3.2Bottle from Etre Gourmet. Greenish yellow color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, earthy notes, tea, yeast and a bit of fruits. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, tea, ripe fruits, toast and yeast. Peculiar and ugly brew, but quite enjoyable.
2.80,75l bottle shared with some people @ One Pint Pub. Pours hazy greenish yellow with a high head. Aroma is malts with some green tea. Flavor is bitter malts, green tea, alcohol, hops. Very strange. Decent.
1.6Disgusting green colour with a white head. Smells of tea, socks and fruit with grass. Tastes like veg, tea and carbs. Gross.
3.1Strange colour. A bit like pond water. Aroma and flavour have a lot of spicy yeast. Dry aftertaste. Maybe that's the tea.
3.7Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Light green pour with a white head. Aromas of herbal tea, vanilla, wheat, lime. Flavours of vanilla, splash more lime, grapefruit. Tasty.
1.7750ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn) (5:1:3:2:6=1.7)
Ugh - sinkies and floaties, what a mess, even though this has sat for months. Blandish grassy aroma. Dirty grassy herbal taste. Watery palate. Nopey McNopeface.
1.4750ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Greenish color with loads of sinky bits in it. Doesn't look good at all. Small size, white head, stays. Yeasty, sweet, herbal, tea in aroma. Yeasty, rubber, sweet, herbal in taste. Herbal tea and yeast in aftertaste. Covers alcohol, but whole concept is repulsive. Not for me thanks.
3.5Draft 0.15l at Vrteska festival II Belgrade, Serbia. Thanks everybody for sharing beers. 05.05.2017. Pour it hazy green color with big white head. Aroma saison yeast, some other spices. Taste really fizzy, sweet sticky on the back, light herbs, dry finish, nice balanced, medium body, long finish. Interesting!
3.6Aroma is consisted mainly of belgian esters with just a touch of green tea and a nice floral perfume. Taste is generic belgian with no tea, but fruity and herbal with a grassy after taste. Okay-ish.
3.4Bottle at Van Moll, Eindhoven. Aroma is herbal with green tea, grassy herbs, nettles, yeast, mild soapy notes, freshly mowed grass, peppery with mint. Flavour is mild sweet and fairly bitter. Body is medium. Weird and interesting, strong herbal/tea, surpising.
3.3Bottle @ THT. Pours a murky green beer with a thin white head on top. Aroma of tea, saison funk, white fruits and a hint of fresh mowed grass. Flavor is funky, rather weird. Some cooked vegetables, tea influences. Fairly high in carbonation long in strangely sweet aftertaste. Weird, but likeable.
3.0Shared at the August THT. Pours green haha, literally. Very sweet, synthetic fruit, chewing gum. Straaaange.
3.7THT August at Kwartje. Sampled from bottle. Green with thin white head. Sweet malts, green tea, absinth, old herbs. Moderate sweet and bitter, medium body and soft carbonation. Quite nice.
3.6Bottle at THT August. Slight hazy light pale green with off white head. Lime, green tea, sweet malts, dank Fantome funk, lemon balm, weird yeasty, sugary, some alcohol and absinth. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied.
3.1On tap at Vrteška 2017, Shared with Višnja 666! Green! Very aromatic, grainy aromas underneath. Body to light. Soft carbonation, light finish. Alcohol obviously hidden.
4.0Aroma:
Medium aroma of malts, caramel, Belgian yeast, fruit, green tea and hops.
Appearance:
Opaque green beer with a slight off-white head.
Taste/Palate:
Starts medium/heavy sweet with malts, caramel, Belgian yeast and fruit; ends slightly bitter and dry with green tea and citrus.
Overall:
This beer is intense, complex and balanced. Nothing I can really say about this beer, it is super nice and complex with that green tea adding a great flavour. Perfect and unique appearance with a great palate as well, but the aroma could have been stronger.
