Medium to full body, soft texture, light to medium sweet, mild bitter and acidic. Soft finish with lingering wood and tobacco. Nicely balanced as usual from this brewery.
4.0Mörkt bärnstensfärgad, lätt disig. Beigt skum. Doften lätt metallisk o aningen syrlig. Smaken fyllig med dadlar o aprikos. Måttlig beska kommer på slutet. Mycket bra dubbel/brune.

3.8Sample during the 11th Annual Day Before Labor Day Party on 09/04/2016. The beer pours a ruby-brown color with a medium light beige head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Yeast, fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy yeast and fruit. The finish is fruity with a Belgian yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
