Gotlands Wisby Kloster

Gotlands Wisby Kloster

2.9 Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is citric, grassy, bread, mint. Body is medium, rather sweet, lively carbonation. Quite hoppy, actually. Dryish palate. Good.
3.5 Bottle, dark gold, fruity spicy nose leads to a dry-sweet and lightly fruity body. Light spicy crispness.
0.6 I think the look, smell, taste, and feel are all extremely awful. This is, again, just a beer without any point of existence. I think the brewery should start wondering why it is employing brew masters and paying them, Last night, my cat peed on the carpet and I believe the quality of that pee is better then this beer. It has an awful flavor. It's very watery. Again, they managed to produce pisswasser. It's a shame something like this exists and people actually have to pay for this. I would not drink this even if I got paid to do it. For shame Gotland Bryggery, for shame!
2.4 Bottle from Systembolaget (5%) color is light and hazy with a big white head. Aroma fruity and herbal. Taste is sweet and honey. Nice and sweet aftertaste. A pleasant beer
3.0 Bottle. The colour is slightly hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma of hay, grass, apricot, spices and some Belgian yeast. Sweet flavour of apricot, weeds, wood and grassy hops. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A malty, sweet and decent ale.
3.1 33 cl, bottle conditioned, BB May 4th 2018. Hazy, golden amber, thin white head, low carbonation, minimal amount of yeast sediments. Aromas of light malts and brown bread crusts. Mouthfeel is medium with a sharp bitterness, dry and lemony at the end. Flavours of sharp, fresh and citric bitter hops, blended with a nice maltyness. A good, hoppy, well balanced Blonde.
3.2 Bottle from Systembolaget (5%). Color is amber and hazy. Nice crown. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Taste is a bit sour and lemon. Decent.
3.3 Aroma: not much, some doughy and fruity tones. Taste: orange, bread, faint grass and pine. Hints of caramel. Pretty nice and balanced. Good stuff.
2.1 Golden colour with short lived white head. Nose: Light malt sweetness. Some hops with a whiff of pine in the distant background. Taste: The arrival is relatively rich in carbonation, then some light and modest malt sweetness. The aftertaste is "correct" with a slight bitterness. Most of all reminds me of a dry pilsner. Absolutely drinkable but not very exiting.
2.1 Bottle from systembolaget. Very disappointing. Metallic smell, odd taste, pretty nasty and confirms containing worries about gotlands! Re-rated on tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. Same thought
3.1 Little hazy golden beer with some white head. Aroma yeast and sweet fruits. Taste is balanced between bitterness and sweetness. Medium body. Hoppy finish.
3.0 33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry yeasty fruits, mild hops. Taste of mild fruity hops, yeast, stone fruits, okay!
3.0 33cl bb03/2017 Maruhn, inter festas. - A very odd blend of Ename-style "single" Belgian ale, British Golden Ale and Swedish cover of a German pilsner... - Honeydry malts rounded as if polished, refined with smooth grassy hops. Doughy biscuit in body. Little yeast profile in aroma or flavour, not necessarily a bad thing for Belgian drinkers overdosed on sawy esters and phenols.
3.3 Flaske. Gylden uklar farge. Moderat karbonert med tynn skumrand. Smaker furunål,gress, lys frukt og karamell. Ganske fornøyelig
4.7 This is a super beer. If you find this on tap, dont miss out. Also good on bottle!
Gotlands bryggerier leverer igjen??
2.4 Bottle on wine glass. I was positively surprised by this beer. Usually I do not enjoy the beers from Gotlands but I’d definitely drink this one again :)
Karamellpreget henger igjen i ettersmaken. Myk munnfølelse. Deilig i solskinnet med utsikt over hustakene i gamlebyen.
3.4 hazy dark golden color with beige head. Aroma has sweet malt, a bit of sugar and honey and also some floral yeast notes. Taste is more yeast forward with floral and grassy notes. Really balanced overall, sweet at first but quite bitter and hoppy on the finish. Medium, smooth mouthfeel. Not you typical belgian ale. The yeast profile is classic but the mouthfeel and hoppy finish is a more modern approach on the style.
2.7 bottle from bier-deluxe.de L: --pours a cloudy golden-orange with a big, frothy, white head -medium to high carbonation visible S: -grainy,peach,vanilla,wheaty,earthy,orange -very muddled overall T: -honey,grainy,orange -medium bitterniss for the style F: -low to medium carbonation -light to medium body O: Below average Belgian PA (i guess?)
3.5 Bottle. Aroma is malty, bread, some bread crust, grass, hay, some hoppy notes. Deep golden, clear, nice beige head. Light sweetness, light/medium bitterness, taste is malt, hay, bread crust, hints of caramel. Light body, medium carbonation, medium long slightly bitter finish. Well brewed and harmonic ale.
2.5 Not as bitter as the other IPAs. Most of us enjoy that. The palate is kind of unpleasant after a while
3.0 Bottle. Hazy orange with huge white slowly dissipating head, leacing lots of lacings. Aroma is citrus, grassy, slight sweet, spices. Taste is slight sweet with citrus, spices, honey, bitterness kicks in towards the end. Meium body, medium to high carbo, rustic texture. This could be really good but I do get the industrial feeling that sort of holds back the aroma and taste.
