Our Summer Saison is a delicious golden farmhouse ale, brewed with orange peel, ginger, and grains of paradise. A very refreshing, Belgian-inspired summer ale.

3.3Farta espuma e média carbonatação. Possui uma cor amarelo dourada. Sabor cítrico e leve amargor. Refrescante e saborosa.
3.6Flaska. Frisk, hav o skog i fin kompott i doften. Typisk farmhouse ale med friska toner av citrus med minimal beska. Trevlig öl från ett mycket bra bryggeri.
3.2From bomber at a beer festival. Light color, not much head. Earth and citrus nose; some spice. Clean delivery full of citrus and spice. A bit thin, but appropriate for a hot afternoon.
3.1bottled, thanks mowbeer. spritzy clear golden with a modest head; faintly barny aroma, lightly citric; some dandelion tea flavour, modest bitterness, modest character in general
0.7A horrible tasting beer. I could swear the bartender spilled cleaning solution into my glass. Full of chemical artificial flavor. Absolutely terrible, disgusting.
3.722oz bottle -
Quite the refreshing saison, even for a semi-cold December afternoon. Lots of citrus, ginger and candy-malts in the aroma. Lots of fruit in the aroma, medium sweetness, a touch of yeast with a well-attenuated finish. Bright, clean and refreshing.
3.0Bottle from Erzbierschof - Clear golden color with a small white head, fast disappearing, no lacing - Aroma is citrusy, grapefruit, mango, passion fruits, herbal and fresh hops - Flavor is herbal, grassy, bitter bitter and bitter - medium/full body, good carbonation, bitter bitter bitter and bitter and sometimes it’s bitter, strong bitterness, dry bitter finish - too bitter
3.4Bottle pour light lemon yellow with large white head. Nose citrus tart and light funk. Taste tart up front, very mild banana and spices mid . Light bitter finish. Sharp on the palate for mouth feel.
3.3Pours a very clear pale yellow, decent head. Aroma is lightly spicy with a hint of citrus. Flavor is very light sweet malts with some spice notes presumably from the yeast and added ginger and grains of paradise. Refreshing, but not much going on in some ways. But not bad. Light bodied. Session saison.
3.8A nice offering that will be even better when it warms up a bit :) A bright, vibrant saison. Pretty much exactly what I was expecting from them...dry yeast, tropical fruit and citrus, grassy. Nice hint of ginger. I’ll get again."

Served on pint in a tulip glass
Appearance – The beer is served a light golden yellow color with one finger of foamy white head. The head fades slowly over time leaving a wonderful level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer Is mainly of a citrus lemon and light bready smell mixed with aromas of yeast and a bit of spice of clove and coriander. Along with these aromas are some smells of hay and a bit of a grassy smell mixing with a little bit of a pear and apple sweetness to round out the aroma.
Taste – The taste begins with a light biscuit flavor mixed with some flavors of lemon citrus upfront. As the flavor advances, some light yeast tastes greet the tongue. The yeast brings some spice along with it, bringing to the tongue some flavors of clove and coriander. The taste takes on some wheat and light fruit flavors along with a light grassy and earthy flavor at the end of the taste to leave a rather light and crisp flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is very light and thin with a carbonation level that is slightly above average. The body is actually a little too thin for the brew even at its low abv., never really allowing any of the flavors time to linger on the tongue.
Overall – While it was quite light and rather crisp it was a little weak in flavor and a little too watery for a saison for my taste. Just OK.
2.8Has a nice fresh aroma. Slightly citric and spicy taste that is quite good. However I don’t like the finish that much, it’s too dry and dull. But it’s overall a good beer.
2.8Light and mediocre. Pale yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet and grassy. Flavor is equally light with grass, wheat, and some spice.
3.5650ml bottle, bb? merci embrouille! Clean, light, sessionable New World rendition of the style, subtly redolent with a range of spices and culinary accompaniments to Californian cuisine: tangerine, lemongrass, Sezuan pepper, clotted cream, going on indeed green tomatoes. Not getting much funk or any non-stainless steel-concocted aromas, the ¿dryhopped dryness a means to easygoing sessionability, going on maracuja bubblegum. Careless summer refreshener, - pay the field workers a Cupertino day’s ransom and send them out with a case of this?
