3.1 Piana biała, niewysoka, w typie kożuch, z drobnych i nielicznych średnich pęcherzy, pozostała w warstwie na powierzchni. Kolor bursztynowy, przejrzysty.
3.1 On tap at Brauerei Fässla. Clear dark golden, short lasting white head. Malty, grainy, sweet, somewhat bland .Light bodied.
3.3 Clear gold, white head. Aroma is biscuit malt, bit of grass. Taste is initially sweet followed by moderate bitterness. Nice stuff.
3.3 Tap@ Fässla Bamberg. Donkergele kleur, plakkraag.

3.3 Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is grainy malt with straw, touch of grassy noble hop and caramel. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Good Helles!
3.1 Dark golden w short lasting head. Biscuit and cookie sweetness w little bitterness. Easy drinking.
2.8 500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden almost amber, foamy head. Malt, hay, lemon, slightly buttery and metallic, some floral notes. Mild bitterness, light malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, flat carbonated, dry finish with a malty backbone. Could have been a good Helles but lacks of carbonation, sadly.
3.5 500ml Bottle - Dark golden/light amber in colour. Grass and hints of citrus in the aroma. Bready taste with citrus, crusty baguette, grass and faint hints of orange.
2.5 Draught at Brauerei Fassla, Bamberg, Germany (€2.90/0.5l). Poured a crystal clear amber with 1cm of white dense foam that diminished rapidly to a cap that laced poorly. Carbonation nil. Aroma of malt. Taste of malt with a slight sweetness and a very low bitterness. Light body. Smooth with a short finish.
3.4 [Bamberg 2018] Draft 500 ml. @ Brauerei Fässla. Clear golden, soapy white head. Nose is soapy sweet low buttery malt. Taste is sweet grainy flower, low butter, sunflower seeds, bit too bitter in the back. Body is oily grainy, faint butter.

2.8 Half-litre at the Fassla-Keller on Sunday 9th Sep 2018. Darker than their Gold-Pilsner, which was sat next to it on our table, so deep golden in colour, almost amber, nice white pillow of foam on top. There seemed to a race between the two beers; which would lose it's head first! Anyway this had a slight malty front in both the aroma and taste, body didn't have much depth and came across as a bit 'watery'. Looked better than it was to be honest. Visited the brewery two days later and it wasn't much better there either!
3.3 Vom fass @ brauhaus.
3.3 Tap from holzfass at the brewery. Dark gold to light amber color, clear, average white head good retention, lacing. Aroma is mostly on the grassy side, lots of hay with lagery malts. Finish is very dry and clean, taste a bit flat, mild bitterness, light body, short finish.
2.7 Draft at the source. Clear amber color. Caramel aroma. Taste is softly buttery. OK
3.5 11-11-17 // bottle shared. Clear golden, small head. Light bodied, light sweet. Some grains and malts. Some honey. Smooth drinking.
3.4 On tap at Fassla, Bamberg, 4.10.17. Clear dark gold with a white head. Crisp malt, a little toasty with minerals in the nose, Sweetish maltiness, followed by crisp bitterness. Light body, malty finish, mild fizz.
3.5 Vom Fass @ Fässla Biergarten Bamberg. Wunderbar fester, feinporiger Schaum.
3.3 Bottle, three months before BBD. Pours very slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is malty notes of bread and toffee. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is herbal hops and malty notes with cereals and toffee. Lingering herbal hops in the finish.
3.0 Bernsteinfarben, klar mit schöner Krone. Leicht malziger Antrunk, gute fruchtige Würze, schöner hopfiger Abgang.
3.1 500nl bottle at home in Munich, courtesy of Chris. Aroma is slightly oats. Appearance is clear copper with a thin foam. Taste is light bitter. Good.
2.3 Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is butter, herbs, lemon. Taste is musty hop bitterness with some fruity sweetness. Easy to drink. Hoppy finish. Hm.
3.5 On tap: The aroma consists of light cereal, grain, bread, and grass. It’s a transparent dark gold with a two finger white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some thin soapy webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate cereal with notes with a hint of honey. The finish has light grass and sweet grainy flavors. It’s light bodied with light carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel.
3.4 Tap at the brewpub, from wooden barrel. It has the typical lager aroma, but here the sweet maltiness works much better than in other beers of this style. Simple flavours, but tasty. Definitely a good lager, but maybe not the ultra refined one. Just the very refined one.
2.2 Bottle. Golden with white head. Grainy aroma. Satiating grainy malt. Meh...
