Forst Kronen Speciale

Forst Kronen Speciale

2.4 Draft at BeerAttraction 2019, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, transparent, with a good head of white foam, fine. Aroma is cereals and bready. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet, with marked bitterness. Finish is long and bitter.
Iets zoetig. Bitterzoete afdronk.
3.0 33cl bottle; BB 20th Dec 18. Drank in my back garden on Sunday 2nd Sep 18. Looked good in the old Veltins stemmed tulip glass, clean and clear golden pour, sadly the snow white crown soon faded to a wisp and collar. Grainy, malty aroma and flavour base, lightly hopped nose and taste wise. Thought it fine and refreshing in the afternoon sun.
2.5 Goldgelb, klar, kaum Krone. Leicht brotig-malziger Antrunk. Angenehm mild, leicht süßlich. Süffig.
3.1 Keg at a pizza place in Genoa. Nice balance, some hop crispness with a sweet malt finish, easy drinking. Nice enough.
3.1 Tasted on tap in Forst Brewery in Meran; golden color, a little darker than usual lager; on the nose grains; in the mouth is more malty than a standard lager; good drinkability, but flavor quickly fades; probably one of the best commercial lager you can find in italy
3.8 Bottle 0,5 in Rome. Filtered golden color quite shiny, irregular and frothy white cap with good retention. Nose: soft aroma of honey, rosemary, pils malts, hay. Quite rustic. Mouth: fantastic carbonation, grassy enough, pretty sweet malty, balanced bitter finish. Lovely
3.8 One of the best Italian lagers .Drank it on tap at 2200 meters height ,highly drinkable ,mediun carbonisation and interesting malt feedback.
2.9 Aromat nikły, ale dość przyjemny - kwiatowy i zbożowy. W smaku lekkie, troszeczkę kwaskowe, troszeczkę metaliczne, nawet czuć lekką, nie najgorszą goryczkę. Poprawne, nadaje się do wypicia
3.0 33cl at a restaurant overlooking Trasimeno Lake. The beer poured a light Amber with a white head and no lacing. Malty aroma greets you. The beer has a medium body with soft carbonation. Clean finish with no hop bitterness. Excellent with antipasto. Some malt sweetness after each swallow.
1.3 Tap at Strange Pub, San Marino. Pours golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is very odd (strange?) distinctly it's sweet and sour chicken like along with sweetcorn. High sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, watery and oily texture, average carbonation. Not nice at all.
2.9 On tap. Golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy and malty with some grassy notes. Taste is light bitter with malty sweetness. Overall it's nice lager.
2.0 Lager italiana de calidad media-baja. Aroma y sabor a malta. Poca espuma blanca que desaparece rápido. Color dorado oscuro agradable. El sabor es bastante amargo, prevalece la malta sobre el lúpulo. Es ligera con un poco de cuerpo. Refrescante si no fuera por el retrogusto demasiado amargo para mi. Nada del otro mundo.
1.7 Bottle in Gaia hotel, Mezzana. pours clear light golden with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is malt, hay. Taste is sweet with malt, hay, metallic aftertaste.
3.2 Pours golden with decent head. Flavors are a lot of grain, a gentle bitterness and a sweetness, that I cannot explain but which makes it a bit special. Easy to drink, though.
3.2 I bought this bottle in the Interspar in Verona, centro commerciale Adigeo. I drank it yesterday at home with my wife. In my point of view, it is a regular lager beer, perfect to become refresh. The color is yellow and gold, thin and white foam, normal carbonation, typical lager. The taste is malty, bready, decent bitterness, hop, a bit metalic and watery.
2.0 Pours slightly golden yellow with a white frothy head. Grainy, malty aroma. Taste is malty sweet with dull grassy notes. Crisp.
2.3 Bottle. Clear pale golden color with a thin frothy white head. Aroma of grain and malt. Sweet, malty taste. Thin body. -- rated with beerbasher/winphone
3.0 33 cl. bottle@restaurant in Seiser Alm, Italy in straight glass at approx. 6 degrees C. Pours a clear pale golden with sufficient white head with fair retention. More aroma than expected - malt, grain and a little grass. Full malt-dominated taste with a good bitterness in the quite long lasting aftertaste. Medium body and average carbonation. Much like a tasty German lager and classes above the dreary regular Forst lager.
2.7 0.33l bottle. Malty aroma. Clear yellow color, small white head. Malty taste, light caramel notes, average bitter. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation and malty, bitter finish. Average.
2.5 Bottle from Katsura AEON Mall liquor shop. Saaz aroma (very mild), with some tiny citrus, and a decidely grainy note. Medium straw color, thin head.Grass, grain, and a weird buttery bit in mid palate, some sugar, and very minimal hopping. Thin body and fairly crisp. A bit better than the Forst Premium Lager -- but not by much.
2.2 Pours clear and golden with a frothy white head. The light aroma contains malts, grass, hay and hops. It tastes light sweet and light bitter. Light body and soft carbonation. Light, light, light, not quite right.