3.7Pours a shady yellow, under a firm shiny white head. Dry tropical-fruity nose, with a fine peppery touch. Hint of leafy hops. Properly light-bodied. Fine sparkling carbonation. Taste has fresh lemony fruitiness. Hint of mild resiny bitterness and a fresh and light sourness. Dry, restrained malt body. Very refreshing, quite so moreish. [Bottle from Kihoskh, København]
3.7very light gold color; musty, spicy aroma; a nice light, easy drinking saison;light, spicy Belgian yeast flavor; crisp and dry; 4.5% abv
3.0Klar lys gyllen med et hvit skum som festet seg litt i glassveggen. Aroma av meldt, sitrus, gress og krydder. Smaken følger aroma, men fer innslag av søte frukter og banan også mer innslag av hvete. Fin bitterhet i avsluttningen.
3.4Pours hazy light gold with a decent white head that retains. Aroma of wheat, coriander, lemon, ginger, pepper, slight grass. Flavor is dry with light bitterness, lightly sour. Light to medium body, slick texture, lively carb,, and clean, sweet/sour finish. Not as distinct as many saisons, but a decent brew which is refreshing and crisp.
3.5Clear bright golden yellow with an enormous fluffy white head and great lacing. Standard saison aromas of bubblegum, Belgian yeast, pepper, and clove. Lightly sweet, lightly hopped, a bit of tartness pokes through toward the end. Light body, brightly effervescent, creamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish. Extraordinarily refreshing.
3.2Very nice yellow color.
slightly dull
Unfortunately, not quite fresh. Fine easy-drinking creamy beer with fine carbonation. But I’m missing is a little more spicy notes from the yeast.
3.3Nice body. Fizzy mouth feel. Nice spicy start with enjoyable flavors. Doesn’t finish as nice as it starts. A little bit of an anticlimactic finish.
3.72013-01-18 - with blankboy, jercraigs & mabel - my bomber. Bubbly hazy gold with a huge lasting pillowy white head. Smells like a saison all right - floral, spicy, with a bit of tart tree fruit, quite grassy, almost berliner weiss-like with some lemon and lacto sourness as well - solid stuff. Taste is sweet, but follows, quite a bit of pear and a lot less grassiness and sourness - nice enough, but sweeter than I thought it would be based on the aroma. Fairly thick-bodied, solid carbonation, finishes quick and fruity, with a hint of dry grassiness - all in all a very nice saison and extremely easy to drink - pretty much zero alcohol presence.
3.4Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, green apples, orangepeel, spice. Flavor is malt, yeast, little spice, sweet fruity, apples, orange, orangepeel, light spice. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 090614
2.8Pours slightly cloudy yellow. Arouma is fruity and acidic. Ppineapple and citrus. Taste is light, with pineapple.
3.1Aromas are pungent with hops, spice and malt sweetness. Taste is similar with too much body for my tastes. Spices and heavy malt/yeast is slightly abrasive on my palate. Drinkable as a beer, yes....but if I am looking for a Saison, I will pass this one by most likely.
3.7Pours a clear straw gold with two fingers of foamy white head diminishing gradually to a thin cap and spotty lacing. Nose is light, dominated by caramel malt, yeast with a little funk, orange peel and pepper. Taste follows suit, with an additional hint of coriander. Mouth feel is light with lasting carbonation and a building bitterness.
Not bad, but tends to the bland side. Not bland, as such, but tending that way. The malt presence is a little too dominant, and a little more citrus and pepper would be nice.
3.6My favorite saison yet. A little watery, and had a soapy flavor, but isnt offensive like most.
2.8Narrow, Green Flash 12oz bottle. Very active carbonation, beautiful cascading bubbles from center of glassware, increasing the size of a white billowing froth. Hazy dark yellow color. Dry nose, bready/airy character, distant hints of dried lemon peel. Dry, tastes of yeast esters, far away notes of milled grains, loads of straw/hay flavor. a very good beer it enjoy with a light summer salad. (4045)
2.34.2% ABV
Blond color, hazy. Light aroma of spicy yeast, medicines, and rubber. Very dry mouthfeel, highly carbonated, a bit astringent, maybe spicy; expected bitterness, with some vegetable bitterness as well.
Not pleasant.
3.4Howler fill at Liquor Shed in Casper.
A hazy light gold pour that produced about an inch of foam but it never goes away. Lacing? Yep.
It smells some what spicy with some of that ginger, coriander, hint of pepper, and a dash of lemon or orange?
The taste matches the smell. Good gingery notes and oranges, The ginger gives me a little bit of heat when I swish the beer in my mouth. I don’t really get any coriander but it’s still a good tasting brew.
Light body and carbonation.
A pretty good Saison and the fact that it’s only 4.2% abv is something I like aboot it. Yeah, the body does suffer but there’s no problem drinking the 32oz in one sitting.
