3.5Can from Beer Republic. Hazy yellow, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of bread crust, mandarin, grapefruit, lemongrass, wet pepper, herbs. Taste has sweetish mandarin, melon & unripe peach; sourish citrus zest in a bready malt body. Floral hoppy finish, bit spicy, mainly citrus. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Acceptable but not very complex.
3.0not much fan of the style. some hops of mainly a fruit citrus nature. a little sweet and a smaller bit sour.

2.3March 2022. Small can from LowCostBeer. A lager and lime style beer. Thin, tinny malt, tasting just like a cheap lager in a can, with soft citric hops on top, tasting just like a shot of lime. That this is 6.2% and tastes so dry and thin and characterless is a sure sign this has been slow fermented at a low temperature. Boring. Drinkable, but so is water. And at least water doesn't have metallic CO2 pumped in it (unless you are one of those weirdos who drinks force carbonated bottles of water - does anyone do that these days? I thought we'd all moved on from that, and folks drink refreshing uncarbonated water these days). Anyway, this is not a drink (I struggle to call it a beer) that is for me. [2.3]
3.5Hazy pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a mix of sweet, juicy tropical fruits and more floral, earthy, skunky hop bitterness. Nice but just slightly weak in flavour intensity
3.8Draft at Penny Lane Pub, served in a pint glass. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white head that settles into a ring and film. Notes of pineapple, stone fruits, tangerine citrus, pale and bready malts, and melon. Light-bodied, with modest carbonation and a fruity, malty, sweet, bitter mouthfeel in good balance and in that order. Nice.

3.3Can, from Morrisons. Cloudy yellow gold, thin but lasting white head and gentle condition. Muted spicy breadiness, grapefruit citrus and estery yeast notes in the nose, quite dry and chalky in the mouth with a low citrus note, some light graininess and a hint of yeast, finish is a little oily and mouth coating with a solid yeasty bitterness and some subded grapefruit citrus.
