Bottle @ home shared with benzai. Light amber colour with a medium sized white head. Smells oregano, basil, sweet, malty. Tastes malty, oregano, basil, pizza herbs basically. Medium body, medium carbo. It's a really weirdly spiced beer. Can't say I like it much.
Danke an Erzengel. Kräutriger Beginn, sehr kräutrig. Milde Herbe, Basilikum, Koriander, minimale Säure. Moderat hefig, angenehm kräutrig bleibend, vollmundig. DIe Kräuternoten sind weich aber dennoch so intensiv, dass sie die Süffigkeit deutlich beeinflussen. 10/11/9/10/9/11
Draught. Pours amber gold with a minimal white head. Aroma is spice, light funk, floral hops, coriander, some citrus, and some barnyard. Taste is spice, light citrus, yeast, grain, alcohol, some caramel, wheat, coriander, and some herbal notes (maybe lemongrass). Sweet but very lightly tart. Medium body. Medium - maybe slightly less - carbonation. Crisp-ish.
Bouteille meilleure avant fin 2020. Robe orangée foncée trouble avec quelques particules en suspension et surmontée d'un léger col de mousse blanchâtre. Arômes d'orange, levures séchées, épices style persil et sariette, pamplemousse, gomme de sapin. En bouche, fort goût d'orange et pamplemousse, levures, arrière-goût d'épices séchées et zeste d'orange, herbes mielleuses. Texture sèche et juteuse, corps mince. Plutôt simple mais originale, comme bien des produits de cette brasserie.
Great intense fresh fruity nose. The beer starts fresh sourish, intense funky with a great depth. Sourish fresh, nice and round.
Bottle shared with Erzengel! A hazy deep golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, green tea, yeast, spices. Taste of spices, herbs, plants, yeast, mint.
NEIPA-like appearance. Lovage, basil, cilantro, thyme, other herbs, malty, yest. Bitter, little sweet, medium body - soup-like.
Lot 3b M15 bbf 2020, tasted 25/9/17: hazy orange golden with huge white head, bottle is really highly carbonated and got a head; aroma is spicy, almost sharp, orange zest, saison yeast, no banana but phenolic; taste is fruity and phenolic, some hops, low to medium bitter finish, nice and round with new layers coming up; texture is creamy with high carbonation and a rather light body; great with very dark chocolate
Bottle from the Good Spirits Co Wine & Beer. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with extremely generous froth. Nose is super spicy, coriander, tons o Belgian yeast. Taste is rich, sweet, tangy. Palate is rounded and full. Delicious.

Pomarańczowy kolor, mętne. Nalane bez piany. W aromacie i smaku podobnie. Lubczyk, zioła, cukierki ziołowe na kaszel Herbitussin. Mnóstwo przypraw. Ciało gęste i oleiste. Smaczne!
Aroma: basil, green cardamom, thyme, ginger, apricot, peach.
Taste: moderate sweet, light bitter, spicy, basil, ginger, apricot.
Hazy, no head. Extremly spicy, mostly basilia, remijds nds pizza, low sweetness, light body, dominated by spices, long tart, spicy finish. Interesting, but not much drinkable.

Aparência dourada, creme pouco persistente, carbonatação alta. O aroma cítrico e de coentro harmoniza com o sabor apimentado.
Tap at spuyten duyvil. Pours clear orange lots of head and tons of lacing. Notes of plum, apples yeast. Taste light tart light sweet light bitter. Light body lively carbonation.
Pours hazy brownish amber with fairly tall white head. Aroma of funk, citrus, herbs, spices, coriander and pepper. Taste is spicy and peppery with a light funky and herbal, slightly wheaty finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.
Bottle, BB 2020 (from etre gourmet). Pours amber with huge whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is fruity, spicy, apricots, Saison yeast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sugar, apricots, wheat, spices. Finish is bit sugary and bit harsh dry-spicy-apricot bitter. Overall: good.
Heavily floral, lot of sage and thyme and such things, pretty well carbonated and refreshing and those herbal flavors some of yer more classick Belgian yeasts
Light herby nose followed by quite strong flavours of sage and thyme. Slight tartness on the finish. Rounded, carby body. Definitely get this one while you can.

