In den kühlen Lagerkellern unserer Brauerei in Seelenruhe gereift, verschafft das Flensburger Kellerbier dem Genießer ein ganz ursprüngliches Geschmackserlebnis.

Das Flensburger Kellerbier ist unfiltriert und somit natürlich trüb. Proteine und Polyphenole bleiben im Bier erhalten und dienen außerdem als zusätzliche Geschmacksträger. Sie sorgen für einen ausgewogenen und natürlichen Genuss.

3.3 From a nice looking bottle, pours bronze with a thick white head. Sweet, earthy aroma with a nice balance of sweet and sour. You can recognise fruits in the taste. A nice, easy, not complicated beer to drink.

2.8 Bottle. Cloudy dark orange/amber. Beautiful big head with some lacing. Mild aroma of yeast, sweet malts and metallic hops. Taste is sweet malts, grains, some fruity yeast and a little bit of hops. Earthy aftertaste. Strong carbonation. Süffig but also kinda bland like most beers from Flensburger.

3.0 Clear amber, off-white lacing foam head. Nice aroma and taste, a typical one. But OK. (Velp 201703)

3.3 Swing top bottle 33cl., poured into a stem lager glass. Slightly hazy pale amber, good two finger soapy off-white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing; aroma sweet malts, grain, grass, bit basement; taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, grainy; more bitterness – still light though - in the aftertaste, spicy touch; light to medium body, smooth mouthfeel, watery texture, soft carbonation; pleasant fresh session beer.

2.8 Pours slightly hazy orange with an off-white and long lasting head. Malty aroma with notes of grain, yeast and fruits. Taste is rather similar, sweetish and malty. Finishes with a hint of dryish grass. A decent and drinkable brew but nothing special. (0,33 l swing-top bottle, bb 19.07.17)

2.8 Flasche - Malzige Aromen, leicht süßlich Toffeeartig. Viel Kohlensäure. Unrund.

2.8 0,33 l Bügelflasche. Aroma: Malzig, sehr würzig, leicht alkoholisch. Erscheinung: Leicht trübes, ins bernsteinfarben gehende Bier, viel cremeweißer, grobporiger Schaum, schöne Gardine. Geschmack: Malzig süß, leicht würzig, leicht bitter. Nachgeschmack: Recht vollmundig, Süße und Bitterkeit halten sich im gesamten Mundraum recht lange. Gesamt: Süffig, gut trinkbar, aber nichts außergewöhnliches.

3.0 Bottle. Amber and slightly hazy, with a tight, white, head. Sweetish, caramel and leafy hop aroma. Flavour was malty, with a touch of toffee, some sweet fruitiness and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

2.5 Bottle shared by dad. Hazy orangy color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, grainy, a bit dusty and a bit old. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

3.1 330ml Flasche. Klar und golden mit kleiner Schaumkrone. Vollmundig und süffig. Lecker.

2.9 Moderat humle, og en stor maltsødme. Ikke den bedste kellerbier jeg har smagt, men ok.

2.2 Unclear copper of color with a white head. an aroma pf cereal, bread, dough and yeast. A flavor of cereal, bread, hops and toffee. Not the best kellerbier.

3.5 33cl fliptop bb04/2016, up North. Deep, seamy amber pour. Caramel-bready nose, kitchen kabinet spiciness, damp cloth yeast. Richer than expected mouthfeel, delivering a natural range of sweet grains doused with hop peppers, approximating a Franconian Keller’s wild bread basket. Shortlived clean finish maybe betrays the off terroir, otherwise quite satisfying for an Edeka (Nord) mainstay. (Note: supermarket selection in the placid BW SouthWest remains pitiful in comparison with all internal and external Länder alike.)

3.5 Bottle, 33 cl. Smooth, well balanced, refreshing, medium finish, agreeable carbonation.

2.5 Appearance is best here: hazy, amber, good head and lacing. Aroma mostly milk. Some caramel malt and a shade if hops. Taste weak, malty sweet. Nice full mouthfeel. No any notes on finish.

3.0 *Old rating, best before 30.12.07. Weiches, mildes Bier mit leicht getreidigen Zügen. Moderate Herbe, frisch, würzig-süffig.

2.6 Hazy, orange amber. Frothy offwhite head. Light aroma and flavour of malt with hints of hops. Short, light finish.

3.4 Ongoing project of getting to know supermarket kellerbiers, zwickls, and so on. This one surprised. Expected another unfiltered pils. Instead it poured orange-amber and cloudy once you drop in the yeast, which gave it distinct spicy-peppery-clove notes instead of zest. Almost Dupontish. Light caramel sweetness and mild bitterness leave it wanting more oomph, but there is more to discover here.

2.5 330ml swing-top bottle, provided by djoeye. Shared with Finn. Next to clear amber coloured body. Dense, frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Mild caramel malty aroma. Similar flavours, caramel with hints of herbal hops to the finish. Medium bodied. Soft in the mouth. Average (rating session, Tromsø 24.04.2014).

2.7 Flaske 0,33l påspandrert av Rune og delt under rateseanse i WCveien 24 Apr 14. Aprikosfarget. Lettskyet. Høyt hvitt skum med heftig kniplingslacing. Forsiktig maltaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken svakt fruktig. Uforanderlig. Blir litt kjedelig.

2.9 Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlichem Schaum. Geruch malzig, hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig grasig, malzig, leicht würzig.
