3.4Bottle - Funky citrus, touch of aspirin. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bitter and pithy with lots of funky aspirin notes. Very funky.
4.0Bomber. Curious Hop, Otley. Hazy, orangey gold. Thick, billowy, lasting, lacing, white head. Looks great. Aroma is big, bretty funk. Very Orvalesque. Lots of citrus. Some tang of lemony hop. But really, it’s all about the brett. Taste is crisp, citric pith bitter. Bretty, funky dryness. Super clean, zingy mouthfeel. Some bitterness on the finish. I do like a bretted IPA.
3.2Bottle shared by bastarda, a clear yellow beer with huge head. Nose is on dental infection, Aroma is on sweet green lemon, lot of brett, quite bitter, astringent, grapefruit, grass, very dry. Purely a geek beer.
4.265cl bottle, thanks Tomi!. Pours amber, clear, thin off white head. Lovely Brett, funky, hay aroma. Brett, apricots, funk, hay, orange notes. Awesome drinkability. Awesome aroma. Lovely stuff
3.7shared@pre-BKL-tasting; a bretty nose, quite clean though, more on the clove and camphor side, however, getting closer to the more yeast-driven rest (few days later) there’s also more dirt, like horseblanket, slightly wilted magnolia, young brie, white grapes and vanilla bean, very nice. Very simple in taste, lots of grapefruity (dry)hops and young brett, edges of white grapes with a grapefruit bitterness at the very dry finish - all of those components evoking a vintage notion of superclean as in imagined hospitals of the past.
3.5Bomber shared by bastarda@pre-BKL tasting. Lovely beigegreen pour, vivid foam. Smells like damp lemongrass and fresh hay, lime peel and pith. Massive lime pith bitterness in taste, working in accord with the attenuating brett creating massive astringency swallowing all that beautiful IPA juice. Drains the sap from the palate and tongue as if sucking an unripe lime reduced with lemongrass and hay starches. Yet somehow impressive in its harsh monomanic mission - another one of those terrible PoMo beauties that create the austere audience they need, the defintion of avantgarde delivered to a mouth near you.
4.0Appearance: slightly hazy pale straw, massive fluffy white head, excellent retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: lemon zest, tropical fruit, dry hay funk, floral and earth. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate-high bitter, light tart. (8/10) Palate: medium-light body, moderate carbonation, off dry funky and lingering bitter finish. (4/5)
Yep, that’s a brett head, all right. And a funky tart brett finish. Nice. Juicy, hoppy, and funky - what’s not to like? (16/20)
3.5@Borefts 2014
weird bitter fruit and some light sour brett tones... interesting
4.1Piana obfita, dość trwała i ładnie zdobi szkło. Barwa złota, opalizująca. Aromat cytrusowy - są cytryny, pomarańcze, mandarynki, jest też żywica, delikatna kwiatowość, mango i piwnica... W smaku wytrawne, delikatna kwaskowość, lekka cierpkość, lekka słodkość dojrzałych owoców tropikalnych. Goryczka średnia, grejpfrutowo świerkowa. W aftertejsie odrobina brettów - siano, ser Lazur... Alkohol niewyczuwalny. Nagazowanie średnie, półpełne w odbiorze, szorstko ziemiste w odczuciu.
Ciekawe IPA z delikatnie zaznaczoną dzikością w tle. Przyjemny aromat, wytrawne, ze zdecydowaną goryczką w stylu West Coast IPA. Mega sesyjne, pijalne. Klasa.
3.1Donc c’est pas mal zesté ... Assez acide ... Je dois pas être super fan du sudachi ... Un rien âpre ... Femme fatale certes, mais pas très cajolante ...
3.8650 ml bottle. Pours a light hazy copper with full head. Aromas of Brett and creamy fruit along with a little lime. Flavors of same with a bit more emphasis on melons; with a nice light spiciness.
3.7Bottle shared at with Will-sama at Pigalle. Barnyard, earthy flowers, zest of lime, notes of goat cheese, funk and brett, sharp dry finish. Good stuff but wish the citrus was a bit more present, complex and interesting one anyway.

3.7Head rose like a soufle. Beautiful citrusy aroma and taste. Hoppy, really good. Bottle
3.8Bottle shared with Davido at Pigalle. Pours a hazy, glowing yellow with a rocky white head that lingers throughout. Big brett nose very reminiscent of Brett C. from Prairie. Light sudachi, lime and passion fruit notes with some orange juice on the nose. Dry on the palate with the sudachi making a bold appearance. Lemon, lime and shikuwasa come out as it warms. Finish is bone dry with the yeast and brett taking over. Aggressively dry but still very nice.