Bottle, Lot 3B M15, BB 2020, I suppose this is the 2017 batch. After pulling the cork out, the beer starts to awake and slowly built up foam. Pours a cloudy dark orange to amber color with a fluffy and large lively head. Aroma is flowery and spicy, rosemary, thyme, dough, peppery yeasts, phenolic-estery, starfruit, herbal as well, a touch of oranges, honey and peppermint in there too. Taste is fruit esters, dough, with aromatic spices, again rosemary, thyme, herbes de provence, peppermint, and some honey again. Super well-hidden alcohol, peppery finish. Oily and silky mouthfeel with a surprisingly low carbonation (which is somehow present, but very fine-bubbled). Long and intense aftertaste of herbes de provence that makes you smack your lips more than just once. As expected from Fantôme, the beer is heavily spiced, but they work out perfectly here, it?s a very aromatic and complex Saison that still retains some thirst-quenching characteristics despite its high alcohol content. Delightful and sublime!
Super fresh bottle from the 2017 spring production at Beautiful Beers. Pours a beautiful hazy yellow with a good, long white head pointing towards wheat ingredients. Scent of yeast and light spices. Taste is very refreshing with the typical belgian yeast flavours; light spicy, peppery taste. Lovely malt base off set by light funkiness, fruity, estery and juicy hop flavours. Finishes with a nice bitterness with lingering spices, ready for the next mouthful. Delicious.
Bottle, 2013. Light phenols, lots of herbs (thyme, oregano, basil), nice mint in aftertaste, some slight funk present too. Light body, high carbonation, bit funky finish. great saison.
Amarelo turvo, espuma branca de média formação e pouca persistência. Aroma carregado de especiarias, eucalipto, camomila, gramínea, complexa. Perde um pouco da potencia e aroma com tempo de copo, esperava mais.
Butelka do końca 2018 roku. Potworny gushing. W aromacie sporo owoców, cytryn, brzoskwini, pomarańczy, mięty oraz lekkiej nuty funku. W smaku ciało średnie z posmakiem miętowo-owocowym wymieszanym z innymi ziołami. Bardzo złożone piwo.

A special thanks to Valéry and Dany for sharing some glasses with me. Cloudy bright orange color with a white head. The aroma is fresh citrus and spicy with barnyard Brett funkiness and grass. Packed full of sweet citrus fruits, spice, subdued hops, malt, and peppery mango. Extremely easy to drink, tangy and spicey. 3 drafts later, I was ready for a nap.
Average offwhite frothy head. Fair lacing. Mostly diminishing. Flat light-orange body. Aroma: lime, vinegar, moderate earthy hoppy, green grape and clove. Initial flavor: moderate acidic light sweet. Final flavor: light bitter moderate acidic; long duration. Palate: medium full body, lively carbonation, dry texture and moderate astringent finish. Tastes like white wine. 120s
Dec.12.2016.Average frothy white head. Good lacing. Mostly diminishing. Flat thick light-orange body. Aroma: citrus lemon, white wine, nutmeg, white pepper, pine and lemon grass. initial flavor: light sweet moderate acidic. final flavor: light sweet moderate acidic light bitter and salty hints; long duration. Palate: light medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation and light astringent and salty finish. spicy aroma. Sabor bem condimentado, apimentado (nota-se levemente o sabor de lúpulo), lembra também um pouco de banana, que persiste até o final. Muito mais complexa que a média do estilo. Dulçor acido lembra também um pouco de vinho branco, remetendo a presença que aparecia no aroma. Lembra sour/wild ale. Leve gosto de cinzas, como visto na cantillon. 170 s
Wow! Genialny, lekko dziki i kwaśny, wspaniałe fenolowy Saison. Zdziczenie poszło w rewelacyjną stronę. Pyszne, przypomina mi nieco niektóre piwa Hill Farmstead.
BB log, Bottle, pours a hazy copper color with large and lasting head. Smell is pine, white pepper, grass, and saison yeast. Flavor was basement, herbs, flowers, and banana. Medium bodied with strong carbonation. Another nice Fantome beer.
