3.7 Piper with a white head. Piney hops, some peach, caramel malts, light earth. Medium bodied. Finish has lingering sweet bitterness. Nice.
3.4 12 oz can from ATL with a September 2017 canning date. Pours a clear, deep amber color with a towering, foamy, durable, bone-colored head. This IPA has a relatively high malt load, limiting the bitterness and adding some nice notes of caramel and baked bread. Hoppy finish.
3.7 Malty aroma with a hint of hops. Shiny golden color with a cream colored head. Taste has a strong hop presence but is not bitter. Very good balance. Crisp effervescent palate. I liked this a lot more than I thought I would.
3.4 can. Amber with one finger head. Medium body with caramel malt. Moderate hops with solid flavor, especially citrus. Well done old school IPA.
3.4 Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear gold with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass and grains with a hint of citrus underlying. Flavor is grass forward with a bit of earthy citrus and a grain backbone.
3.7 While I didn't get excited about the Pale Ale, the IPA is solid. Nice fruity hops in the aroma. Nice balance in the flavor. This is good.
3.7 Can... Pours hazy and dirty-orange with a mid-sized, frothy, off-white head. Good retention. The juicy, bright aroma is bursting at the seams with ruby red grapefruit, tangerine and passionfruit. Medium to full-bodied with busy carbonation. The medium-bitter flavor is juicy, bright and lightly acrid. Finishes crisp, clean and refreshing. Very nice. *Some gas station in Mississippi.
3.4 12 oz can pours an amber color with a nice white head. Aromas of citrus, light pine, caramel malt. Medium bodied, nicely balanced a good beer.
3.3 Sharp piney, grapefruit hop aroma and taste. Full mouthfeel. Nice caramel malt. Light caramel color. Tasted at Seagrove.
3.3 Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear amber with a finger of head. Lots of caramel, pine and grapefruit in the nose. Same on the palate. Old school but enjoyable.
3.6 Pours a hazy orange with a thick white head. Holy citrus aroma. Crisp clean sharp hop flavor. Hints of grapefruit and lemon
3.8 Nice bitter IPA, lightly sweet with a massive IBU-packed back end. Starts easy, grainy malt against a toasted base, yet the grapefruit-herbal hops jump in and bring on a serious bitterness in the finish. Dry, dry fade. Huge funky hop nose, decent pour. Bitter is good. More bitter IPAs, please.

3.5 On tap at Good People Brewpub, AL, 2.5.16. 7.1%abv. 75.5 IBU. Clear gold. Malty, toasted bread, faintly floral aroma, mild bitterness, quite toasted, then floral hops in the mouth. Medium body, bitter, delicate finish with just a little bit of onion.
3.5 12 oz can to a shaker glass at the Bearden Beer Market in Knoxville, Tennessee. The pour is a slightly hazed copper golden with a small cream white head. The aroma is fresh grassy, pine, citrus and a bit of earthiness. The taste is soft malt sweetness, herbal, citrus and pine hops. Fresh and clean. The palate is light to medium bodied with a crisp dry finish. Nicely balanced IPA.
3.8 Tap at Five Points Pizza, Nashville, 13th July 16. Pours slightly hazy amber. Aroma is floral and citrus. Taste is floral slight perfume, good bitterness. nice to drink IPA
3.7 Taps clear golden with a decent pale buff head. Aroma is not strong, but offers hoppy, resin and fruity tones, inviting a sample. Flavor ramps up everything and tosses in hay and fresh malt notes, while citrus component is decidedly tangerine. Mouthfeel features firm body and good fizz. Just plain a good IPA.
3.9 Can: Somehow this IPA is able to pull of an intense hoppy profile without overpowering your tastebuds. I agree with some of the other reviewers about this beer’s soapy backbone and lighter citrus notes. The bright, bitter finish lingers long after tasting. Highly recommend.
3.4 Growler. Hazy orange-amber body with a lasting disc of creamy foam. Nose of toffee, soapy citrus zest and some dank herb/catspray hop mix. Taste is kind of a muddled mix of the same plus some toast, herbal soap, peppery wood and root vegetable. Near-medium body has a nice drying finish and a smooth medium carbonation.
3.6 Pours a medium gold/orange color. Aromas of citrus/grassy hops and light malts. Flavor light malt sweetness with a grassy hop.
4.5 Poured from the tap at Good People Brewing. Great people! Great beer. The appearance is an orange copper color, with a medium sized white head. The aroma was of hops and pine in the beginning and ending with some citrus. The flavor matched the aroma.
3.4 Danky nose some veggie and herbal caramel vanilla earth. Amber pour nice head and lace. Flavors of toast some iced tea pepper and herbal hops. Danky finish. Pleasant but uninteresting.
3.3 Poured From a 12 oz can it is a cloudy light gold color with a slight head. The aroma had hints of cardamon and the taste is bitter with hints of orange peel.
3.5 From a 12 oz can shared at home. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Grassy nose. Flavors of pine and orange. Bitter finish.
3.8 Pour from 12oz can. Copper color with big off white head. Citrus mango aroma. Medium body with plenty of caramel flavor o balance the hoppy grapefruit mango tropical flavor. Lingering mild bitterness. Also pretty good strait from the can.
3.4 Pours a dark burnt orange color with golden apricot edges and a 2.5 finger yellowish, off-white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Really good retention with large chunks of soapy lacing left behind. Nice looking IPA. Earthy, grassy aroma with resinous pine and oily hops countered by a subtle citrus character and sweet malt presence. Floral and slightly onion-y with some grass, pine needle and soil followed by some grapefruit and orange peel. Sweet malt backbone with caramel toffee and biscuit. Very earthy with soil/dirt and a stronger onion like quality than I expected. On the fuller end of medium bodied with a dry, bitter hop presence that lingers over the sweeter notes and malt backbone into a bone dry finish. Dank and earthy with lots of grass, dank buds, pine needle and spruce tip followed by subtle grapefruit and citrus peel before finishing with a sweet malt backbone. The onion character is again noticeable, but it’s nowhere near as strong as it was in the nose. Very dank and bitter with a decent amount of malt sweetness for balance. Hints of biscuit, cracker, toffee, caramel and booze toward the finish. Nicely balanced IPA but could use a bit more of a tropical/citrus fruit presence to round things out.
3.5 On tap @ Good People. Darker orange beer with some white foam. Pretty bready malt profile and a lot of herbal, piney, and fruity hops. Slight tropical notes, some grapefruit, and orange. A nice bitterness to it, though there is a fair amount of sweet brown sugar and caramel malts. Overall, not bad, though not necessarily in the mold of my normal favorite IPAs.
3.9 Pours copper color with foamy cream colored head. Tropical fruit aroma with citrus and pine. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruits with mineral notes. Pine finish. Really nice IPA. Thanks Maxbier for sharing.
3.3 Fat @ Beer Sellar, Nashville, Tn. Klar kopparfärgad med ett litet vitt skum. Dofter och smaker av karamell, grapefrukt, citrus och örter. Högre kolsyra än jag riktigt uppskattar. Medelbeska. Men Alabama är nu tickad...
3.4 Rich amber color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of malt, pine/floral hops, & fruit/citrus; Flavor of pine hops, caramel, and fruit/citrus; Finish is slightly bitter; Pretty decent.