3.6On tap at Lambicus Barcelona. Surprising light green with disappearing white head. Lightly carbonated. Does not look like a beer at all, but smells like lambic big time. Lightly spicy. Good balance between acid, salty and a bit bitter. Not your ordinary Belgian lambic but well done and interesting.
3.9Tasted on tap @LambicusBCN. Pours light green with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is sweet with some bitterness. Green tea and fruits.
3.3750ml bottle from Brewdog shop.
Big white/green head settles quickly, minimal lacing. Hazy mint green body. Nose is funky, hints of berries, yeast. Flavour is more funk, bread, yeast, sour apple, some bitterness on the finish. High carbonation, decent mouthfeel. Really weird, not entirely convinced but very interesting.

4.1Bottle. Semi-opaque hazy neon-green color with white head. Aroma is perfumed lime, exotic fruits, funky wild yeasts. Taste is grassy green tea, more exotic fruits, peppery yeast character, a touch of dough and bubblegum, and a slight tea bitterness. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Aftertaste of fruits and green tea. Excellent experiment, and it worked out great!
4.0Bottle. Big citrus aroma, lime. Taste is similar, lime, not much hint of the green tea which is a bonus for me as I don’t like it. Nice. Bit soapy, bit sour.
3.4750ml bottle.Vibrant bright green colour with a white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of bubblegum, fruity, tea, belgium yeast, funky. Taste is green tea & candy, then fruity citric zest, tangy, herbal, with yeasty funky and boozy notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy lingering dry bitter finish. Quite OK.
3.0A: Deep green colour with a huge white head N: Yeast, orange zest T: Yeast, bitter tea, orange zest O: Quite bitter and sweet. Not really my kind of beer...
3.2Pana drobna, pozostaje dość długo w postaci pierzynki. Barwa słomkowo zielona ze sporą ilością pływających drobnych cząsteczek herbaty/drożdży/chmielu(?). Aromat dziki, estrowy i ziołowo herbaciany jednocześnie, raczej przyjemny. W smaku półwytrawne, delikatnie kwaskowe, delikatnie słodkawe, z nutami siana, stajni, mleczu i brzoskwiń. Nieprzyjemna goryczka, właśnie taka jak po rozgryzieniu mniszka lekarskiego czy mleczu, wręcz chemiczna. W posmakach ewidentnie zielona herbata, lekka pikantność i alkohol w stylu amolu... Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, cierpkie i dość lekkie w odbiorze.
3.7750ml bottle. Green pour, small white head. Nose is sweet, peach, bubblegum, herbal notes. Flavor is similar to the nose, but with a nice tea dryness and a hint of caramel. Nice one, albeit weird.
3.9Poured from a 750 ml bottle from an older vintage (2010 I believe).
Aroma is somewhat fruity with some light citrus and tropical fruit notes. Hints of stone fruit and pear. Some light peppery phenolic notes with a bit of an herbal character.
Pours a slightly hazy, chartreuse color with a medium small, frothy, white head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing or legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with a light malt character. Moderate fruitiness with some green tropical fruit, light citrus and some pear notes. Light herbal notes with a bit of a grassy, matcha note. Slightly floral. Low bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, an unique beer, but it’s pretty tasty too. The green tea comes across very fruity. Some nice, light citrus notes as well and a bit of a phenolic note. Classic Fantome.
3.5750ml bottle. Poors pale green colour. Modest white head. Herbal notes, sourness, slight farmhouse basis and some bitterness in the aroma. Sour notes, hints of green tea, notes of vegetables, citrussy notes, bitterness, hints of grass in the taste. Green tea, sour notes and bitterness in the aftertaste. Moderately carbonated, light bodied interesting brew. The cabbage-like veggie notes did not bother me.
3.9Bottle (from Pothouse). Pours light green with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is soapy, fruity, intense peaches, bubblegum. Flavor is sweet, sour, and bitter, fruits, apricots, mango, tea. Finish is tea bitter. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: very good.
