Das Franziskaner ist als Supermarktbier einem großen Publikum verpflichtet. Somit ist der Geschmack wie aus dem Brauhandbuch, jedoch finde ich die Hefe zu aufdringlich. Deshalb für mich auch eher durchschnittlich in der Performance, obwohl das Mundgefühl sehr gut ist.

Definitely one of the best German wheat, unfiltered lager beers.
Pours hazy ember orange with thin white head. No carbonation.
Aroma very bready, yeasty, and slightly sweet.
Taste overwhelmingly yeasty, with nice sweet aftertaste. Can feel some carbonation, with a slight zing to it.
Cloudy orange-gold with a big frothy white head and bananas on the nose. Light to medium bodied, slightly grainy / chewy, with a yeasty malt flavour, some subtle hints of spice perhaps, and slightly bitter fruit in the finish

Ciemne złoto, mętne, piana średnie oczka, obfita, brzuszki szkło.
W aromacie klasyka: goździk, dojrzały banan, zbożowość, może w tle nuta cytrusowa.
W smaku pełne, mocniejszy goździk, goryczka średnia do niskiej w typie zbożowym-grajpfrutowym. Wysycenie wysokie do średniego.
Świetny klasyk, pić póki świeże!
The more comprehensive weiss for my own standards. Tip: It should be served at 8-10 degrees C. In this temperature aroma is more intense.
Small head. Amber colour. Aroma is flour, lemon peel, banana. Light bitterness. Very good.
Clàssica weiss. Sempre un bon recurs en qualsevol supermercat. Especiada, plàtan, cereal. Cos mig, textura un pèl acuosa. Molt bona
Un vrai régal. L’amertume est bien présente mais ce n’est que mieux. Parfait !
Una muy suave de trigo, hay mejores, casi regular
0,5l bottle drinking at home 15/08/2022 Pours a hazy orangy gold with good amount of fluffy white foam on top and good lacing. Aroma of cloves, spices, banana, yeast. Taste is quite sweet with notes of wheat, caramel, cloves, vanilla, banana, lemon and orange, leading to a more tart but sweetish finish. Medium body and watery texture, medium high carbonation, 5% abv. Really classic hefeweizen taste and an easy and cheap bottle you can find pretty much anywhere, enjoyed quite a few of these. There are better options and i would rather get it fresh on tap, but i don't mind it.

Colour is an orang hazy colour which is typical of a weissbier with a one finger white head. Aroma is banana, fruity, malty, wheaty with notes of berries. Taste is wheaty, barley, peppery, bananas, juicy, fruity and small amounts of mellow fruits in there. Mouthfeel is soft, foamy and creamy and carbonation is modest and just about right. Overall this is a fantastic beer which I would certainly drink again. Would definitely recommend.

On tap at Kugler Alm. Hazy orange amber with a big head. Light banana nose, rounded wheat aroma. I'm fighting with a yellow jacket for the first sip. Creamy flavor, nice yeast notes, mid complexity with a hint of caramel behind all the bananas.

Pomarańczowe, zmętnione z obfitą białą pianą. Aromat goździków i bananów ale to jednak banan wychodzi na pierwszy plan. W smaku wytrawne, z pszeniczno-bananowym posmakiem. Wysycenie średnie w stronę wysokiego, goryczka niska. Orzeźwiające, dobrze pijalne. Ogólnie bardzo dobry tradycyjny weissbier.
Banana and a light hint of coriander. Pours slightly hazy golden with good head. Light meadow floral finish. Bottle my wife bought me--I can't believe I haven't rated this, despite having had numerous times.
