3.7September 17, 2015 - at Holborn Whippet; cask. Attractive clear and refractive pale gold, nice and bubbly, with a solid mottled white/off-white head. Terrific simple grassy/honey/heather golden ale aroma - not much alcohol, plenty of mid-level bitterness. Taste follows, perhaps sweeter than the aroma - very VERY grainy. Thick, chewy mouthfeel, solid cask carbonation with a medium-length bitter finish - nice dry tingly aftertaste - some Goldings in there?
3.7Bottle @home (Euro-vision 2016 tasting.) Pours yellowish, small white head. Nose is citrus fruits, big lemon, pine. Taste is lemon and citrus fruits. A very well balanced beer that makes the most of its parts.
3.9On tap at the Black Sheep Pub (Campbeltown, Scotland). Pours a mostly clear attractive golden color with significant and slow dissipating brilliant white head; lots of sticky lacing coats the glass. The nose is faint floral hops with some jasmine-like sweetness; the taste is earthy hops, light bitterness and a bit of biscuity malt. Medium carbonation and some lingering hop bitterness with more of the jasmine essence, finishes mostly dry. A very pleasant pint.

3.0Citrus aroma, not too overpowering. Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Bitter hoppy taste. Medium body, light texture, soft carbonation with a bittersweet aftertaste. I like this and many other Fyne Ales, nice to have such a quality brewery so close to home :-)
3.113th Aug 2015: cask pint in The Wellington, Ayr, Scotland. Poured a clear, light golden colour with a weak white topping. Aroma leads with citrus notes, as does the taste, pine, grass and floral traces complete both the nose and flavours. A little sweetness from the malts, but a mildly bitter finish ensures the hops rule the brew really. Not a lot of body depth and bordering on watery.
3.2Real ale at the Plockton Inn. Pours a clear golden colour with a thin, white head. Aroma has notes of citrus, slight resin, pine, grass, floral, and a slight skunk. Taste is balanced but slightly bitter. Grass, slight caramel, floral, citrus, and a drawn out, earthy grass ending. Medium body with a low carbonation. Clean and a bit watery in the mouth with a dry finish.
3.2Dorada muy clara. Ligeramente turbia, con aspecto de shandy. Aroma lupulado, frutal y floral. Suave en boca de textura, afrutada y muy muy amarga. Piña, melocoton. Buena ale.

3.4Foams in the bottle when opened.
Slight but sparkly citric nose, hops and a straw yellow appearance. Quarter inch head throughout. Bitterness is on the dry side. Slightly thin, almost like a prototype for other fine Fyne beers.
Not bad.
3.2Hazy blonde, low hop flavor and aroma. Dry a long bitterness. Quite astringent but a good drink, not amazing. On tap near Venice

3.3Cask at Birratrovo, Como
Hazy blond color with large head. Baker’s yeast aroma. Light blond ale, delicate malts and English hops, dry and a bit astringent.
Good beer but it seems that the cask is muffling it.
