Coffee Porter. Evoking a complete diner-style breakfast in a glass, Maple Bacon Coffee Porter is a complex beer with a multitude of flavors at play. It pours an opaque ebony brew with a frothy tan head. Aromas of sticky maple syrup, coffee, and cream creep forth from the glass. The mouth feel is luxuriously creamy, with layers of sweet malt, toffee, and roast giving way to waves of smoke, coffee, and salted chocolate. It finishes sticky, rich, and sweet, with the flavor of maple syrup lingering pleasantly on the tongue.

4.1Bottle pour, almost black. Aroma of Smokey bacon dipped in maple. Lightly sweet, distinct bacon note, maple and vanilla. Good that this is a porter because it’s more drinkable than a stout.
3.8Es divertida tomarla. Son sabores y aromas diferentes mezclados haciendo que cada sorbo le encuentres algo diferente al paladar.
No tomaría más de 2 en una misma noche lol. Cheers!!
4.0Breakfast in a bottle! Syrupy. Pancakes w/ bacon all in 1. Complex & tasty! Love the depth! Fantastic!
3.522 oz bottle from total wine in raleigh nc. Huge maple notes when opened. Tobacco and licorice. As it warms the maple notes are muted and drinks a little thin.
3.8Nice beer; a bit lacking in the bacon and porter departments, but the java roastiness makes up for the lack of bacon smoke, and the maple notes are prominent without growing cloy. I wish the porter was stronger—kinda comes off as an afterthought—but as a whole the beer works.
4.2Bottle. Pours dark brown with a tiny light beige head. Maple syrup, roasted malt, bacon notes, coffee. Very nice.
4.0Bottle purchased at Total Wine in Altamonte Springs. Pours dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma of malt, maple, bacon, caramel and coffee. Malt and sweet maple flavor with bacon accents before a bitter coffee finish.
4.0Killed the keg at Beach Liquors in Destin. Black, with a giant pile of foam on top. Big maple syrup and coffee nose. Some caramel and brown bread. Very sweet and sugary, with a touch of bitterness. Big and syrupy palate. Delicious and decadent.
3.8Maple syrup, vanilla, coffee nose. Black, thin tan head. Maple syrup, smoke, raisins. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Nice flavor to alcohol ratio.
4.2Dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is maple, coffee, chocolate, caramel and smokey. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and very lightly salty. Palate is medium body, thin feel with average carbonation.
3.8Fajna, intensywna kawa, kakao, czekolada i syrop klonowy w tle. Po ogrzaniu odrobinę słonych posmaków. Lekkie, wodniste, ale nieźle przyswajalne.
3.4Sweet on the nose and in the middle. Not a lot of carbonation or smokiness. Not bad, might order again
3.9On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of maple syrup, roasted malt, chocolate malt. Flavor of maple syrup, roasted malt, chocolate malt, mild saltiness and very mild bacon flavor in the finish. Mostly a mapley porter. Quite good.
8/4/8/4/15 (3.9/5)
3.9Dark mahogany brown in color... Aroma of bacon, coffee, maple syrup... Flavor is light bodied yet flavorful, coffee, chocolate, maple syrup and notes of bacon... light toasted malt and cola on palate... Delicious
4.0Bottle Logic Share, Zuidhorn, 2018 edt. schenkt zwart met licht bruine kraag,en redelijk veel koolzuur, aroma van ahornsiroop, zoet, smaken zijn droog, cacao, poederig(zalvig), iet dun qua textuur, zoethout, glad, chocolade glad, koffie, matig zoet, vrij veel co2.
3.6Black. Like the label says, lots of maple bit nor getting bacon or smoke. Heavy palate.
4.5Pours black as Satan's heart. Rich thick world class head volume, lacing and quite outstanding retention.
It smells as good as it looks. The nose is world class. The base is sweet chocolate, toffee and caramel with a nice dose of maple. The coffee notes are gently subtle as is the light touch of smoke. The smoke is most noticeable on the exhale. An exquisitely complex aroma with a very small roast aspect.
