2.4 Smells sweet, like raspberry, hay and yeast. Pours dark golden, no head and cloudy. Slight taste of raspberry, hay and yeast, pretty flat taste. Body is medium, moderate carbonation, sweet flavour. This beer is pretty one dimensional, and doesn't taste as lively as other beers. Kind of puts a downer on my sunny day.

3.6 Pours a deep cloudy orange, with a thin white head. Aromas include lots of citrus, coriander, and spice. The palate is very clean and crisp, with Tasting notes that includes orange peel zest, ripe fruits, peppery yeast, and coriander.

2.9 Bottle. A refreshing little brew a lot more tasteful than other attempts from big breweries. Has an aroma of orange peel, and coriander. Tastes of orange, banana, spices, and grass. Has a good medium body with a crisp citrus aftertaste. She is a real refresher.

3.6 can. Poured cloudy orange-amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of banana and clove. Light body with average carbonation, light dry finish. Refreshing wheat flavour, bready malt with citrus and yeast notes.

2.9 341 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy amber colour with a thin off-white head. Light spicy aroma with banana and malt. Flavour has notes of spice, banana, malt, caramel, clove and a wheat finish. Thin body, watery texture and soft carbonation.

2.9 pours unclear pale golden with a small white cap showing a poor retention and lacing. low but present phenolic esters - usual suspects, shy wheat, honeyed malts, bit of grass, herbs and citrus. average to moderate carbonation, light body - a tad watery, relatively dry herbal-grassy-spicy-clovey finish. still fair.

3.3 Quite enjoyable. One of the best Hefe’s from Canada. It has the Bananas, citrus and cloves. It finshes sweet but not enough to make it coat your tongue. It can easily be my go to Canadian Hefe.

2.4 Une bière bizarre, foncée pour le style, trop sucrée je trouve... En bouche, c’est mielleux et cartonné; drôle de mélange.

3.5 Bière blonde de 5 % d’alcool. Elle est foncée. Elle possède un petit col au versement. Elle possède un odorat sucré, un bon odorat de houblon. Elle possède un goût âcre et ardu en bouche. Elle possède un goût céréalier, peut-être de l’orge. Elle possède un aspect terne en bouche, mais réconfortante et intéressante. Petit goût d’épice aussi. Bonne !

3.3 341 mL Bottle. Murky yellow-gold body with a thin wispy white head leaving some stringy lace. Fruity aroma with banana, pear, green grapes, and cloves. Flavor of pale malts and wheat malt, cloves come up in the aftertaste and then tapering off to a cream cheese finish. Summertime patio beer.

3.0 Pours an almost clear golden with no head except for a small rim that doesn’t leave much lacing. Aroma is lightly spicy, cloves first. Not much bananas (which I prefer to cloves) but that’s OK. Some light sweet bread notes in the back. Taste is sweet and spicy with some light wheat impressions. Some wheat caramel if such a thing exist. Mouthfeel is thin with a light body, lighter than it should be really. Carbonation is high and playful. A fair hefeweizen but not something I would ever come back to.

3.1 Bu le 26 janvier 2014. Œil: jaune trouble, peu de mousse mais bu dans un verre régulier. Arôme: clou de girofle et banane. Goût: banane et clou girofle, effervescence moyenne, rondeur moyenne. Sucre: 3 Acidité: 1 Amertume: 0 Arrière-goût: 1 Note: 3.5/5 bière bien dans son style.

3.5 Tap@brewery Granville Island. Small head. Servere hazy. Banana. Spicy. Clove coriander. NB reinheistgebot. Smooth. Dry. Fine.

2.4 Une robe blonde et embrouillée. Une tête vite fondue. Un nez léger de banane, d’épices et de sucre de maïs. Des saveurs qui passent rapidement avec cette forte effervescence. En finale, quelque chose de très fade comme une eau gazéifiée aromatisée. Rien à dire de plus. Cette bière me fait penser à un premier brassin d’amateur.

2.9 Dorée/orangée trouble petit collet blanc. Nez de bananes mûres et de pommes. Goût de bananes, sucré et très aqueuse en bouche. Très légère amertume à la toute fin. Il y a beaucoup mieux que ça...

3.2 Une blonde embrouillée qui se promène nue-tête et elle ne fait pas dans la dentelle. Un nez de purée de banane, de soufre et d’épices. Un goût poivré au travers des saveurs de pâte à pain légèrement acidulée. Tout ça est volatile. Un coup le liquide avalé, il ne reste pas beaucoup de traces. Quand même agréable. (875-301013)

3.1 Trouble, opaque même, avec une couleur de jus de pommes naturel. Effervescence basse. En nez, bananes puissantes, avec des pommes et du pain. Plutôt sucrée en bouche, on croirait vraiment que des bananes ont été rajoutées au brassin, tellement celles-ci dominent bien plus que dans une weizen normale. Assez ronde, mais pas exactement profonde, elle fait une blanche allemande acceptable, mais de meilleures options existent.

2.8 Bière orangée au voile léger avec un nez de bananes mûres et de caramel au beurre. En bouche, les saveurs se révèlent moins puissantes (lire efficace) que les odeurs. La texture est mince. De plus, il y a ce beurre (diacétyle?) qui rapplique. On ne parle pas d’un fiasco, mais cette bière est un iota en deça de mes attentes.

3.1 341ml bottle. Poured with the yeast. Appearance : Hazy pale amber with small foamy white head. Aroma : Yeasty banana with wheat and light malt. Light spices too. Taste : Banana yeast with light mineral notes. Wheat with some malt. Finish yeasty with light wheat and light spices. Light warmth and light mineral note. Palate : Fairly soft carbonation especially for the style. Overall : Not bad, nice yeast profile. Quite drinkable. Palate is a bit off. Nothing special but ok.

2.9 Bottle 341ml. Pours hazy dark golden with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of artificial banana flavor, yeast, fruits, grandma perfume. Taste is of bananas, yeast, some acidity, fruits. Palate: Light body. A tad sweet. Overall: Not repulsive. A tad overdone? Strangely cloying. I’ve had worse beers...

3.6 Nouveauté au Québec... Cette Hefeweizen a une belle robe couleur de miel et une mousse crémeuse qui s’y exhausse. Nez puissant et fruité de bananes mûres, de bonbons, d’un soupçon d’épices et également de poires. Intéressant jusqu’à maintenant. Et invitant. En bouche, le goût est fidèle au bouquet : les notes de bananes, de poires, sont présente. Une acidité bien balancée la rend agréable et la texture est plutôt crémeuse. Sans réinventer le style, loin de là, il s’agit ici d’une bonne petite bière désaltérante que je n’hésiterais pas à racheter. Cheers!

3.1 341 ml bottle from local Iga A:more on banana than the clove. fruity. App: hazy dark blond close to copper t/p: med body with short but sweet finish. O: fair i’ve seen worse. aroma is good mouthfeel lacks... missing some carbonation.

3.4 On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of cloves, banana, wheat malt and bubble gum. Body is medium and smooth. Taste is of cloves, banana and wheat malt. Finish is long and fruity. Well done Hefe.

3.5 Where and how: Can - Virginia Beach Aroma classic true hefewiezen nose. Medium intense, hint of citrus , clove , estery top.7+ Appearance: Top: medium of white, creamy texture. Base: hazy amber gold. Palate : smooth, drinkable with average finish. Medium bodied. Taste: hinted citrus , slight coriander. Soft refreshing. Quiet strong estery feel - taste was more of wit blend with German hefe than pure hefe.
