3.2 bottle at home. orange, hazy color. white head. smells flowery, some fruits like black currant. light body. quite fizzy / bubbly on the tongue. very sweet. although it also has a lot of sourness. taste of berries. overall sweet & fizzy taste. i liked this one, but could be even better with less sweetness.
2.1 Helder geel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fruitig licht zoetzuur, abrikoos, pruim. Niet echt bijzonder.
2.6 Bottle bier huis ossett. Golden thin head. Aroma is mango passion fruit taste same quite sweet. Body slight thin carbonation fine. Ok weak fruity stuff
1.7 Bottle Pours clear blonde Little to no foam . Smell is overpowering sugar , chemical fruityness . Taste is very sweet, sugar, soapy , chemical , arteficial , rather sharp . All the things you’d expect if you ever had anything else by Floris . Crap ..
3.4 Een lekker en verfrissend biertje, echt een aanrader voor eens te drinken in de zomer
3.1 Orange color with a light but fine foam. Sweet aroma. Sweet taste of pasions fruit, mango of peach. Good carbonation. Sweet well carbonated passion drink.
3.4 Bottle with dutchdrebus. Golden yellow color with a small white head. Smells and tastes sweet, fruity, mango, peach, syrup.
3.4 Bottle @ home. Clear yellow to amber with a medium sized white head that doesn’t last. Smells sweet, fruity, apricot, peach, mango. Tastes sweet, fruity, mango, apricot, peach, slightly syruppy. Thin to medium body, decent carbo.
2.5 Sometimes you’ve just got to take the wife out for a drink - the good part of this tale of woe, is you get to taste more booze. This is a perfectly acceptable if not overly sweet fruit beer, that is heavy on the Passion Fruit and Peach.
1.6 Bottle. Pours golden color. Sweet fruit brew. Aroma and taste of peach, no beer.
1.8 Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit geriner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr süß, fruchtig, künstlich. Geschmack klebrig, süß, fruchtig.
4.5 Yellow color, good head retention and carbonation. Intense dried peach and apricot aroma and flavor, some passion fruit too, and very low in mango. Fruit sweetness with low sourness. A very refreshing beer and it has medium body for its 3,5 alc/vol
2.7 330 ml bottle. L1713185. BB 07/15. From belgianbeerfactory.com. Cloudy amber golden colour with a small white head. Tropical fruity aroma with some malty notes. Almost like a very fruity IPA... but only almost. The body is missing. The flavour is like a tropical fruit juice or very sweet flavoured cider. Not bad but not very beery. Surprisingly not as thin as I expected this 3.6% brew to be.
2.2 Pours in pale body, low hazy, light-non lasting foam. Aroma is extremly ftuity, mango, sweet orange, tangarine, mandarine, tutti fruiyu miltivitamine but well bakanced. Taste is sweet, vitomr like, no bitter. Body is light no carbi.
2.8 Pours out of the bottle in a light cloudy peach colour with low steady head and medium body. Artifical aroma of nectarines and peaches. Nice taste -despite the fact that it is a fruit beer and totally oversugared- of peaches, mild oranges, sparkling juice and caramel. Very sweet finish. Easy and nice to drink but it clearly ain’t a beer.
3.9 Classic fruit beer. Cloudy yellow in color. Sweet, but not overly sweet. Very nice aroma, lovely traces of peach, mango, strawberry. Recommended as a dessert beer, or to enjoy on the patio.
2.9 Golden amber color. Big white head. Some lacing. Huge floral and fruit aroma. Taste is big on berries. A little sweet. Not bad.
2.5 Now here’s a plan. Buy crap beers for the missus, take a sip or 2 and then tick them off. I *will* tick every beer at Ruprai before the year is out! Wasn’t so bad actually. Floral to the max and oh so sweet. Bit like your truly.
2.4 Bouteille 330ml.
2.5 Bottle. Orangish colour with minimal and quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and honeyness. Flavour has notes of fruits, where peach is present, hints of honey. Carbonation and body are medium.
4.0 This beer was 2 years old from bierkompass. It was amazing. Like a fruit rollup liquified. It tasted like peach, mango and strawberry wet. Aroma is the same. Color is gold-orange and effervescent. Palate is clean and really works. Overall is just beautiful
2.7 Bottled. Cloudy yellow with a dense white head. Aroma is mild citric peachy, guava and hints of passion fruit. Light sweet berry fruity flavor. citric notes. Mouthfeel is quite sweet soar..
3.9 toast, bread, spruce, rotten eggs, bubblegum, red, sparkling, white foam, minimal head, heavy cloying sweetness, lightly bitter, medium sourness, light body, creamy, soft carbonation, astringent,
3.4 Bottle @ home, shared with my girlfriend. Slightly hazy yellow / light orange color, small white lacing. The aroma is very sweet and I also smell passion fruits very clearly, but both not offensive. Taste sweet, but soft, again not offensive at all. Soft mouthfeel, soft carbonation, low to medium body. Quite acceptable.
3.7 Originally rated August 2006. Newly recieved at the LCBO, best before date is May 2008. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. This one does not last long, but leaves a small layer over the brew. Lightly carbonated, this beer has a beautiful nose with all of the fruits mentioned in the ingredients: peach, apricot, mango and passion fruit. The taste is sweet with mostly the peach and passion fruit showing, but some light sourness in the finish mixes everything well. Not much lingers in the aftertaste. Would be even better if the fruit was from purée, and not juices as listed. Not syrupy, so it makes this one a pretty good summer brew.
3.4 330mL bottle poured deep golden with big white head diminishing quickly to fine lace. Aromas of berry and yeast. Tastes fruity with some yeast and a little hop in the finish. An interesting fruit beer to say the least.
3.0 [bottle at Café Pivni, York] Hazy golden yellow colour with almost no head. Really juicy aroma – no shortage of fruit on the nose, mostly tropical. Very sweet on the palate, pretty much tropical fruit from start to finish – there is mango in there, the passion fruit takes away a little of the former’s cloying nature, but only a little. Pretty sweet but the more you have, this effect lessons and it actually becomes quite nice. Not sure how many I could get though, mind [03082011]
