4.3Fad. Lysorange diset øl. Flot Hvidt skum. Duften er brett og citrus, lime. Smagen er meget frisk citrus men igen meget syrlig. Ekstrem forfriskende. Igen sidder den lige i øjet. Lækker øl.

4.2750ml bottle. Hazy, orange gold with the cleanest white cap I've ever seen. Pretty much everything you would expect: lime and orange, floral notes, bread dough, rustic Saison yeast, vinegar, light funk. As nice as the nose is, it somehow doesn't do the taste justice. It's tart and citrusy, slightly vinegary, a touch sweet, moderately dry, and ever so slightly funky. It's like... Ceviche beer. Great summer beer.
3.8Poures a yellow gold from bottle. Hints if honey and flowers. Pretty good stuff.

4.1Volo Hill Farmstead night. A soapy and floral scent, a wild honey, interesting, some hops. Taste is wild and texture is jelly like, very tart beer with a woody pucker. Slightly drying finish. A bit of an eggy start, very rich and slightly warming beer. Just delicious.
4.2Sour and crisp. Slightly dry finish but sour tart notes balance nicely. Just delicous.

4.0Nov 2018 - Keg at Brewdog Tower Hill as Grassroots Brother Soigné, 5.0%. Active pour. Pale matte orange, hazed, quite still, foamy diminishing off white head. Aroma is Skittles, Starburst, mixed stone fruit, dried raspberry and a hibiscus tea infusion. A bit farty musty sulphur when swirled. Body is smooth and rounded with tingly carbonation. Taste is semidry, dry rosé wine and some champagne, dried cranberry in white chocolate vs lemon, little acidic citrus, lime and some faint crushed applemint. Great balance, an enjoyable saison. 3.7On tap at BrewDog Tower Hill. Hazy orange gold colour lasting white head. Slightly funky aroma. Good fruit in the mouth. Tangerine led. Some sourness. Some good fullness. Yes a little sweet. It's good. Not the height of the Hill Farmstead before though. Still some funk.
