Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

3.5Bra!
Rigtig fin runof the mill, med lidt mere.
3.5Blikk. Hon kann væl drekkast. Hazy golden colour, medium white head. Nice fruity hoppy pleasant aroma. Good palate. Flavour, fruity hops, citrus and some exotic frutiness too, malty underneath. Good emdium bitterness. Fruity hoppy dry like finish.
3.3Can, 0.355l. Aroma of peach, ripe tropical fruit, floral honey, caramel and a bit of vegetables. Pours clear golden color with large soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet bready and caramelly, following is grassy, medicinal and earthy, mouthfeel is smooth and dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. It’s promising, but no go for me...
3.9355ml can brewed in Michigan at 5.5%. Clear, pale gold with a small but decent-duration head. Sweet aroma with light resin; apricot and mango coming through over a faintly honeyed malt. Moderate carbonation. Complex strong Pale Ale, with mango, hints of tangerine, a nicely balancing sweet fruity start and a dry finish with a touch of pine and papaya - neither sweetness nor dryness is overdone. Flavourful, yet gentle. Slightly honeyed malt keeps its head down throughout. Founders have a good reputation among US craft breweries for a reason, and this basic yet stalwart offering is just one of many reasons why. I suspect it's even better in the bottle, but who knows... I did, however, age a can of this (in the fridge) for a year and compared it to a fresh one; fading hops brought out the malt more (no bad thing as it's Golden Promise), and there was perhaps more of a grapefruit tone to the finish than papaya. Still a fine ale however you slice it - if by any chance you'd like this one a bit more malt-balanced or 'mellower', age it a little, hophead purists be damned.
3.7(Bottle) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with pineapple, passion-fruit, grapefruit, apricots, orange, pine needles and a touch of honey. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, apricots, pine needles, honey, orange peel and a generous citric, tropical bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with an impressive hop presence. Very nice.
3.7For a Pale Ale this is a very good beer! Very nice fruit flavors with a pleasant bitter finish. Well done!
2.9Can. Pours an golden yellow with a one inch white head that lasts. Taste is of malt, hops citrus and pine. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a mostly clean finish. Overall, decent.
3.8Clear pale yellow pour. Fruity and floral nose. Light, crisp and refreshing pale ale
4.0Aroma: Very floral, coriander
Taste: Sweet, not too sharp as you might expect from the strong hop aroma, dry aftertaste
A very nice, balanced IPA. The can I'm drinking tastes very fresh.
3.5Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde, Sint-Niklaas (Best before: 7/5/2019). Pours hazy golden with an unstable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of pineapple, pepper, pine, breadcrust, grapefruit peel. Taste has sweetish pineapple & mandarin on soft doughy maltiness, bitter core of grapefruit & spices with a yeasty undertone. Dry, peppery & piney hoppy finish, bit more 'earthy' grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Solid, low ABV earthy IPA, but not that refreshing actually.
4.0Smash mosaic.
3.533cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orangey, hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is markedly citrus, of sweet mandarin, also melon. Body is kind of light, with marked carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is average, on the dry side.
4.0Can 12fl.oz. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy medium golden, tall frothy off-white head, good retention, average lacing. Aroma aroma hops, orange, orange marmalade, peach, pine resin. Flavour medium bitter and sweet, malty, orange peel, grapefruit, pine. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, lingering dry bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, fruity and malty notes. Surprisingly goes this very well with ''rode kool, braadworst en gekookte aardappelen'', both are accentuated tastewise.
3.0Ok inte mer
4.40,355 l can from Gothenburg Systembolaget. Very good beer in my mind, refreshing and tasty.
3.3Bière or avec mousse assez collante. Nez IPA Mosaic : fruits et herbes. Bouche : fruits exotiques, pêche, ananas, herbes, un petit côté métallique. Fraîche, moyennement amère, goûteuse mais pas transcendante.
3.712oz can. Pours a clear yellow-gold with a decent foamy white head, leaves 1-2mm and medium sticky lacing. The aroma is a mixture of pineapple and pine resin; the complex flavor profile starts with an initial spicy-grainy impression that gives way to an agreeable suggestion of green onion and finishes with a tropical fruit sensation with light lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with slight oiliness, nicely carbonated, long finish. Very good.
3.9Rocky white head left a big froth on a translucent pale golden still body.
Sweet citrus, bubble gum & cat piss aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth over the tongue with well carbonated dry clean back.
Well hopped tastes of tangy citrus, confectionery, onion, pith & grapefruit with a long tangy finish.
4.0I have taken this bottle, at bootlegger, Paris. Savouring this Spanish beer, thanks the God of the Globalization, at home, Lausanne, Prélaz, june 2018. The body is yellow/grey and troubled, sparkling carbonation, thin and white foam. In my point of view, it is a regular white ipa, correct with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, citrus hop, dry malt, a bit soily, really dry for the style.
3.6355 ml. can @ home, served in a tulip glass, due date: unknown. Canned at 2019/08.
Aroma: powerful aromas of mango, passion fruit, tropical fruits, fruits. Very subtle hints of citrus, cookies, bread, cereals.
Appearance: light gold color with perfectly white and fluffy foam made of medium to big sized bubbles. High head thickness with high retention and high Brussels' lacing. Low to medium haziness.
Taste: low to medium sweetness, medium bitterness, low sourness. Flavors of tropical fruits, fruits, citrus, pine, resin, grapefruit. Hints of biscuits, bread, bread crust, malts. Balance is toward the bitterness but well balanced for the style.
Mouthfeel: low to medium body, oily to silky texture, medium carbonation, long dry finish with low to medium bitterness and the same aforementioned flavors. Alcohol is only noticeable because of its mouth and throat warming. Astringency is low and slightly noticeable.
Overall: good appearance, good aromas and flavors of mango, passion fruit, tropical fruits, fruits, grapefruit, pine, resin, citrus. Good IPA. More layers of flavors than seemed at first, showing some complexity. It probably would be better with less resin flavor.
3.1Almost clear yellow amber. OK head, better lacing.
Sweet and bitter up front followed by resin and some mild fruit notes.
Canned on 7/28/19, consumed on 11/17/19.
$9.99/6 pack 12oz cans at Total Wine And More, Boca Raton, Florida
3.5Lata de 35,5 cl. Fecha de enlatado 08/2019. Color amarillo con poca espuma, carbonatación media. Aroma a melón, piña, uva, pomelo.
4.3Aroma of pineapple, melon, grapefruit, with a herbaceous touch. Less intense than expected. thin layer of white foam, sparse but with good retention.
Heel heldere gouden kleur. Fantastisch aroma, veel hop. Idem in smaak en nasmaak.
3.5Decent. I was reluctant to try but in the end this is an aromatic hydrocarbons pa lol get bodied with hints of resinn, loads of yeasty sweetness.
