4.2Bottle. Nose is maple, hazelnut, chocolate. Palate is sweet hazelnut, chocolate beans, maple. Very good.
4.6Black with little brown head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla, maple syrup, some amarena, wood, some dandelion. Taste is sweet dark chocolate, some syrup and molasses, a bitter counterpoint which I cannot specify further. Velvety.
4.2Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is maple, bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, but also a touch booze. Taste is thick maple syrup, caramel, chocolate. Thick viscous mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Great stuff.
4.3Bottle. Thick black pour with a medium, dense, creamy brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, candy bars, booze and light maple syrup. Taste is boozy and warm with vanilla, roasted malt, coffee notes, cocoa, dark chocolate candy bars and light maple syrup. Body is medium-full with a creamy mouthfeel and light dense carbonation. very sticky with moderate warmth. Ends with more vanilla, booze, dark chocolate, roasted malt, candy bars and faint coconut.
4.0Bottle. Aroma - sweet, lot of choclate, pralines, bourbon, vanilla and marzipan. Complex and intestive. Taste - sweet, almost too sweet. A lot of vanilla and marzipian, pralines, dark choclate. Palate - flat, smooth. Full body. Overall very nice, but far too sweet.
4.5341ml bottle from trade with Dominic. Aroma: amazing aroma of maple, alcohol, chocolate, a tad of almond, coffee. Wow! App: black with a slightly burgundy tint, minimal head with no retention. Taste and palate: full body, liquoreux, lots of chocolate, light acidity and with some maple in the finish. Overall: wow. This is good. This is darn good. So complex. Liquoreux like I used to enjoy those Cycle. This is subliminal. ISO!
4.4Pours pitch black with small tan head
Aroma is huge, bourbon, chocolate, maple syrup, hazelnut,
Taste is massive, chocolate, coffee, caramel, maple syrup, huge bourbon finish.
4.8Bottle into a pint glass. Pours absolutely black, with no head. Nose is maple syrup and bourbon. Taste follows, but is not as sweet as you'd think. Smooth as glass, with just a kiss of bourbon on the very long finish. Outatanding.
4.1Bottle sample at a tasting at Max' place. Thanks DSG. Black. Sweet, maple, some wood, mostly grade B maple syrup aroma. Sweet, full maple taste, some vanilla. Full body, smooth, burnt and sweet maple finish.
4.4One of the best of the Jesus series. A big complex nose - wood, bourbon, chocolate, candied fruit and trickle. Body is hear black with a cola-like, quick dissipating dark tan head. The thick mouth coating texture hits you right away. Chocolate, chocolate milk, maple, a slight bourbon burn, wood, vanilla and dark berries are all there. Distinct flavours well blended. Sweet on the finish.
3.9Bottle. Pours jet black with a small creamy brown head. Aroma of maple syrup, chocolate. bourbon, vanilla and caramel. Rich sweet flavor of maple syrup, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, wood, light caramel and had notes of coffee.
4.2Bottle at World Cup Qualification - Denmark vs Poland 4-0. Black body with a small offwhite head. Roasted malt, bourbon, chocolate, maple syrup, sweet dark sugary notes, coffee. Wow lovely.

3.9At Max Place, pours black with a beige head, aroma of maple, cake, chocolate, wood, whiskey, flavor of chocolate, Maple, whiskey, wood, sweet, medium to full bodied, very nice
4.2Dark black. Thin khaki head. Smells like bourbon. Tastes like maple syrup aged in bourbon barrels, but not sweet and not sticky. Glad it isnt a bourbon bomb.
4.1Bottle. Pours a pitch black beer with a small tanned head on top. Aroma has maple, chocolate and vanilla, some boozy notes. Flavor is very sweet, lots of maple syrup, sweet chocolate, cloying mouthfeel and long sweet aftertaste. Carbonation is mellow, very rich bodied. Awesome stuff!
3.912 oz. bottle. Black with no head. Smells of booze, raisins, oak, a little maple, but really not a lot. A hint of bourbon. Tastes of sweet chocolate, maple, oak, dark fruit like raisins again. Bourbon in the back. Heavy and boozy, but surprisingly, the sweetness doesn’t overwhelm it. Very good in small quantities.
4.6The aroma is dates, maple syrup and cereal. Pours black with dark tan head, mostly diminishing and excellent lacing. The taste is a medium sweet, then a light bitter. The body is full, the texture creamy, the carbonation lively and the finish very long and very good. This is an excellent stout!!!!
4.3Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is vanilla, toffee, caramel, chocolate, maple syrup, taste is similar, chewy, sweet, pretty good.
4.5Pitch black color, looks like oil, no head. Aroma is coconut, vanilla, chocolate, lots of cocoa, brownie. Alcohol is very much there, burning feel. I can feel it in my nose even after removing the glass away. And of course, the warmer it gets, the alcohol is getting stronger. Taste is wonderful cocoa, dark chocolate, some coconut, pretty sweet, cocoa and alcohol aftertaste. Full body, creamy, oily, flat carbonation, some alcohol burning. Score would probably be like 4.8 if there is a little bit less alcohol. Other than that, superb.
4.6Absolutely amazing beer - great aroma of bourbon, maple, chocolate, cocoa and a bit of vanilla. Smooth, dense, sweet with loads of depth and great maple syrup aftertaste - a bit of alcohol appearing on the palate and warming the throat, though. Overall a fantastic beer.
4.6Appearance: Rich black brown. Thin ring of light tan bubbles.
Nose: Roasted malt, sweet maple, vanilla, dark chocolate, oak and booze. Very bourbon-esque
Taste: as the nose implies, but even more complex and nuanced. Like an excellent bourbon barrel Imperial stout with added maple syrup goodness. Dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, maple sweetness, black coffee, cocoa with a nice, yet not too sweet chocolate syrup running through it all
Body: Thicker and silky
Parting thoughts: Amazing. simply amazing. As amazing as regular Even more Jesus is, this is 2x amazing as that. Had a chance to sample this at a tasting for Columbus Beer week. Very glad I was able. Otherwise it is quite hard to obtain.
4.5Black, dark brown head, sweet, oily and sticky. Aroma: lots of bourbon, maple syroup, chocolate. Full body, heavy sweetness, lots of bourbon in flavour, nice balance, but rather sweet malty. Alcohol well hidden. Overall great, dominated by bourbon barrel.

4.8LCI. Uit de fles geschonken. Prachtige volle vette imp stout, zoet door de maple sirup en een mooie bourbonsmaak door de barrelaging. Daardoorheen nog gedroogd fruit. Topper!

4.6Bottle at home. Pitch black, slim brown creamy head. Rich and thick bodied roasted malty chocolate and espresso, butterscotch, molasses/maple syrup, vanilla, bourbon, dried fruits, porto sweet, light-medium bitter, nicely boozy bourbon finish. Hugely lingering aftertaste, sweet and boozy roasted malts. Low carbonation, soft mouthfeel.
3.933 cl bottle @ olio
Aroma is sweet with bourbon and licorice. Also alcohol. Flavour has vanilla, licorice, some coffee and alcohol in the finish. I like the vanilla here. A slow sipper in the edge of becoming too sticky, stuffy and sweet for even that purpose.
