Evil Twin Aún Más Todo Jesús

Malt beverage with cinnamon, cocoa nibs, chili peppers, and coffee beans added

On a pilgrimage for immortal craft beer we tripped on these heavenly cocoa nibs, chili peppers, coffee beans, cinnamon and vanilla - threw them in at created damn good aromas, a thick fudge-like body, pitch black color and obviously only made it in limited amounts. And the taste....everything Jesus!

3.8 Poured opaque black with a barely-there dark tan head. Mild aroma of coffee, with notes of cinnamon and chili pepper. Full-bodied and viscous. Long finish with a touch of astringent heat. Flavors of coffee and chocolate mix with notes of chili pepper and cinnamon at the back. A mild heat from the peppers lingers.
4.3 Seen what's happening in HK and this RWC match between South Africa and Italy, what we need is a miracle. So let's drink Jesús! This Jesús is black, with a very small dark head but with excellent lacing. Its aroma is chocolate, soy sauce, chili flakes, coffee and vanilla. Jesus astes toasty, rich of flavours, as above, with chocolate and chili that gets more evident and lingering. Jesus is viscous, rich, and absolutely pleasant. Excellent brew. Amen.
3.3 Dark brown with a thin creamy head. Aroma of chili, chocolate, toffee, vanilla. Taste is sweet with a big chili bite at the end. Thick with a light oiliness. Interesting but the chili is overwhelming. Poor drinkability beyond very small amounts.
4.5 Très bonne stout Impérial belle équilibre avec saveur prononcer .jai bien aimer .

Rich and intense cocoa in-mouth with hints of morello cherry. Intense cocoa and bitter chocolate mocha finish. Full bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel. Utterly exquisite.
3.2 The Aromas are roast, black patent, dark malt, molasses and a hint of cocoa. Don't pick up much if any coffee. Flavors are similar to nose, coffee comes out as well as metallic in the Finish. Average body and okay beer. Kind of disappointed, I remember this line being much better.

4.2 Black color with a bit of mocha foam. Aroma has deep malt character, umami, soy sauce, chocolate syrup and chili peppers. Taste starts spicy with cinnamon and chili, continues with dark chocolate and cocoa nibs, finishes with roasted malt bitterness and coffee flavor. Full bodied, feels really thick, soft carbonation. Lots of layers to the flavor, nothing standing out, everything well balanced.

4.1 Bottle from Tavour. Starts out unassuming, black, flat pour, roasty aroma with somw savory notes. Taste picks up with a nice blend of Mexican chocolate, cinnamon, and chilies. Hints of coffee too. Smooth and slick, kind of spicy. Great as expected.

4.0 Aromat wspanialy, czekolada, cynamon, pralinki, gdzies majaczy ta ostrosc. Barwa czarna, piana ladna.
Syropu klonowego i cynamonu w cholerę. Lubię, ale jednak słodycz zaczyna męczyć. Brakuje jakieś goryczki, która by to skontrowała. Nie ma co marudzić - kawał fajnego RISa.
3.8 On tap at Carpool in Herdon, VA. Opaque, brown-black with no head and sparse lacing. Aroma of cinnamon, dark coffee, hot peppers, chocolate, roasted malt and a touch of molasses. Taste of chocolate, hot peppers, molasses, roasted malt and coffee. The hot peppers are obvious, but don't dominate--more of an accent than burn-your-mouth heat. Medium/full body and medium/low carbonation with a slightly slick, but pleasant mouthfeel
4.0 12 oz can. Pours an oily jet black with dark tan head. Aromas of chocolate syrup, burnt peppers, oily coconut, sweet molasses, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same though not as sweet/string and almost powdery. More roasted pepper... a great series.
3.7 Jezus zamieniłby to w wino. Kawa cynamon trochę papryczek, takie piwo ad hoc, nie ma na co czekać. Bez głębi.
4.0 12 oz bottle. Thanks Timo A! Enjoyed on Jan 4 2019. Black color with a small darkish tan head. Roasted malt, mild coffee, some chili, spices and some herbal notes in the aroma. The flavor is roasted malt, molasses, dark chocolate, some spices, some dryness, mild chili and bitterness. Tastier than the regular Aún Más a Jesús.
