4.3 Beautiful pink tinge from the hibiscus. Aroma of flowers, mellow citrus and acetic acid. Elegant sourness with a mellow bitterness from the lemon. Fine bubbles with medium carbonation. Pairs well with cheese or seafood
3.9 Another very good beer. Purchased all the grqassroot series they have. None signifcantly different in quality, all very good.
3.3 On tap at the Hill Farmstead tap takeover at Mikkeller Shoreditch. Hazy red pink beer with small white foam head. Nose is citrus raspberry, cherry, boiled sweet, touch of sour and tartness. Taste is as above. Not a huge amount going on in this. Fairly simple beer.
3.8 Aroma: Floral and red fruit notes. Lemons, oak, grass, citrus. Appearance: Hazy red, minimal white head. Taste: Dry and mildly sour. Mineral aftertaste. Palate: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Overall: Nice saison, a lot of floral and citrus notes. Not a life changing beer, but definitely pleasant and elegant.
3.9 (On tap @ Mikkeller and Friends, Stefansgade, Oct 26/18) Pours a slightly hazy medium red with a whitish cap. Notes of red berries, hibiscus petals, hay, light lactic citrus, soft yeasty spice notes, minerals, touches of Brett funk, lightly sweet and lightly tart up front with a bone-dry, balanced finish and lingering floral notes. Light to medium bodied with effervescent moderate carbonation. Not the most stand-out HF saison by any means, but a well-crafted one that's not cloying with its floral addition.
3.9 Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Hazy, deep red colour with a thin pink head. Tart, fruity aroma with hibiscus, wooden notes, citrus and floral hops. Taste is sour. Medium bodied. Dry, fruity finish with hibiscus and floral notes. Excellent, well balanced.

4.2 Tap. Bright red with a small white head that lasts OK. Aroma - almost dry meadow, some hedgerow berries, rose hips, old lemon. Dry and a little tart with berry skins / stemmy woodiness some spices. Lowish carbonation. Not really funky. Never seems thin; is dry with just the impression of almost honeyed floral notes. Hints of wildness held well in check. Great.
4.1 Fajne piwo, w aromacie mało się dzieje, świeże, cytrusy, musujące. W smaku kwaśne lekko, lekka słodycz w tle. Hibiskus mało wyczuwalny
4.0 Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Pours cloudy darkish pink. Aroma is rubber, hibiscus indeed, little elderflower. Body is light, softly sour and tart, little yoghurt, fizzy carbonation. After all these lambics today, the non-funk sticks out the most. Good!

4.0 750ml bottle share thanks to Metalchopz. Pours a fairly big foamy bubbly off-white head and has a ruby coloured appearance. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Sticky dirty lacing. Aromas of herbs, some hibiscus and citrus notes. Flavours are sweet malt, floral and herbal notes, the hibiscus is fairly noticeable, a bit lemony as well. Great retention. Quite enjoyable.

4.1 Bottle from the brewery, bottled 2017 09 13. Pours a nice pink-red colour with an orange hue. The head is creamy, slightly pink but mostly white, long lasting with full lacing. Beautiful fruity, perfume of hibiscus, Belgian Ale yeast and cherry notes. Very slight tarty mouthfeel. Quite sour at first but the hibiscus calms things down with a slight floral taste, then sweetness and yeast mildly lingering.
4.4 Bottle (xx-xx-xx). Appearance: nice light orangey red, with medium to thick white foam, medium retention and medium carbonation. Smell: awesome funky Brett aromas, citrus. Taste: matches smell but with less Brett aromatics, low to medium sourness, great balanced between complexity and drinkability, low sugar and bitterness, great texture. Overall: another great farmhouse ale form Hill Farmstead.
