy yellow body, rocky white top. Nose citric, orange, bit herby. Taste has crisp bite, can tell the coriander. Nice.
Light yellow colour. Fresh, fruity aroma and taste. Palate with a touch of citrus.
Ale. Ambar anaranjado turbio. Poca espuma. Sabor equilibrado, cilantro, naranja. Retrogusto ligeramente refescante. Bebible. Nada del otro mundo.
