Picture custardy French toast, infused with cinnamon and vanilla, fresh from the griddle and drizzled with warm maple syrup. Now picture that in a glass. Boom. Mind blown.

4.2Tasted from bottle. Pours black with tan head that quickly fades. Really does smell like French Toast. Some vanilla and maple syrup aroma. Tastes moderately to heavily sweet. Flavors of maple syrup, caramel, vanilla, faint cinnamon. Very well done and good tasting brown variation.
4.2On the one hand this is a sweet mess. On the other hand, boy this is nice. Great sweet maple nose. Maple, egg, bread, French toast, powered sugar and malt syrup. This is just like liquid French toast.
3.6Tasting at Matt's
Dark brown color. Strong nutty aroma, pecan, maple, tobacco. The body is lighter than expected, roasted malt, some artificial vanilla, some tobacco, a bit chaotic.
3.8650ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a semi opaque dark brown with a thin white head. Nose is upfront huge maple syrup with some biscuit malt. Flavour has tons of upfront maple of syrup, which lends way to dry, semi bitter, bready character with hints of cinnamon. It is light bodied and thin, despite the powerful maple flavour. Just love that maple!
3.8Bottle - Pastry and Syrup. Jet brown with a small beige head. Dark and syrupy notes some pastry. Exactly as it should be.
3.722 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma reveals lots of maple syrup upfront, followed by vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. Flavour is complex, with tons of maple of syrup upfront, followed by cinnamon and to a lesser extent, cinnamon. Intense and well-balanced, with low sweetness on the finish. Really good.
3.8Bottle from Milam's on Bird Rd. Dark brown. No head. So there's a lot of maple syrup, eggy, with even a bit of cinnamon. On the palate, this is sweet, cinnamon, and a light eggy maple thing. So basically what the label promised, in a relatively balanced package.
3.4Draft at the source. Pours amber-brown with a beige head. Aroma of maple syrup and cinnamon. Taste is maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee. Sweet finish. Good in small quantities.
3.92017/10/15 - Pours a clear, amber brown colour with a thin, khaki head that quickly dissipates and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is just amazing; battered toast, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and light nutty notes...French toast. Taste is maple syrup, nutty notes, cinnamon, roasted malt, bread and vanilla. Mouthfeel is medium and syrupy with smooth carbonation and a sweet, slight toasty finish. I was really looking forward to trying this beer and it didn't disappoint.
3.8Really good beer. Maple flavor with sweetness, but not too much. Not too boozy. Great for brunch.
3.7Tons of mapple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. A strong malty backbone to support the madness.
3.7Dark brown in color... Aroma of French toast, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup... Flavor is a lot of thinner then wide awake it's morning, some chocolate and roasted malts, vanilla, maple syrup... finish is kind of bland... pretty good
3.6Pick this up in a trade with Tom H. on Facebook. Deep brown color with full creamy carbonation. Aroma is just insane! Toasted bread, cinnamon, dipped in maple syrup. We could smell the maple as we popped the cap and poured the beer.
The flavor is super sweet. The maple syrup is crazy thick. Actually leaves a sticky maple residue over the tongue. Tastes very good for about half a snifter. Very good if your drinking less than 6 ounces. More 6 oz. and the sweetness kills you.
3.9Thanks AFH for sharing this bomber acquired in a trade. It’s a reddish murky brown. Nice clarity without any floaters. 1 finger tan brown ash head. This smells likee a damn IHOP with fresh maple syrup and crispy fried dough. It’s just crazy. the flavor is nice. absolutely true to name but it has a lot of bitterness that isn’t found in the aroma. Solid malty mouthfeel, oily and rich with maple and cinnamon. tasty.
3.8Clear dark mahogany pour with a cream colored head that fades down to a ring. Strong sweet maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon aroma. Taste is not as sweet as the nose would suggest but still on the sweet side. Taste is maple syrup, nutty, vanilla, and light cinnamon and toast. Medium sticky body.
