This Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBU’s with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and there’s even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event. Classic IPA is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and on draft. ABV 6% IBU 60

3.3Pours a clear amber-gold color with a medium thick foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, herbal hops and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
3.4Originally rated on 2/1/09. Full Sail IPA poured a average looking body, thin head, with a little lace. Aroma was nice with a citrus presence and a little sweet malt thrown in. Flavor has a nice hop bite, and the malts give it a little balance. Overall a decent IPA
3.012 oz. bottle thanks to hauxe. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, mild fruitiness. Taste is malt, caramel, citrus notes, grapefruit, pine. Flavor trends toward the malt. Moderately bitter finish. Ok.
2.8Bottle - Ultra clear light Amber color. Rather light aromas and taste as well. Not much bitterness. Built as a classic IPA it doesn’t taste much like one. Very easy drinking which is nice. Could be a session IPA for certain.
3.5Clear deep golden with a thin foamy off white cap. Charming leafy and slightly floral nose that’s got a thin hint of pine resin on the back. Clean and crisp flavor that’s got an appropriate pale malt backbone with a nice semi dry body, crisp leafy hops and a light bitterness. Just cool calm and collected, a nice intro to the style for the uninitiated.
3.1Bottle. Drank this straight from the bottle, I suppose this pours regular ipa style. Not sure about colour though. Aroma is malty and has touches of grapefruit and orange zest. Flavor is very mild bitter, juicy hops and malty sweet aftertaste. Medium carbonation, long light bitter aftertaste. Okay.
3.2A copper color with a white head that faded away quickly. A good aroma, nice mix of resin and pine, soft grapefruit hops. Nice caramel malts. Flavor had a nice bitter flavor. Nice sweet malts. Moderate mouthfeel.
3.1[24/12/2015] Bottle from Happy Valley Supermarket, Portland, OR. Nice orange body with big head. Nose is floral, lots of fruits, caramel and skunky. Taste is caramel again with fruits and nice hops. Oily finish.
3.5Malty, slightly minerally nose, medium light body, nicely balanced bitterness and maltiness. Nice hop flavor, with a moderately bitter finish. Reminiscent of an English pub bitter, but at 6%, is too strong for its body and complexity. Would be an excellent session beer if they could get this flavor into a 4% ABV beer.
3.4Solid NW IPA. Very citrusy, I want to say grapefruit, on the nose. Refreshing. Quaffable. Good middle of the road bitterness and doesn’t linger on the palette unnecessarily long.
3.8From a bottle into a Free State glass. Pours gold with small head and lace. Aroma of grains, straw, malt. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, straw hops, minerals, hay, grapefruit rind. Overall flavorful body with nice hop kick.
3.2355ml bottle. Pours a slightly golden orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of grapefruit, peach, tropical fruit, caramel malt and grass. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit, peach and grass with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Ok.
3.86%ABV. IPA.
Poured out Amber. 12ºSRM.
Nose has wet funky malty aroma. Pineapple and citrus and dank, moist, humid aromas.
Mouthfeel is thick soapy. Palate has full-bodied malt with a nice thick graham cracker and barley toast flavor. This is a perfect platform on which to appreciate the hops which are citrus, pine, grapefruit peel, bitter melon. There is a slightly spicy but bitter component to this, so I’m going to say hyssop.
Finish is admirably and luxuriously long. Bitter melon, resin, raw pine needles, sap and a pleasantly floral component suggesting freesias.

3.6Bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with a thin head and minimal lacing. Smells woodsy and fruity. Has a very light taste, rather watery, but is very well balanced overall. Decent bitterness and very good aftertaste. Best on a hot day.
2.5In a bottle in Miami Beach 060316 11:23 code. Clear light amber color, smell is sweet malt and English hops. Metallic taste detracts significantly from an otherwise nice light British style IPA. I wonder what their dO2 is at bottling; this is oxidation. A shame, it is otherwise pretty tasty.
3.1bottle in Ft Myers FL. Run of the mill IPA. Nothing special, but still good. Basic IPA

3.5Bottle. Translucent amber orange pour. Aroma is earthy hops with a little citrus in there as well. Flavor is earthy, malty, slightly citrusy, and slightly boozy. Finish is bitter. Level of carbonation is high. Really easy to drink.
3.0Yellow golden clear pour, smallish off white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is bread, mild herb, mild floral. Light sweetness, bread, lemon. Average carbonation. Mild bitter finish, monochromatic. What you would expect from an "Un-American" IPA.
4.310/24/15 Hilton Garden Hotel, Lake Oswego, OR Mom's day 3 living in Oregon. Brought from home.
3.6Light Amber with heavy carbonation. Moderate head. Medium body. Malts never really develop though. Hops very floral and grassy. Solid IPA but their Pale ale is much better.
3.412 oz bottle no real malts. Some hops but not much in the hop aroma or flavor. Slightly bitter, not much too it.
3.5Golden with a white head - Malt and some hops in the aroma - Good malt body with a nice hop profile that is somewhat flowery and has a nice bitterness - the hops goes into the finish and lasts with some bitterness - This was nice
2.6Pours an amber from a bottle. Typical IPA, somewhat citrus piney hop aroma and flavor, little pale malt addition. Okay beer.
3.0Pours a clear golden color with white head. Floral notes, herbal, with some light citrus tones on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light to medium bodied. Finishes with more floral hop notes and a touch of malt.
3.2Aroma: floral hops, some fruitiness, light citrus. Appearance: clear gold, medium, frothy, white head. Taste: medium bitter. Palate: floral hops continue, bitters intensify, dry finish, some grain. Overall: average IPA, very drinkable, nothing special though. Bottle at Museum of Flight, Seattle, WA.
3.4Poured a light golden color with aromas of light citrus, mild hops, biscuits and some malt. Flavors match the aromas decent light bitterness throughout.
3.4Pours golden with white head. Biscuit malt aroma with light citrus and floral hop with yeast spiciness. Flavor is biscuit malt with herbal hoppiness and some yeast presence. Decent English style IPA.
3.3Bottle. Nose is dank and musty, lightly sweet, has caramel and herbal, earthy, some citric qualities. Really fascinating aroma, spicy sweat sock stuffy. Pours Clear, rich golden-orange with a medium, dense beige head. Taste semi-sweet to semi-dry with a malty and slightly chalky full body, light crispness; medium citrus and herbs, faint spice. Very faint but pleasing cheesiness. Where’s the bitterness? Anyway, this is balanced and very traditional-foodie English, or, well, at least the kind of English that’s imported into the US.
3.512 ounce bottle. Brassy gold color. Creamy rocky beige head. Sweet toasted malt nose with a hint of piney hops. Flavor is honey sweet malt with spicy hops. Good flavor and balance. A decent Northwestern IPA.