Heavy medium bodied with a slightly creamy mouthfeel that comes across as quite smooth. The carbonation / body balance is outstanding. The middle is lightly effervescent while the finish is slightly prickly and thus helps the body.
The flavor profile is world class and expertly presented in a layered fashion. Bitterness is very low as are the roast aspects. Coffee is slightly more apparent than roast and presents early and lingers past the middle. The middle is sweet - caramel, toffee and surprisingly less chocolate than the nose implied. After the initial sweet salvo, maple emerges and flows through the finish to linger along with the coffee. notes.
4.32018 bottle gifted from my brother and sister in law, very nice of them. Pours a dark brow with a thin head, aroma is full of coffee mixed with the sweetness of maple syrup, flavor has coffee on the front end with the maple in the finish, awesome mouthfeel, just a good beer, all around solid
4.122 oz bottle shared. Black appearance with a tan head. Aroma of fresh coffee, maple syrup, caramel malt, mild chocolate, light roast and a hint of smokiness. Similar flavor, rich and moderately sweet with a mild bitter balance. Medium plus body with a pleasant feel and a lingering maple/coffee finish. Good.
4.622 ounce bottle shared. The beer is a dark brown with a khaki head of foam. Big maple flavor throughout, but the coffee stays present as well. I get a bit of the bacon nuance in the finish as some smoke, but predominantly I just get maple and coffee. Damn delicious.
4.0From a bomber. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas are of maple and coffee. Flavor is sweet maple syrup and chocolate with a bit of slightly bitter roasted coffee. Lingering maple flavors.
3.9Z: aromatycznie, mocno, klonowo. Czekolada, S: fajne, delikatne nie za dużo ciało, jest tak pusto. Coś dziwnego może z tego bekonu.
3.8Butelka. Brunatne z przebłyskami. Piana nietrwała. Aromat intensywny, syrop klonowy, toffi. Konsystencja jak na zawartość alkoholu świetna.
4.1Aromat cappuccino, syropu klonowego, czekolady, chleba, melano. Barwa brązowa, względnie klarowna. Piana beżowa, drobno pęcherzykowa, umiarkowanej wielkości i podobnie trwała, ale ładnie zdobi szkło. W smaku spora słodycz i w zasadzie odzwierciedlenie aromatu. Może z dodatkiem wafli do lodów. Goryczka umiarkowana, przyjemna. Pełnia średnia, umiarkowane wysycenie i wytrawny finisz rodem z melano i wspomnianych wafli. Fajne.
4.3650ml bottle from Bottle Shock in Port St Lucie, shared with PracticePlastic. Very dark brown pour with a bit of a foamy tan head. Big maple syrup & coffee hit with the nose. Later down the glass, the chocolate & caramel show through. Taste is of sweet caramel & chocolate malts, sweet maple and a solid roasty presence. Super smooth & tasty, despite bacon only being a vague thought. About medium bodied, the blend is excellent, and there is only a touch of an alcohol presence. Finishes to the sweet side of that bitter-sweet scale, despite the roast fighting for balance. This has many well-done flavors, and is so smooooooth. Very nice! 17.4
4.0Bottle sent from Lance. Pours oily Black with brown head that quickly fades to a collar. Aroma is sweet maple and overt coffee. Flavor is balanced coffee, chocolate and sweet maple. Stickiness lingers long. Chewy mouthfeel. Tasty.
4.5Draft at Fire Works Arlington. Pours black with a khaki head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Lots of maple on the nose with hints of coffee and bacon. It’s like they took a bottle of maple syrup and squirted the whole thing into the glass. Nice blend of maple and the coffee on the tongue. Finished clean. Truly a glorious beer.
4.2I often give FB shit for their kitchen sink beers, but I also have to give them props when they do one right. Here, we get the kind of non-beer flavors that can actually be desirable in a beer! And everything is clean and authentic, not artificial, and all blended together. You get a nice rich coffee over a full semi-sweet chocolatey malt base, a complement of bacon and smoke, just a twinge of maple syrup sweetness, a kiss of something spicy.
3.8Tap. Dark brown with some clear aspects. Mole and coffee, some vanilla. Seems thin but what was a front runner in terms of this approach and creativity.