4.3Pours dark brown. Notes of cream and maple syrup, leaving a delicious maple syrup after taste.
2.803.05.2014, tap @ CBC:
Tiny shortlasting head. Aroma is like putting your nose in a bowl with a mix of maple syrup and caramel syrup, followed by raisins and cinnamon. Taste is slightly harsh and dry, maple sap / syrup, cinnamon, cardboard, bark, hay. Longlasting bitterness, dry harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough, but interesting though.
3.3Bottle at the Plan Bee Hive BBQ. Pours a clear brown with a thin white head. Maple syrup. Almost nothing but. Medium bodied, tastes like it smells. Syrup packet at the diner. Sweet but not quite messy. One dimensional.
4.0Aroma of the best yeasty sweet waffles mixed with a bit of floral hop and spice. Pours deep brown with a thick creamy buff color head. Palate is thick and coating but not overly sweet. Full of maple spice. Delicious
4.0Bottle grabbed after Puck’s CoC. Pretty awesome aroma that really reminds me of French toast covered in maple syrup. Thick mouthfeel. The flavor also reminds me of breakfast. Very unique and well made.
4.4Krass verbrannt beim Toasten 😉. Derb brotiger Zimtflash mit hart haftend holziger Outlawausblendung 👽. H.avy!!! HIMMERIGET, Kopenhagen. TAP:
3.4Tap at Himmeriget. Dark brown with small, beige head. Aroma and taste are strongly infused with cinnamon, spices, dough and light chocolate, roast and nuts. Alcoholic cinnamon buns basically. Pretty dry and somewhat full bodied.
3.1Tap at Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Color is dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, cinnamon, syrup, some chocolate and roasted malts.
3.6Tap @ Himmeriget.
Dark brown color with a thin brown head.
Cinnamon buns, malts in aroma.
Nutty notes. Balanced. Cinnamon in flavor, m
Nice malty, light bready flavor. Quaffable.
3.4Bottle shared by seeswo months ago. From notes. Dark brown, red tinged, with small head. Lots of cinnamon. Backdrop of syrup and melted butter. Taste doesn’t live up to that -- should be decadent and sweet, but I feel like maybe the cinnamon adds a tannic astringent element that leaves the impression of being lean and dry. Medium body with average carbonation.
4.2Bottle. It poured a brown color with a tan head. The aroma was of maple syrup, nutmeg and some cinnamon. The taste was similar to the aroma with more syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, bread, chocolate and a hint of vanilla. Taste just like french toast, really good.
4.522oz bottle shared with friends. Pours a dark brown color with a tan colored head. Smells just like cinnamon french toast, vanilla, sweetness, cinnamon, toast, maple, and caramel on the nose; follows onto the palate. Full bodied. Finishes just like a nice slice of french toast.
3.822 oz botle and draft multiple times. Pours a dark brown color and topped by a nice layer of beige colored foam that settles slowly to a thin film and coats the glass in lace. The aroma is pretty incredible as it is spot on for a buttered slice of French Toast covered in cinnamon and maple syrup with notes of cocoa, caramel malts, and the toasted bread to go with it. Th eflavor follows suit with the cocoa, cinnamon, caramel, toffee, and maple syrup all present and melded together nicely. Tastes delicious and exactly as you would want your french toast to taste, but in beer form. Nearly full bodied and slightly sticky and round with balanced carbonation that leads to lengthy maple syrup and cinnamon finish. The execution is spot on for what they went for here, but ultimately it’s too sweet to enjoy in large quantities. But in smaller doses this is a really tasty treat. Good stuff.+
4.1Lots of maple, spice, toast, and French toast .. Worst of the robots .. Chewy and slick, great morning brew .. Ankle tattoo incoming
3.0Was not a huge fan of this one. Very thin and zero maple flavor. Looking forward to trying the BA version.
